Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen in einem Schrank (1) aufgenommener Auszug (2) zur Aufnahme eines Abfallbehälters (3), wobei der Schrank (1) Vertikalwände (4, 5) aufweist, an deren Innenseiten ein Deckel (6) gehaltert ist, der im eingefahrenen Zustand des Abfallbehälters (3) diesen oberseitig abdeckt. Um einen Schrank der in Rede stehenden Art in gebrauchsvorteilhafter Weise weiter zu verbessern, wird vorgeschlagen, dass der Deckel (6) in dem Schrank (1) mittels teleskopierbarer Ausfahrschienen (12, 13) gehaltert ist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen in einem Schrank aufgenommenen Auszug zur Aufnahme eines Abfallbehälters, wobei der Schrank Vertikalwände aufweist, an deren Innenseiten ein Deckel gehaltert ist.
  • Derartige Schränke sind in verschiedener Hinsicht bekannt. Es wird beispielsweise auf die DE 10 2012 103 101 A1 verwiesen.
  • Ausgehend vom bekannten Stand der Technik beschäftigt sich die Erfindung mit der Aufgabe, einen Schrank der in Rede stehenden Art in gebrauchsvorteilhafter Weise weiter zu verbessern.
  • Eine mögliche Lösung der Aufgabe ist nach einem ersten Erfindungsgedanken bei einem Schrank gegeben, bei welchem darauf abgestellt ist, dass der Deckel in dem Schrank mittels teleskopierbarer Ausfahrschienen gehaltert ist.
  • Der Deckel kann hierzu mitfahrende Schienen aufweisen, die mit feststehenden Schienen in dem Schrank teleskopartig zusammenwirken können.
  • Der Deckel ist entsprechend bevorzugt wie der Abfallbehälter aus dem Schrank herausziehbar, wobei eine Schiebeverlagerung des Deckels in eine Auszugsstellung unabhängig von einer Auszugsverlagerung des Abfallbehälters durchgeführt werden kann. Die Zurückverlagerung des ausgezogenen Deckels kann durch den Benutzer - wie auch die Auszugsverlagerung - unmittelbar erfolgen, alternativ ggf. auch mittelbar über eine Schleppmitnahme über den Abfallbehälter bzw. dessen Auszug bei einer Rückverlagerung desselben in die Schließstellung. Bevorzugt ist der Deckel nur über einen Teil der Ausziehstrecke des Abfallbehälters aus dem Schrank ausziehbar, so beispielsweise über die Hälfte der Ausziehstrecke.
  • Durch die Anordnung des Deckels an teleskopischen Ausfahrschienen ist eine günstige Handhabung bei ausreichender Stabilität des Deckels auch in der Auszugsstellung erreicht. Selbst ein bspw. zur Aufbewahrung mit Pflegemitteln oder anderen Gegenständen belasteter Deckel erfährt durch die mitfahrende Schiene in der Auszugsstellung eine unterseitige Abstützung.
  • Der Deckel kann zusammen mit den mitfahrenden Schienen aus dem Schrank entnehmbar sein.
  • Auch kann der Deckel zwei gegenüberliegende Randkanten aufweisen, die zur freien Seite der Randkante hin offene Ausnehmungen aufweisen, zur Lagerung des Deckels an stiftartigen Elementen. Die Ausnehmungen weisen bevorzugt in eine Richtung senkrecht zu einer Deckelebene bzw. zu einer Ablagefläche des Deckels.
  • Derartige stiftartige Halterungselemente sind beispielsweise in Form von Regalboden-Halterungsstiften bekannt. Diese Stifte sitzen bevorzugt in Bohrungen, bspw. Sacklochbohrungen, in den Vertikalwänden des Schrankes ein.
  • Die stiftartigen Halterungselemente greifen zur Lagerung des Deckels, insbesondere zur nicht in oder gegen Auszugsrichtung des Abfallbehälters verlagerbaren Lagerung des Deckels in die randoffenen Ausnehmungen der Randkanten ein. Ein, bevorzugt werkzeugloses, An- oder Abheben des Deckels von den Halterungselementen ist möglich.
  • Der Deckel kann zur wahlweisen Halterung mittels der teleskopierbaren Ausfahrschienen oder mittels der stiftartigen Halterungselemente um eine in Auszugrichtung verlaufende Mittelachse um 180° gewendet anordbar sein. Entsprechend kann eine ausziehbare Halterung des Deckels oder eine nicht verlagerbare Anordnung des Deckels in dem Schrank gewählt werden.
