Furthermore, the adapter 5 includes two cylindrically shaped openings 32 adapted to receive the elastomeric rings 15a and 15b through which the electrical wires 16 are intended to pass, as shown on Figure 12 .
  • Elastomeric rings 15a and 15b prevent the infiltration of moisture or foreign particles into the inner space of the shielded electrical connection. Moreover, to restrict a longitudinal movement of elastomeric rings 15a and 15b relative to the electrical wire 16, the clamp 6 is used.
  • the clamp 6 is a plastic semi-circular lockable clamp 6. The clamp 6 can be locked in such a way that it tightly constricts the electrical wire 16, passing through, and restricts its longitudinal movement relative to the elastomeric sealing rings 15a and 15b. In this manner, an appropriate sealing connection between the electrical connector 28 and the sealing sleeve 4 is assured.
  • the cable has at least two individually shielded electrical wires 16 extending along a longitudinal axis.

Claims (10)

  1. Elektrisches Verbindungssystem, umfassend:
    - mindestens zwei einzeln abgeschirmte elektrische Drähte (16), die sich entlang einer Längsachse erstrecken, wobei jeder elektrische Draht (16) aus einem elektrisch leitenden Kern (17), einer Isolierschicht (18), einer elektrisch leitenden Abschirmschicht (19) und einem die elektrisch leitende Abschirmschicht (19) umgebenden äußeren Isoliermantel (20) besteht, jeder elektrische Draht (16) einen vorderen Endteilbereich (33), einen Abschirmungsteil (34) und einen Dichtungsteil (39) umfasst, wobei der Abschirmungsteil (34) zwischen dem vorderen Endteilbereich (33) und dem Dichtungsteil (39) entlang der Längsachse angeordnet ist;
    - einen elektrischen Verbinder (28) mit
    • einer inneren Abdeckung (8i), die einen Aufnahmeteilbereich (10) umfasst, der geeignet ist, den vorderen Endteilbereich (33) jedes elektrischen Drahtes (16) durch eine hintere Endverlängerung (22) aufzunehmen, wobei sich der Aufnahmeteilbereich (10) von der hinteren Endverlängerung (22) zu einem vorderen Teilbereich (41) des elektrischen Verbinders (28) erstreckt,
    • eine elektrisch leitende Abschirmung (9), die den Aufnahmeteilbereich (10) umgibt und sich von der hinteren Endverlängerung (22) des Aufnahmeteilbereichs (10) zum vorderen Teilbereich (41) des elektrischen Verbinders (28) erstreckt,
    • eine äußere Abdeckung (8e), die die elektrisch leitende Abschirmung (9) umgibt und einen vorderen Teil (42), der zur Aufnahme eines komplementären Verbinders geeignet ist, und eine hintere Verlängerung (27) aufweist,
    wobei das elektrische Verbindungssystem dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es ferner umfasst:
    - einen abdichtenden Abschirmteilbereich (29), der einen abdichtenden und abschirmenden Schutz für eine elektrische Verbindung zwischen den Drähten (16) und dem elektrischen Verbinder bereitstellt, wobei der abdichtende Abschirmteilbereich (29) aufweist:
    • ein elektrisch leitendes Abschirmgeflechtelement (3), das die elektrischen Drähte (16) von ihrem Abschirmungsteil (34) bis zur elektrisch leitenden Abschirmung (9) umgibt, wodurch eine abschirmende Verbindung zwischen einzeln abgeschirmten elektrischen Drähten (16) und dem elektrischen Verbinder (28) erreicht wird, wobei das elektrisch leitende Abschirmgeflechtelement (3) einen vorderen Abschnitt (43), der einen hinteren Teilbereich (9r) der elektrisch leitenden Abschirmung (9) eng umgibt, und einen hinteren Abschnitt (44) umfasst, der den Abschirmungsteil (34) der elektrischen Drähte (16) umschließt, und
    • eine Dichtungsvorrichtung (40), die sich zwischen dem Dichtungsteil (39) der elektrischen Drähte (16) und der hinteren Verlängerung (27) der äußeren Abdeckung (8e) des elektrischen Verbinders (28) erstreckt, wobei die Dichtungsvorrichtung (40) eine elastomere Dichtungshülse (4), einen Adapter (5) und elastomere Ringe (15a, 15b) umfasst, wobei die elastomere Dichtungshülse (4) einen vorderen Abschnitt (36) aufweist, der abdichtend mit der hinteren Verlängerung (27) der äußeren Abdeckung (8e) zusammengefügt ist, und einen hinteren Abschnitt (37) aufweist, der abdichtend mit der äußeren Form des Adapters (5) zusammengefügt ist, wobei der Adapter (5) eine Umfangsfläche aufweist, die eine Vielzahl von Durchgängen (31) umfasst, die eng und abdichtend in einer Innenfläche der elastomeren Dichtungshülse (4) aufgenommen sind, wobei die Durchgänge (31) Öffnungen (32) aufweisen, die abdichtend mit den elastomeren Ringen (15a, 15b) zusammengefügt sind, die abdichtend mit dem elektrischen Draht (16) verbunden sind.
  2. Elektrisches Verbindungssystem gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vordere Endteilbereich (33) jedes elektrischen Drahtes (16) einen Anschluss (21) umfasst, der dazu angepasst ist, in den Aufnahmeteilbereich (10) des elektrischen Verbinders (28) aufgenommen zu werden.
  3. Elektrisches Verbindungssystem gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elektrische Verbinder (28) eine vordere Endverlängerung (12) umfasst, an die ein komplementärer Verbinder gekoppelt werden kann.
  4. Elektrisches Verbindungssystem gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrisch leitende Abschirmung (9) vom Aufnahmeteilbereich (10) zur vorderen Endverlängerung (12) des elektrischen Verbinders (28) verläuft.
  5. Elektrisches Verbindungssystem gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrisch leitende Abschirmung (9) aus mindestens zwei metallischen Schalen (9a, 9b) besteht, die mechanisch miteinander gekoppelt sind.
  6. Elektrisches Verbindungssystem gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der äußere Isoliermantel (20) entlang des Abschirmungsteils (34) des elektrischen Drahtes (16) unterdrückt wird.
  7. Elektrisches Verbindungssystem gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ferner eine Klemme (2) umfasst, die für elektrische Leitfähigkeit zwischen dem elektrisch leitenden Abschirmgeflechtelement (3) und dem Abschirmungsteil (34) sorgt.
  8. Elektrisches Verbindungssystem gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ferner eine Verankerung (1) umfasst, die das elektrisch leitende Abschirmgeflechtelement (3) an die elektrisch leitende Abschirmung (9) klemmt.
  9. Elektrisches Verbindungssystem gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtungsvorrichtung (40) eine Klemme (6) umfasst, die geeignet ist, die Elastomerringe (15a, 15b) in dem Adapter (5) zu halten.
  10. Elektrisches Verbindungssystem gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrisch leitende Abschirmung (9) über die äußere Abdeckung (8e) hinausragt.
