Claims (10)

  1. Wandplatte (1) mit einem Rahmen (2), der mindestens einen Seitenrand (20a bis 20d) sowie ein Gewebe (3) umfasst, das auf dem mindestens einen Seitenrand des Rahmens so aufgespannt ist, dass es eine Seite des Rahmens bedeckt, wobei das Gewebe eine reflektierende Vorderseite und eine Rückseite (31) aufweist; die Wandplatte (1) umfasst des Weiteren mindestens ein spannungsverstärkendes Flachstück (4a bis 4d), das an dem mindestens einen Seitenrand des Rahmens befestigt ist, wobei das mindestens eine Flachstück zwischen der Rückseite (31) des Gewebes (3) und dem mindestens einen Seitenrand (20a bis 20d) des Rahmens (2) positioniert ist, am Rand der Kante, die den mindestens einen Seitenrand (20a bis 20d) des Rahmens (2) und die vom Gewebe bedeckte Seite des Rahmens begrenzt, wobei die mindestens eine Flachstück einen Längsrand entlang der Kante aufweist, an der das mindestens eine spannungsverstärkende Flachstück (4a bis 4d) am Gewebe (3) befestigt ist, ausgenommmen auf einem Längsabschnitt (8) am Längsrand des Flachstücks entlang, wobei die Befestigung des Flachstücks am Gewebe mit Hilfe einer ersten Klebeschicht (6) erfolgt.
  2. Wandplatte (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine spannungsverstärkende Flachstück (4a bis 4d) eine Dicke von mehr als 0,5 Millimetern aufweist.
  3. Wandplatte (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine spannungsverstärkende Flachstück (4a bis 4d) mittels einer zweiten Klebeschicht (5) an dem mindestens einen Seitenrand (20a bis 20d) des Rahmens (2) und mittels der ersten Klebeschicht (6) am Gewebe (3) befestigt ist, wobei sich die erste und die zweite Klebeschicht (6, 5) in einer bestimmten Höhe des Gewebes befinden.
  4. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Wandplatte (1) mit einen Rahmen (2), der mindestens einen Seitenrand (20a bis 20d) und ein Gewebe (3) mit einer reflektierenden Vorderseite (30) und einer Rückseite (31) umfasst, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - die Verstärkung eines Gewebeabschnitts mithilfe mindestens eines spannungsverstärkenden Flachstücks (4a bis 4d), wobei das mindestens eine spannungsverstärkende Flachstück so auf der Rückseite (31) des Gewebes (3) angeordnet ist, dass es einen Längsrand aufweist, der an den mindestens einen Seitenrand (20a bis 20d) des Rahmens (2) angrenzt, wenn der Rahmen (2) auf dem Gewebe (3) positioniert ist; dann
    - das Umschlagen und Befestigen des verstärkten Gewebeabschnitts (3a bis 3d) um bzw. an dem mindestens einen Seitenrand (20a bis 20d) des Rahmens (2),
    - das Befestigen des spannungsverstärkenden Flachstücks (4a bis 4d) an der Rückseite (31) des Gewebes (3) mittels einer auf einer Seite des Flachstücks aufgetragenen ersten Klebeschicht (6), wobei ein Längsabschnitt (8) entlang des Längsrands des Flachstücks ausgespart bleibt.
  5. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Wandplatte (1) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die reflektierende Vorderseite mit einer Schutzfolie bedeckt ist.
  6. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Wandplatte (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzfolie abziehbar ist.
  7. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Wandplatte (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine spannungsverstärkende Flachstück (4a bis 4d) an dem mindestens einen Seitenrand des Rahmens (2) mittels einer zweiten Klebeschicht (5) befestigt ist, die auf dem mindestens einen Seitenrand (20a bis 20d) des Rahmens so aufgetragen wird, dass ein Längsabschnitt ausgespart bleibt und frei von Klebstoff (7) gehalten wird.
  8. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Wandplatte (1) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Flachstück so auf dem Gewebe (3) platziert wird, dass der Längsrand des mindestens einen Flachstücks entlang des klebstofffreien Längsabschnitts (8) den klebstofffreien Längsabschnitt (7) des mindestens einen Seitenrands des Rahmens (2) berührt.
  9. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Wandplatte (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewebe (3) entlang einer Schnittlinie (9) zugeschnitten wird, die durch das mindestens eine spannungsverstärkende Flachstück (4a bis 4d) und den Rahmen (2) begrenzt wird.
  10. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Wandplatte (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Schritt des Erwärmens des Gewebes (3) umfasst, sobald dieses auf den Rahmen (2) gespannt ist.