  • In einer einen Auszug des Deckels ermöglichenden Halterung weisen die Öffnungen der randkantenseitigen Ausnehmungen bevorzugt nach vertikal oben. Die mitfahrenden Schienen sind bevorzugt unterseitig des Deckelbodens angeordnet. Die gegenüberliegenden, die Ausnehmungen aufweisenden Randkanten können in Auszugsrichtung gerichtete, seitliche Begrenzungen der Deckelfläche bilden, welche Deckelfläche als Abstellfläche genutzt werden kann.
  • Bei einer nicht ausziehbaren Halterung des Deckels und entsprechend zu der vorbeschriebenen Anordnung um 180° gewendeten Anordnung des Deckels weisen die Öffnungen der randkantenseitigen Ausnehmungen bevorzugt nach vertikal unten, zur Abstützung des Deckels im Bereich der Ausnehmungskanten auf den schrankseitig vorgesehenen stiftartigen Halterungselementen. In dieser Stellung bildet die den Randkanten gegenüberliegende Deckelfläche eine Ablagefläche.
  • Die in der Auszugshalterung vom Deckelboden senkrecht nach oben abragenden Randkanten können zum Schutz von auf dem Deckel abgestellten Gegenständen gegen Herabfallen im Zuge des Auszieh- bzw. Einfahrvorganges des Deckels dienen.
  • Auch kann eine derartige Randkante stirnseitig des Deckels, quer zur Auszugsrichtung verlaufend vorgesehen sein, wie auch ggf. dieser Stirnseite gegenüberliegend rückseitig.
  • Der Deckel kann vorzugsweise bezogen auf eine Ebenenerstreckung gegenüberliegend zu einer Randkante ein Halterungsprofil zur Halterung einer mitfahrenden Schiene aufweisen.
  • Die mitfahrende Schiene erstreckt sich in Bezug auf ihre Längenerstreckung bevorzugt in Längenerstreckung einer Ausnehmungen aufweisenden Randkante des Deckels.
  • Das Halterungsprofil kann an dem Deckel angebracht, beispielsweise angeschraubt sein. Bevorzugt ist eine reversible Halterung des Halterungsprofils an dem Deckel.
  • Bevorzugt ist der Deckel zur Halterung eines Halterungsprofils vorbereitet. Dies kann dadurch gegeben sein, dass beispielsweise Schraublöcher in dem Deckel, weiter bevorzugt in dem Deckelboden vorgesehen sind, zur Durchsetzung von das Halterungsprofil an dem Deckel festlegenden Schrauben. Auch kann alternativ oder ergänzend eine Clipshalterung zur Festlegung des Halterungsprofils vorgesehen sein.
  • Bevorzugt liegt der Deckel im Auslieferungszustand des Schrankes als nicht ausziehbarer Deckel vor. Dieser wird unter Anordnung entsprechender stiftartiger Halterungselemente in den Vertikalwänden des Schrankes gelagert.
  • Um einen ausziehbaren Deckel zu schaffen, wird dieser mit mitfahrenden Schienen versehen, ggf. unter zuvoriger Anordnung entsprechender Halterungsprofile an dem Deckel zur Anordnung der mitfahrenden Schienen.
  • Hierzu wird weiter jeweils einer mitfahrenden Schiene zuordbar eine feststehende Schiene in den Aufnahmeausnehmungen der jeweiligen Vertikalwand des Schrankes gehaltert, in welchen Aufnahmeausnehmungen bevorzugt auch die stiftartigen Halterungselemente bei einer nicht ausziehbaren Anordnung des Deckels halterbar sind. Auch können zur Festlegung der feststehenden Schienen gesonderte Aufnahmeausnehmungen in den Vertikalwänden vorgesehen sein.
  • Die vor- und nachstehend angegebenen zahlenmäßigen Bandbreiten oder Verhältnisbereiche schließen auch, soweit solche nicht ohnehin exemplarisch angegeben sind, sämtliche Zwischenwerte als offenbart ein, und zwar insbesondere hinsichtlich einer ein- oder mehrfachen Einengung der angegebenen Bereichsgrenzen in 1/10-Schritten. So ist bezüglich einer Bereichsangabe von 5- bis 30-fach auch eingeschlossen, 5,1- bis 30-fach, 5- bis 29,9-fach, 5,1- bis 29,9-fach, 6,4- bis 19,7-fach etc., einer Bereichsangabe von 30% bis 80% auch eingeschlossen 30,1% bis 80%, 30% bis 79,9%, 30,1% bis 79,9%, 47,3% bis 63,2% etc. Die so gegebenen einzelnen Werte, die sich aufgrund der genannten Einengung ergeben können, sind auch gleich als singuläre Werte hiermit offenbart.
