    dans laquelle à l'état porté de la pièce de vêtement pour jambe, un contour externe (232) d'au moins une structure (156) induisant un stimulus, correspond essentiellement à un contour externe du muscle gastrocnémien, du muscle vaste médial, du muscle vaste latéral, du muscle moyen glutéal, du muscle glutéal mineur, du tractus ilio-tibial, du muscle droit fémoral et/ou des muscles fléchisseurs postérieurs de la cuisse.
  2. Pièce de vêtement pour jambe selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la structure (156) induisant un stimulus est disposée, au moins en partie, dans l'au moins une zone de compression (142) de la pièce de vêtement pour jambe.
  3. Pièce de vêtement pour jambe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la zone de compression (142) présente un tracé graduel de la force de compression.
  4. Pièce de vêtement pour jambe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une zone de compression (142) comprend au moins une partie d'une zone de métatarse, au moins une partie d'une zone d'articulation du pied et/ou au moins une partie d'une zone de tige (104) de la pièce de vêtement pour jambe.
  5. Pièce de vêtement pour jambe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un élément fonctionnel (158) est localement limité.
  6. Pièce de vêtement pour jambe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la hauteur d'au moins un élément fonctionnel (158) est égale à au moins 0,1 cm environ.
  7. Pièce de vêtement pour jambe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un élément fonctionnel (158) est fixé à un corps de base (170) de la pièce de vêtement pour jambe.
  8. Pièce de vêtement pour jambe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une structure (156) induisant un stimulus comprend au moins un élément support (236) sur lequel sont aménagés plusieurs éléments fonctionnels (158).
  9. Pièce de vêtement pour jambe selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un élément support (236) est fixé sur un corps de base (170) de la pièce de vêtement pour jambe.
  10. Pièce de vêtement pour jambe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 ou 9, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un élément support (236) est relié de manière détachable à un corps de base (170) de la pièce de vêtement pour jambe.
  11. Pièce de vêtement pour jambe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que des structures (156) induisant un stimulus sont disposées, à l'état porté de la pièce de vêtement pour jambe, à gauche et à droite du tendon d'Achille.
  12. Pièce de vêtement pour jambe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce qu'à l'état porté de la pièce de vêtement pour jambe, au moins une structure (156) induisant un stimulus chevauche, du moins en partie, le muscle gastrocnémien, le muscle vaste médial, le muscle vaste latéral, le muscle moyen glutéal, le muscle glutéal mineur, le tractus ilio-tibial, le muscle droit fémoral et/ou les muscles fléchisseurs postérieurs de la cuisse.
