Claims (11)

  1. Couronne de forage (1) comprenant une pluralité de trépans à molette (1.1.1, 1.2.1, 1.3.1) pour forer un sol de construction, la pluralité de trépans à molette (1.1.1, 1.2.1, 1.3.1) étant disposée sur une couronne de tête de forage (1.4) de la couronne de forage (1) et un moyen pour desserrer intérieurement une connexion de serrage entre la couronne de tête de forage (1.4) et un sabot de tubage (2) étant disposé sur la couronne de tête de forage (1.4) et la couronne de forage (1), dans l'état desserré, pouvant être séparée en éléments individuels assemblés,
    caractérisée en ce qu'une pluralité d'éléments de tête de forage (1.1, 1.2, 1.3) est disposée sur la couronne de tête de forage (1.4), chaque élément de tête de forage (1.1, 1.2, 1.3) comprenant à chaque fois un support de trépan à molette (1.1.2, 1.2.2, 1.3.2), un trépan à molette (1.1.1, 1.2.1, 1.3.1) est à chaque fois disposé sur chaque support de trépan à molette (1.1.2, 1.2.2, 1.3.2), la plus grande dimension d'un élément de tête de forage (1.1, 1.2, 1.3) dans la direction transversale étant inférieure au diamètre extérieur de la couronne de tête de forage (1.4), de telle sorte que dans l'état déverrouillé, la couronne de tête de forage (1.4) et chacun des éléments de tête de forage (1.1, 1.2, 1.3) peuvent être enlevés à travers le sabot de tubage (2), et chaque support de trépan à molette (1.1.2, 1.2.2, 1.3.2) étant à chaque fois fixé au moyen d'une barre de traction (1.1.3, 1.2.3, 1.3.3) de manière déplaçable axialement sur la couronne de tête de forage (1.4), différentes barres de traction (1.1.3, 1.2.3, 1.3.3) présentant différentes longueurs de telle sorte que dans l'état déverrouillé de la couronne de tête de forage (1.4), la couronne de tête forage (1.4) et les éléments de tête de forage (1.1, 1.2, 1.3) puissent être enlevés les uns après les autres à travers le sabot de tubage (2).
  2. Couronne de forage (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la couronne de tête de forage (1.4) est réalisée de telle sorte qu'un boulon de déverrouillage (5) puisse être introduit dans celle-ci pour déclencher les moyens de desserrage.
  3. Couronne de forage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que le moyen pour desserrer la connexion de serrage entre la couronne de tête de forage (1.4) et le sabot de tubage (2) comprend une pluralité de boulons de verrouillage (3) déplaçables radialement qui peut être déplacée depuis une première position de verrouillage dans une deuxième position de déverrouillage.
  4. Couronne de forage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que la pluralité de boulons de verrouillage (3) dans sa première position de verrouillage dépasse au moins en partie radialement par rapport à une paroi extérieure d'une couronne de tête de forage (1.4) et dans sa deuxième position de déverrouillage ne dépasse pas radialement par rapport à la paroi extérieure de la couronne de tête de forage (1.4).
  5. Couronne de forage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que le moyen pour desserrer la connexion de serrage entre la couronne de tête de forage (1.4) et le sabot de tubage (2) comprend une douille de retenue (4) provoquant le déclenchement du déverrouillage, laquelle est disposée dans la couronne de tête de forage (1.4).
  6. Couronne de forage (1) selon la revendication précédente,
    caractérisée en ce que la douille de retenue (4) est déplaçable axialement entre la première position de verrouillage et la deuxième position de déverrouillage pour déclencher le déverrouillage.
  7. Couronne de forage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 6,
    caractérisée en ce que la pluralité de boulons de verrouillage déplaçables radialement (3) est précontrainte par une force de ressort de telle sorte qu'elle puisse être déplacée lors du déclenchement d'une première position de verrouillage dans une deuxième position de déverrouillage.
  8. Couronne de forage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que dans un socle inférieur (1.4.2) de la couronne de tête de forage (1.4) est disposée une pluralité d'alésages horizontaux (1.4.1), une bille de fixation (1.4.5) étant disposée dans un alésage horizontal (1.4.1), laquelle peut être fixée dans la position de verrouillage au moyen de la douille de retenue (4) dans des cavités de bille du côté intérieur (1.1.2.1, 1.2.2.1, 1.3.2.1) des supports de trépan à molette (1.1.2, 1.2.2, 1.3.2) et peut être amenée, dans une position de déverrouillage, au moyen de la paroi intérieure du support de trépan à molette (1.1.2, 1.2.2, 1.3.2) dans un évidement du côté extérieur (4.1) de la douille de retenue (4).
  9. Couronne de forage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisée en ce que la couronne de tête de forage (1.4) est pourvue d'un cône (1.4.6) pour faciliter l'introduction du boulon de déverrouillage (5).
  10. Procédé pour desserrer une couronne de forage (1) présentant une pluralité de trépans à molette (1.1.1, 1.2.1, 1.3.1) pour le forage d'un sol de construction, d'un sabot de tubage (2) à l'état foré, en particulier pour desserrer une couronne de forage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes d'un sabot de tubage (2), une connexion entre une couronne de tête de forage (1.4) de la couronne de forage (1) et le sabot de tubage (2) étant desserrée à l'intérieur en introduisant un boulon de déverrouillage (5) déclenchant le desserrage de la couronne de forage (1) dans la couronne de tête de forage (1.4),
    par l'introduction du boulon de déverrouillage (5) dans la couronne de tête de forage (1.4), tout d'abord une douille de retenue (4) disposée dans celle-ci pour déclencher le déverrouillage étant déplacée axialement depuis une première position de verrouillage dans une deuxième position de déverrouillage de sorte que la couronne de tête de forage (1.4) soit automatiquement déverrouillée du sabot de tubage (2), le boulon de déverrouillage (5) étant verrouillé avec la couronne de tête de forage (1.4) et ensuite la couronne de tête de forage (1.4), l'un après l'autre, les trépans à molette (1.1.1, 1.2.1, 1.3.1) fixés à celle-ci sont enlevés au moyen de barres de traction correspondantes (1.1.3, 1.2.3, 1.3.3) de différentes longueurs à travers le sabot de tubage (2).
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10,
    caractérisé en ce que par le déplacement axial de la douille de retenue (4) de la première position de verrouillage dans la deuxième position de déverrouillage, une pluralité de boulons de verrouillage (3) déplaçables radialement et soumis à une précontrainte sont déverrouillés de sorte que les boulons de verrouillage (3) se déplacent de la première position de verrouillage dans une deuxième position de déverrouillage, dans la deuxième position de déverrouillage, la couronne de tête de forage (1.4) étant déverrouillée du sabot de tubage (2) et le boulon de déverrouillage (5) étant verrouillé au moyen du boulon de verrouillage (3) avec la couronne de tête de forage (1.4).