  • Nachstehend ist die Erfindung anhand der beigefügten Zeichnung erläutert, die aber lediglich ein Ausführungsbeispiel darstellt. Es zeigt:

  • Dargestellt und beschrieben ist zunächst mit Bezug zu Figur 1 ein Schrank 1, in dem ein Auszug 2 angeordnet ist, der auf im Einzelnen nicht dargestellten Auszugsschienen in Horizontalrichtung verfahrbar ist. In dem Auszug 2 sind Abfallbehälter 3 angeordnet, die entsprechend durch Ausziehen des Auszugs 2 in eine Vorstandslage gegenüber dem Schrank 1 verfahren werden können.
  • In dem Schrank 1, der Vertikalwände 4, 5 aufweist, ist ein Deckel 6 angeordnet, der in eingefahrenem Zustand des Auszuges 2 von den Abfallbehältern 3 unterfahren ist. Der Deckel 6 liegt bevorzugt nicht dichtend auf den Abfallbehältern 3 auf, sondern nur in Vertikalrichtung nahe deren oberem Öffnungsrand.
  • Der Deckel 6 weist einen Deckelboden 7 auf. Dieser erstreckt sich zumindest annähernd über eine Breite, die dem horizontalen Abstand der Vertikalwände 4 und 5 zueinander entspricht. Die hierzu senkrecht gemessene Tiefe des Deckelbodens 7 ist angepasst an die freie Tiefe des Schranks 1.
  • In Tiefenrichtung des Deckelbodens 7, entsprechend entlang der jeweils zugeordneten Vertikalwand 4, 5 erstreckt sich eine senkrecht zur Bodenfläche verlaufende Randkante 8, 9. Die Randkanten 8 und 9 verlaufen parallel zueinander und gegenüberliegend. Deren senkrecht zur Bodenfläche betrachtete Höhe entspricht einem Mehrfachen der Materialstärke des Deckels 6 im Bodenbereich, beispielsweise dem 5- bis 30-fachen.
  • Auch entlang der quer zu den Randkanten 8 und 9 verlaufenden Kanten weist der Deckel 6 derartige Randkanten auf, so dass sich ein im Wesentlichen umlaufender erhabener Rand ergibt.
  • Zur freien, dem Deckelboden 7 abgewandten Rand der jeweiligen Randkante 8, 9 sich öffnend sind in jeder Randkante 8, 9 zwei in Längserstreckung der Randkante 8, 9 zueinander beabstandete Ausnehmungen 10,11 vorgesehen.
  • In einer Projektion der einen Randkante 8 auf die andere Randkante 9 liegen die Ausnehmungen 10 und 11 der einen Randkante 8 in Überdeckung zu den Ausnehmungen 10 und 11 der anderen Randkante 9.
  • Der Deckel 6 ist in der in den Figuren 1 bis 9 dargestellten Konfiguration ausziehbar in dem Schrank 1 gehaltert. Hierzu sind teleskopierbare Ausfahrschienen 12,13 vorgesehen. Jede Ausfahrschiene 12 und 13 setzt sich zusammen aus einer mitfahrenden Schiene 14,16 und einer feststehenden Schiene 15,17.
  • Die feststehenden Schienen 15 und 17 sind innenseitig der Vertikalwände 4, 5 festgelegt. So sind in den Vertikalwänden 4 und 5 Aufnahmeausnehmungen 21, beispielsweise in Form von Bohrungen vorgesehen, zur Aufnahme von, die feststehenden Schienen 15 und 17 festlegenden Schrauben 22.
  • Die mitfahrenden Schienen 14 und 16, welche sich, wie auch die feststehenden Schienen 15 und 17, in Erstreckungsrichtung der Randkanten 8 und 9 erstrecken, sind über im Vertikalschnitt im Wesentlichen U-förmige Halterungsprofile 18, 19 an dem Deckel 6, insbesondere an dem Deckelboden 7 befestigt.
  • Der Deckelboden 7 weist Bohrungen auf, zur Durchsetzung von, die Halterungsprofile 18 und 19 an dem Deckelboden 7 festlegenden Schrauben 23 oder dergleichen.
  • Die U-Öffnungen der Halterungsprofile 18 und 19 weisen aufeinander zu.
  • Die mitfahrenden Schienen 14 und 16 sind bevorzugt an den Halterungsprofilen 18 und 19 mittels Schrauben 24 festgelegt.
  • Über die teleskopartigen Ausfahrschienen 12 und 13 ist der Deckel 6 aus einer in Figur 2 dargestellten eingeschobenen Stellung in eine in Figur 3 dargestellte Auszugsstellung herausziehbar.
  • Bevorzugt entspricht der Ausziehweg des Deckels 6 nur einem Teil des Ausziehweges des Auszugs 2, so beispielsweise 30% bis 80%, weiter beispielsweise etwa 50%.
