Claims (8)
- Dispositif destiné au gâchage de matériaux de construction à sec, notamment d'une composition d'enduit isolant contenant des particules d'aérogel, comprenant une trémie de remplissage (1) destinée au remplissage d'au moins un matériau de construction à sec, et au moins un tube de mélange (2), conçu en un ou en plusieurs éléments, relié avec la trémie de remplissage qui comporte au moins un raccord (3) pour un liquide de gâchage, notamment de l'eau, une partie (7) ou un tronçon du tube de mélange (2) comportant des outils mélangeurs statiques (8) qui s'étendent d'une surface périphérique intérieure (9) à partir du tube de mélange (2) en direction radiale vers l'intérieur et dans le tube de mélange (2) étant placé un arbre (4) pouvant être entraîné par un moteur électrique, qui comporte des outils mélangeurs (5) qui s'étendent à partir de l'arbre (4) en direction radiale vers l'extérieur et qui coopèrent avec les outils mélangeurs statiques (8), caractérisé en ce que- l'arbre (4) comprend un tronçon (10) qui est conçu sous la forme d'une vis sans fin de mélange et/ou de transport et qui est placé en amont d'un tronçon (11) qui comporte les outils mélangeurs (5) qui coopèrent avec les outils mélangeurs statiques (8),- l'arbre (4) comprend un tronçon (14) pour le raccord d'un groupe de transport (15), notamment d'une pompe à vis, qui est placé en aval du tronçon (11), et- l'arbre (4) comprend un tronçon (12) qui est conçu sous la forme d'un arbre creux et qui est placé en amont du tronçon (11) qui comporte les outils mélangeurs (5) qui coopèrent avec les outils mélangeurs statiques (8).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les outils mélangeurs statiques (8) sont conçus sous la forme de goupilles, de pagaies et/ou d'aubes, qui sont placées de préférence en distribution en une ou en plusieurs rangées sur la périphérie intérieure du tube de mélange (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les outils mélangeurs (5) de l'arbre (4) qui coopèrent avec les outils mélangeurs statiques (8) sont conçus sous la forme de goupilles, de pagaies et/ou d'aubes qui sont placées avec un déport en direction axiale par rapport aux outils mélangeurs statiques (8).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie (7) ou le tronçon du tube de mélange (2) comportant les outils mélangeurs statiques (8) est placé(e) en aval du raccord (3) pour le liquide de gâchage.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le tronçon (12) conçu sous la forme d'un arbre creux est placé en aval du tronçon (10) conçu sous la forme d'une vis sans fin de mélange et/ou de transport.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le tronçon (12) conçu sous la forme d'un arbre creux est formé de plusieurs, de préférence de deux étriers (13) placés avec le même écart angulaire, l'un par rapport à l'autre.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les étriers (13) comportent des outils mélangeurs (6) qui s'étendent à partir des étriers (13) en direction radiale vers l'intérieur et/ou qui sont conçus sous la forme de goupilles, de pagaies et/ou d'aubes.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce le groupe de transport (15) est ou peut être relié à un système d'évacuation pour évacuer le matériau de construction à sec gâché, de préférence par injection.
