Claims (6)
- Anlage (100) zur Alterungsbehandlung von Kleidungsstücken (CP),
wobei die Anlage folgendes aufweist:- eine erste Zuleitung (10) zum Zuführen von Kleidungsstücken (CP); und- eine zweite Behandlungsleitung (20) zum Behandeln der Kleidungsstücken (CP);wobei die Anlage (100) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die zweite Behandlungsleitung (20) mindestens eine Behandlungskabine (21) aufweist, die mit mindestens einer Düse (22; 22A, 22B) bereitgestellt ist, die dazu geeignet ist, eine heiße, im Wesentlichen wasserbasierte Hochdruckflüssigkeit, die aus einem Sammeltank (31) gezogen wird, auf mindestens eines der Kleidungsstücke (CP) zu schicken, die in der Behandlungskabine (21) verfügbar sind, wodurch ein mechanischer Abrieb auf den Kleidungsstücken bereitgestellt wird;
und dadurch, dass die Anlage (100) auch eine dritte Zuleitung (30) zur Zirkulation und Behandlung von Fluiden aufweist, die der unterschiedlichen Bearbeitung dient, wobei das gereinigte Fluid dann über ein Rohr (34) in den Sammeltank (31) injiziert und im nächsten Zyklus wieder verwendet wird. - Anlage (100) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düse (22; 22A; 22B) dazu geeignet ist, die im Wesentlichen wasserbasierte Flüssigkeit mit einem durchschnittlichen Ausgabedruck im Bereich von 100 bar bis 300 bar und vorzugsweise mit einer Strömungsgeschwindigkeit von 10 l/min bis 20 l/min zu versprühen.
- Anlage (100) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Drehschleuderstation (26) zum Drehschleudern der Kleidungsstücke (CP) und falls erforderlich ein Trocknungsgerät zum Selbsttrocknen der Kleidungsstücke (CP) aufweist.
- Anlage (100) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düse (22; 22A; 22B) mindestens eine Öffnung aufweist, die als einfaches kreisförmiges Loch (55A) oder als Schlitz (55B) oder als Welle (55C) oder als ein gekrümmter Teil (55D) gestaltet ist.
- Anlage (100) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düse (22; 22A; 22B) bezüglich der Kleidungsstücke (CP) bewegt werden kann.
- Anlage (100) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass spezielle Reinigungseffekte durch Kombinieren der Bewegungen der Düsen (22; 22A; 22B) mit den rotationstranslatorischen Bewegungen, die durch die Kleidungsstücke (CP) durchgeführt werden, erhalten werden kann.