  • Auf der Oberfläche des Deckelbodens 7, seitlich berandet durch die Randkanten 8 und 9 kann eine Gummimatte 20 in Form einer Anti-Rutsch-Matte mit Noppen aufgelegt sein.
  • Der Deckel 6 ist auch als stationärer Deckel in dem Schrank 1 halterbar (vergl. Fig. 10). Unter Fortlassung der Ausfahrschienen 12 und 13, d.h. unter Fortlassung der schrankseitigen feststehenden Schienen 15 und 17 sowie der deckelseitigen mitfahrenden Schienen 14 und 16 und ggf. der Halterungsprofile 18 und 19 wird der Deckel 6 um eine in Auszugsrichtung r verlaufende Mittelachse um 180° gewendet, so dass die in der Auszug-Konfiguration nach unten in Richtung auf den Abfallbehälter 3 weisende Fläche des Deckelbodens 7 nunmehr nach oben als Auflagefläche weist.
  • Entsprechend weisen die Randkanten 8 und 9 nach vertikal unten, mit sich entsprechend nach vertikal unten öffnenden Ausnehmungen 10 und 11.
  • Bevorzugt in die Aufnahmeausnehmungen 21 zur Aufnahme von, die feststehenden Schienen 15 und 17 festlegenden Schrauben 22 werden stiftartige Halterungselemente 25 eingesteckt, die über die nach innen weisende Oberfläche der Vertikalwände 4 und 5 frei abragen. Die Halterungselemente 25 tauchen in die Ausnehmungen 10 und 11 der Randkanten 8 und 9 ein. Der Deckel 6 stützt sich hiernach auf den Halterungselementen 25 ab.
  • Bevorzugt sind die stiftartigen Halterungselemente 25 in die Aufnahmeaufnehmungen 21 der Vertikalwände 4 und 5 eingeschraubt oder eingesteckt.
  • Alle offenbarten Merkmale sind (für sich, aber auch in Kombination untereinander) erfindungswesentlich. In die Offenbarung der Anmeldung wird hiermit auch der Offenbarungsinhalt der zugehörigen/beigefügten Prioritätsunterlagen (Abschrift der Voranmeldung) vollinhaltlich mit einbezogen, auch zu dem Zweck, Merkmale dieser Unterlagen in Ansprüche vorliegender Anmeldung mit aufzunehmen. Die Unteransprüche charakterisieren mit ihren Merkmalen eigenständige erfinderische Weiterbildungen des Standes der Technik, insbesondere um auf Basis dieser Ansprüche Teilanmeldungen vorzunehmen. Claims (10)

  1. In einem Schrank (1) aufgenommener Auszug (2) zur Aufnahme eines Abfallbehälters (3), wobei der Schrank (1) Vertikalwände (4, 5) aufweist, an deren Innenseiten ein Deckel (6) gehaltert ist, insbesondere zur oberseitigen Abdeckung des ggf. vorhandenen Abfallbehälters (3) im eingefahrenen Zustand des Abfallbehälters (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (6) in dem Schrank (1) mittels teleskopierbarer Ausfahrschienen (12,13) gehaltert ist.
  2. Schrank nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (6) zusammen mit den mitfahrenden Schienen (14,16) aus dem Schrank (1) entnehmbar ist.
  3. Schrank nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass der Deckel (6) zwei gegenüberliegende Randkanten (8,9) aufweist, die zur freien Seite der Randkanten (8, 9) hin offene Ausnehmungen (10,11) aufweisen, zur Lagerung des Deckels (6) an stiftartigen Halterungselementen (25).
  4. Schrank nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (6) zur wahlweisen Halterung mittels der teleskopierbaren Ausfahrschienen (12,13) oder mittels der stiftartigen Halterungselemente um eine in Auszugsrichtung (r) verlaufende Mittelachse um 180° gewendet anordbar ist.
  5. Schrank nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (6) zur Halterung eines Halterungsprofils (18,19) vorbereitet ist.
  6. Schrank nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (6) vorzugsweise bezogen auf eine Ebenenerstreckung gegenüberliegend zu einer Randkante (8, 9) ein Halterungsprofil (18,19) zur Halterung einer mitfahrenden Schiene (14,16) aufweist.
  7. Schrank nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halterungsprofil (18,19) an dem Deckel (6) angebracht ist, beispielsweise angeschraubt ist.
  8. Schrank nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halterungsprofil (18,19) an dem Deckel (6) angeschraubt ist.
  9. Schrank nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine feststehende Schiene (15,17) in Aufnahmeausnehmungen einer Vertikalwand (4, 5) des Schrankes (1) halterbar ist.
  10. Schrank nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein stiftartiges Halterungselement (25) in einer Aufnahmeausnehmung einer Vertikalwand (4, 5) des Schrankes (1) halterbar ist.
