In that manner, a good shielding connection between individually shielded electrical wires 16 and the electrical connector 28 is achieved.
  • a sealing device 40 extending between a sealing portion 39 of electrical wires 16 and the rear extension 27 of the external cover 8e of the electrical connector 28, is provided.
  • the sealing device 40 may comprise the elastomeric sealing sleeve 4, an adapter 5, elastomeric rings 15a and 15b and a clamp 6.
  • Elastomeric rings 15a and 15b are inserted between the adapter 5 and the respective wire 16. Moreover, the clamp 6 holds elastomeric rings 15a and 15b onto the adapter 5. The clamp 6 is shown in the opened state on the drawings.
  • the sealing sleeve 4 has the front section 36 and a rear section 37.
  • the front section 36 of the sealing sleeve 4 is adapted to sealingly fit with the rear extension 27 of the external cover 8e while keeping its sealing properties.
  • the rear section 37 of the sealing sleeve 4 defines an opening 35, preferably a cylindrically shaped opening 35, suitable to sealingly fit with the external shape of the adapter 5.
  • the adapter 5 has a peripheral surface including a plurality of passageways 31 that are tightly and sealingly received in an inner surface of the sealing sleeve 4. Furthermore, the adapter 5 includes two cylindrically shaped openings 32 adapted to receive the elastomeric rings 15a and 15b through which the electrical wires 16 are intended to pass, as shown on Figure 12 .
  • Elastomeric rings 15a and 15b prevent the infiltration of moisture or foreign particles into the inner space of the shielded electrical connection. Moreover, to restrict a longitudinal movement of elastomeric rings 15a and 15b relative to the electrical wire 16, the clamp 6 is used.
  • the clamp 6 is a plastic semi-circular lockable clamp 6. The clamp 6 can be locked in such a way that it tightly constricts the electrical wire 16, passing through, and restricts its longitudinal movement relative to the elastomeric sealing rings 15a and 15b. In this manner, an appropriate sealing connection between the electrical connector 28 and the sealing sleeve 4 is assured.
  • the cable has at least two individually shielded electrical wires 16 extending along a longitudinal axis.
  • each electrical wire 16 comprises the front end portion 33, the shield part 34 and the sealing part 39.

Claims (10)

  1. Système de connexion électrique, comprenant :
    - au moins deux fils électriques individuellement blindés (16) s'étendant le long d'un axe longitudinal, chaque fil électrique (16) est constitué d'une âme électriquement conductrice (17), d'une couche isolante (18), d'une couche de blindage électriquement conductrice (19) et d'une gaine isolante externe (20) entourant la couche de blindage électriquement conductrice (19), chaque fil électrique (16) comprend une portion d'extrémité avant (33), une partie de blindage (34) et une partie d'étanchéité (39), la partie de blindage (34) étant agencée entre la portion d'extrémité avant (33) et la partie d'étanchéité (39), le long de l'axe longitudinal ;
    - un connecteur électrique (28) ayant
    • un couvercle interne (8i) comprenant une portion de réception (10) appropriée pour recevoir la portion d'extrémité avant (33) de chaque fil électrique (16) à travers une extension d'extrémité arrière (22), la portion de réception (10) s'étendant depuis l'extension d'extrémité arrière (22) jusqu'à une portion avant (41) du connecteur électrique (28),
    • un blindage électriquement conducteur (9) entourant la portion de réception (10), et s'étendant depuis l'extension d'extrémité arrière (22) de la portion de réception (10) jusqu'à la portion avant (41) du connecteur électrique (28),
    • un couvercle externe (8e) entourant le blindage électriquement conducteur (9), et ayant une partie avant (42), appropriée pour recevoir un connecteur complémentaire, et une extension arrière (27),
    le système de connexion électrique étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre :
    - une portion de blindage d'étanchéité (29) fournissant une protection d'étanchéité et de blindage à une connexion électrique entre les fils (16) et le connecteur électrique, la portion de blindage d'étanchéité (29) ayant :
    • un élément tresse de blindage électriquement conducteur (3) entourant les fils électriques (16) depuis leur partie de blindage (34) jusqu'au blindage électriquement conducteur (9), accomplissant une connexion de blindage entre les fils électriques individuellement blindés (16) et le connecteur électrique (28), l'élément tresse de blindage électriquement conducteur (3) comprenant une section avant (43) entourant de façon serrée une portion arrière (9r) du blindage électriquement conducteur (9), et une section arrière (44) recouvrant la partie de blindage (34) des fils électriques (16), et
    • un dispositif d'étanchéité (40) s'étendant entre la partie d'étanchéité (39) des fils électriques (16) et l'extension arrière (27) du couvercle externe (8e) du connecteur électrique (28), le dispositif d'étanchéité (40) comprenant un manchon d'étanchéité élastomérique (4), un adaptateur (5), et des bagues élastomériques (15a, 15b), le manchon d'étanchéité élastomérique (4) ayant une section avant (36) ajustée de façon étanche avec l'extension arrière (27) du couvercle externe (8e), et une section arrière (37) ajustée de façon étanche avec la forme externe de l'adaptateur (5), l'adaptateur (5) ayant une surface périphérique incluant une pluralité de voies de passage (31) qui sont reçues de façon serrée et de façon étanche dans une surface intérieure du manchon d'étanchéité élastomérique (4), les voies de passage (31) ayant des ouvertures (32) qui s'ajustent de façon étanche avec les bagues élastomériques (15a, 15b) assemblées de façon étanche sur le fil électrique (16).
  2. Système de connexion électrique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la portion d'extrémité avant (33) de chaque fil électrique (16) comprend une borne (21) adaptée pour être reçue dans la portion de réception (10) du connecteur électrique (28).
  3. Système de connexion électrique selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le connecteur électrique (28) comprend une extension d'extrémité avant (12) à laquelle un connecteur complémentaire peut être couplé.
  4. Système de connexion électrique selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le blindage électriquement conducteur (9) passe de la portion de réception (10) à l'extension d'extrémité avant (12) du connecteur électrique (28).
  5. Système de connexion électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le blindage électriquement conducteur (9) est constitué d'au moins deux enveloppes métalliques (9a, 9b) mécaniquement couplées l'une à l'autre.
  6. Système de connexion électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la gaine isolante externe (20) est supprimée le long de la partie de blindage (34) du fil électrique (16).
  7. Système de connexion électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre une pince (2) fournissant une conductivité électrique entre l'élément tresse de blindage électriquement conducteur (3) et la partie de blindage (34).
  8. Système de connexion électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre une attache (1) serrant l'élément tresse de blindage électriquement conducteur (3) sur le blindage électriquement conducteur (9).
  9. Système de connexion électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'étanchéité (40) comprend une pièce de serrage (6), appropriée pour retenir les bagues élastomériques (15a, 15b) dans l'adaptateur (5).
  10. Système de connexion électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le blindage électriquement conducteur (9) est en saillie au-delà du couvercle externe (8e).
