  • the collar 1 is advantageously made of elastically conductive elastomeric material which enables, through the sealing sleeve 2, the electrical connection between the shield 8 of the connector 12 and the shielding element 3. More precisely, the electrical connection between the shield 8 and the shielding element 3 through the sealing sleeve 2 is possible thanks to the extensions 14 of the collar 1 designed to pass through apertures 15 of the groove 24 of the sealing sleeve 2.
  • the collar 1 is inserted in the groove 24 in such a manner that it provides a continuous contact between the collar 1 and the groove 24 of the sealing sleeve 2.
  • the collar 1 is provided from charged elastomers, such as charged silicone rubber.
  • the collar 1 may be a band running along the peripheral direction.
  • the collar 1 has a bottom face. Extensions 14 protrude from the bottom face radially toward the longitudinal axis. When the collar 1 is inserted into the groove 24, the extensions 14 are inserted with some play in the respective apertures 15, and contact the shield 8. The bottom face of the collar 1 rests in contact with the bottom wall of the groove 24 and this contact extends continuously all along the periphery of the collar 1.

  • the tie 26 is made to clamp the shielding element 3 with the sealing sleeve 2 to the rear portion of the shield 8 of the electrical connector 12. Consequently, a good coupling of the shielding element 3, surrounding the sealing sleeve 2, to the shield 8 is ensured. In this way, a sealingly shielded connection between the electrical wires 4 and the electrical connector 12 is achieved.

Claims (15)

  1. Système de connexion électrique comprenant :
    - un câble ayant au moins deux fils électriques (4) ayant une portion d'extrémité frontale (21),
    - un connecteur électrique (12) ayant une portion de réception (9a) dans laquelle les portions d'extrémité frontale (21) des fils électriques (4) sont connectées,
    - un blindage (8) qui entoure la portion de réception (9a) du connecteur électrique (12),
    - un manchon de scellement (2) réalisé en matériau élastomère et s'étendant depuis les fils électriques (2) jusqu'au connecteur électrique (12),
    - un élément de blindage commun (3) entourant le manchon de scellement (2),
    caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre
    - un collier élastomère électriquement conducteur (1) s'étendant à travers le manchon de scellement (2), pour assurer la connexion électrique entre le blindage (8) et l'élément de blindage (3).
  2. Système de connexion électrique selon la revendication 1, dans lequel chaque fil électrique (4) est constitué d'un coeur électriquement conducteur (22) et d'une couche isolante (23) entourant le coeur électriquement conducteur (22).
  3. Système de connexion électrique selon les revendications 1 ou 2, dans lequel la portion d'extrémité frontale (21) du fil électrique (4) comprend une borne adaptée à être reçue dans la portion de réception (9a) du connecteur électrique (12).
  4. Système de connexion électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel le blindage (3) est constitué de deux coques incurvées métalliques (8a, 8b) qui sont couplées l'une à l'autre.
  5. Système de connexion électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel le manchon de scellement (2) comprend une rainure (24).
  6. Système de connexion électrique selon la revendication 5, dans lequel la rainure (24) est prévue le long du périmètre entier du manchon de scellement (2).
  7. Système de connexion électrique selon la revendication 5 ou 6, dans lequel la rainure (24) du manchon de scellement (2) comprend une pluralité d'ouvertures (15).
  8. Système de connexion électrique selon la revendication 7, dans lequel les ouvertures (15) sont agencées régulièrement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du manchon de scellement (2).
  9. Système de connexion électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel le collier (1) comprend des extensions (14) appropriées pour engager une ouverture (15) de la rainure (24) du manchon de scellement (2).
  10. Système de connexion électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel le collier (1) est inséré dans la rainure (24) du manchon de scellement commun (2) afin d'assurer un contact périphérique continu entre le collier (1) et la rainure (24) du manchon (2).
  11. Système de connexion électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, comprenant un lien (26) qui serre l'élément de blindage (3) conjointement avec le manchon de scellement (2) sur le connecteur électrique.
  12. Système de connexion électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, dans lequel le manchon de scellement (2) comprend une pluralité de fenêtres (17), dont chacune coopère avec des premières projections (16) du connecteur électrique (12).
  13. Système de connexion électrique selon la revendication 12, dans lequel les fenêtres (17) sont déployées symétriquement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du manchon de scellement (2).
  14. Système de connexion électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, dans lequel le manchon de scellement (2) définit au moins deux trajets (25) convenables pour recevoir avec étanchement l'un des fils électriques (4).
  15. Système de connexion électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, dans lequel l'élément de blindage commun (3) est une tresse de blindage (3).
