  • the present invention also relates to a method for the treatment of items of clothing, in particular jeans (denim), comprising the step of sending an abradant fluid at high pressure on the items of clothing.
  • the abradant fluid may be an abradant liquid substantially water-based having an average output pressure ranging from 100bar to 300bar, and, preferably, a flow rate ranging from 10 l/min and 20 l/min.
  • Said method may optionally comprise a spinning step, during which the items of clothing are subject to spinning, followed by a drying step of the items of clothing themselves.

Claims (6)

  1. Installation (100) pour le traitement de vieillissement d'articles vestimentaires (CP) ; ladite installation comprenant :
    - une première chaîne d'alimentation (10) acheminant les articles vestimentaires (CP) ; et
    - une deuxième chaîne de traitement (20) traitant les articles vestimentaires (CP) ;
    ladite installation (100) étant caractérisée en ce que ladite deuxième chaîne de traitement (20) comprend au moins une cabine de traitement (21) munie d'au moins une buse (22 ; 22A, 22B), qui est appropriée pour projeter un liquide essentiellement à base d'eau, chaud, sous haute pression, prélevé d'un réservoir de collecte (31), sur au moins un article vestimentaire (CP) se trouvant dans ladite cabine de traitement (21) ; de façon à produire ainsi une abrasion mécanique sur l'article vestimentaire ;
    et en ce que ladite installation (100) comprend également une troisième chaîne d'alimentation (30) assurant la circulation et le traitement de fluides qui servent aux différentes opérations, le fluide purifié étant ensuite injecté dans ledit réservoir de collecte (31) par le biais d'une conduite (34) et réutilisé dans le cycle suivant.
  2. Installation (100), selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite buse (22 ; 22A ; 22B) est appropriée pour pulvériser ledit liquide essentiellement à base d'eau à une pression de sortie moyenne située dans la plage de 100 bar à 300 bar et, de préférence, à un débit situé dans la plage de 10 1/min à 20 l/min.
  3. Installation (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un poste d'essorage (26) essorant les articles vestimentaires (CP) et, si nécessaire, un dispositif de séchage séchant les articles vestimentaires (CP) en question.
  4. Installation (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la buse (22 ; 22A ; 22B) comporte au moins une ouverture, qui présente la forme d'un simple orifice circulaire (55A), ou qui présente la forme d'une fente (55B), ou qui présente la forme d'une onde (55C), ou qui présente la forme d'une portion de courbe (55D).
  5. Installation (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la buse (22 ; 22A ; 22B) peut être déplacée par rapport auxdits articles vestimentaires (CP).
  6. Installation (100) selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que des effets spéciaux de délavage peuvent être obtenus en combinant les mouvements desdites buses (22 ; 22A ; 22B) avec les mouvements de rotation/translation effectués par les articles vestimentaires (CP).
