Claims (13)

  1. Küchengerät (1), umfassend
    ein beheizbares Volumen mit verbessertem Energiewirkungsgrad (2),
    mindestens eine Heizvorrichtung (3), die zum Heizen des beheizbaren Volumens (2) angeordnet ist,
    eine Tür (4), die zum Öffnen und Schließen des beheizbaren Volumens (2) angeordnet ist und
    ein Volumenausgleichselement (5), das in Fluidverbindung mit dem beheizbaren Volumen (2) steht,
    wobei, in einem Zustand, in dem das beheizbare Volumen (2) durch die Tür (4) geschlossen ist, das beheizbare Volumen (2) und das Volumenausgleichselement (5) derart ausgebildet sind, ein im Wesentlichen fluiddichtes, vorzugsweise im Wesentlichen luftdichtes, System zu sein, sodass eine Fluidverbindung zwischen dem im Wesentlichen fluiddichten, vorzugsweise im Wesentlichen luftdichten, System und dem Außenbereich des Systems nicht möglich ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Volumenausgleichselement (5) in Fluidverbindung mit dem beheizbaren Volumen (2) verbunden ist, wobei das Volumenausgleichselement (5) einen Ausgleichsbehälter (5a) und/oder mindestens eine Ausgleichsmembran (5b) umfasst, und wobei das Volumenausgleichselement (5) ausgelegt ist, eine Differenz zwischen einem Fluiddruck in dem beheizbaren Volumen (2) und einem Barometerdruck der Atmosphäre (6) auszugleichen, wobei die Differenz aus einer Temperaturdifferenz zwischen dem beheizbaren Volumen (2) und der Atmosphäre (6) resultiert.
  2. Küchengerät (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Ausgleichsmembran (5b) eine einen Gegendruck bereitstellende Ausgleichsmembran (5b) ist.
  3. Küchengerät (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Ausgleichsmembran (5b) in Fluidverbindung mit dem Ausgleichsbehälter (5a) angeordnet ist.
  4. Küchengerät (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Ausgleichsmembran (5b) zumindest einen Teil von mindestens einer Wand (8) des beheizbaren Volumens (2) bildet und/oder zumindest einen Teil von mindestens einer Wand (10) des Ausgleichsbehälters (5a) bildet.
  5. Küchengerät (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, das ein erstes gesteuertes Ventil (11) umfasst, das ausgelegt ist, einen gesteuerten Fluidaustausch zwischen mindestens einem des beheizbaren Volumens (2) und/oder des Volumenausgleichselements (5, 5a, 5b) und der Atmosphäre (6) zu ermöglichen.
  6. Küchengerät (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei das beheizbare Volumen (2) mit dem Ausgleichsbehälter (5a) über mindestens eine Leitung (12, 12a, 12b) verbunden ist.
  7. Küchengerät (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, umfassend eine Wärmetauschvorrichtung (13).
  8. Küchengerät (1) nach Anspruch 7, wobei die mindestens eine Wärmetauschvorrichtung (13) zum Kühlen einer Fluidströmung aus (15) dem beheizbaren Volumen (2) und/oder zum Heizen einer Fluidströmung in (16) das beheizbare Volumen (2) ausgelegt ist.
  9. Küchengerät (1) nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, wobei die Wärmetauschvorrichtung (13) eine strukturierte Metallplatte (14) umfasst.
  10. Küchengerät (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei der Ausgleichsbehälter (5a) und/oder die Auslassleitung (12a) eine Filterkartusche (18) umfasst.
  11. Küchengerät (1) nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Filterkartusche (18) ein Geruchsfilter umfasst, wobei das Geruchsfilter vorzugsweise zum Entfernen von Geruch aus einem Fluid dient, das aus dem beheizbaren Volumen (2) strömt.
  12. Küchengerät (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, umfassend ein Dichtelement.
  13. Küchengerät (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, das einen Dampfgenerator (19) zum Bereitstellen von Dampf zu dem beheizbaren Volumen (2) umfasst, insbesondere wobei mindestens eines des beheizbaren Volumens (2), des Ausgleichsbehälters (5a) oder der mindestens einen Leitung (12, 12a, 12b) mindestens ein zweites gesteuertes Ventil umfasst.
