Die Anmeldung beschreibt eine wasserlösliche Verpackung, die ein Mittel und eine wasserlösliche Umhüllung enthält, wobei die wasserlösliche Umhüllung einen Bitterstoff in einer Verdünnung von mindestens 1 : 250 enthält.

Description

WASSERLÖSLICHE VERPACKUNG MIT BITTERMITTEL
Die Erfindung betrifft eine wasserlösliche Verpackung, die ein Mittel und eine wasserlösliche Umhüllung umfasst. Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer wasserlöslichen Verpackung.
Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel sind heute für den Verbraucher in vielfältigen Angebotsformen erhältlich. Neben Pulvern und Granulaten umfasst dieses Angebot beispielsweise auch
Flüssigkeiten, Gele oder Portionspackungen (Tabletten oder gefüllte Beutel).
Insbesondere Portionspackungen in Form von wasserlöslichen Verpackungen mit flüssigen Wasch- oder Reinigungsmitteln werden immer beliebter, erfüllen sie einerseits den Wunsch des Verbrauchers nach vereinfachter Dosierung und andererseits bevorzugen immer mehr
Verbraucher flüssige Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel.
Ein solcher wasserlöslicher Beutel enthält ein Mittel und eine transparente, wasserlösliche Umhüllung.
Aus der WO 96/08555 A1 ist ein verpacktes Reinigungsmittel zum Geschirrspülen bekannt, welches mit dem Bittermittel Bitrex® (Denatoniumbenzoat) beschichtet ist, um zu verhindern, dass Kinder das verpackte Reinigungsmittel versehentlich verschlucken.
Denatoniumbenzoat gilt als die bitterste bekannte Substanz und besitzt einen Bitterwert größer 100.000.000.
Ein Nachteil bei der Beschichtung einer wasserlöslichen Verpackung mit Bitrex® liegt darin, dass die Anwender der wasserlöslichen Verpackung die Verpackung zum Dosieren in die Hand nehmen und so auch in Kontakt mit dem Bitrex® kommen. Führt ein Anwender nach dem Berühren der wasserlöslichen Verpackung seine Hand in Richtung Mund, reichen schon geringe, an der Hand verbliebene Mengen Bitrex®, um den Geschmackssinn für ein paar Stunden negativ zu beeinträchtigen.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, wasserlösliche Verpackungen mit hoher Kindersicherheit, aber ohne negative Effekte bei normaler Anwendung bereit zu stellen.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine wasserlösliche Verpackung, die ein Mittel und eine wasserlösliche Umhüllung enthält, bei dem die wasserlösliche Umhüllung einen Bitterstoff in einer Verdünnung von mindestens 1 : 250 enthält., gelöst. Es hat sich überraschenderweise gezeigt, dass wenn der Bitterstoff in der wasserlöslichen
Umhüllung enthalten ist, bei regulärer Verwendung der wasserlöslichen Verpackung keine oder kaum bitter schmeckende Substanzen auf der Hand eines Anwenders der wasserlöslichen
Verpackung verbleiben und somit auch bei versehentlichem Kontakt der Hand mit dem Mund die Geschmacksknospen des Anwenders nicht unangenehm gereizt werden.
Wasserlösliche Verpackung
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine wasserlösliche Verpackung, die ein Mittel und eine
wasserlösliche Umhüllung enthält. Die wasserlösliche Umhüllung enthält einen Bitterstoff.
Eine wasserlösliche Verpackung enthält eine wasserlösliche Umhüllung, welche eine geschlossene Struktur ausbildet, die in ihrem Inneren eine oder mehrere Kammern zur Aufnahme eines oder mehrerer Mittel aufweist. Die wasserlösliche Umhüllung wird vorzugsweise durch ein
wasserlösliches Folienmaterial gebildet.
Die wasserlösliche Verpackung kann formstabil oder verformbar ausgebildet sein.
Die wasserlösliche Verpackung kann als formstabiler Behälter, beispielsweise in Form einer Kapsel, Box, Dose oder eines Containers ausgebildet sein.
Es ist grundsätzlich jedoch auch möglich und bevorzugt, die wasserlösliche Verpackung als einen nicht formstabilen Behälter, beispielsweise als Beutel auszuformen. Die Form einer derartigen wasserlöslichen Verpackung kann den Gebrauchsgegebenheiten weitgehend angepasst werden. Es kommen beispielsweise verschiedenste Formen wie beispielsweise Schläuche, Kissen, Zylinder, Flaschen oder Scheiben in Frage.
Die wasserlösliche Verpackung kann eine oder mehrere Kammern zur Bevorratung eines oder mehrerer Mittel aufweisen. Bevorzugt weist die wasserlösliche Verpackung, zwischen zwei und fünf Kammern auf.
Wasserlösliche Umhüllung
Die wasserlösliche Umhüllung wird vorzugsweise aus einem wasserlöslichen Folienmaterial, welches ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus Polymeren oder Polymergemischen, gebildet. Die Umhüllung kann aus einer oder aus zwei oder mehr Lagen aus dem wasserlöslichen Folienmaterial gebildet werden. Das wasserlösliche Folienmaterial der ersten Lage und der weiteren Lagen, falls vorhanden, kann gleich oder unterschiedlich sein. Besonders bevorzugt sind Folien, die beispielsweise zu Verpackungen wie Schläuchen oder Kissen verklebt und/oder versiegelt werden können, nachdem sie mit einem Mittel befüllt wurden.
Es ist bevorzugt, dass die wasserlösliche Umhüllung Polyvinylalkohol oder ein
Polyvinylalkoholcopolymer enthält. Wasserlösliche Umhüllungen, die Polyvinylalkohol oder ein Polyvinylalkoholcopolymer enthalten, weisen eine gute Stabilität bei einer ausreichend hohen Wasserlöslichkeit, insbesondere Kaltwasserlöslichkeit, auf.
Geeignete wasserlösliche Folien zur Herstellung der wasserlöslichen Umhüllung basieren bevorzugt auf einem Polyvinylalkohol oder einem Polyvinylalkoholcopolymer, dessen
Molekulargewicht im Bereich von 10.000 bis 1.000.000 gmol"1 , vorzugsweise von 20.000 bis 500.000 gmol"1 , besonders bevorzugt von 30.000 bis 100.000 gmol"1 und insbesondere von 40.000 bis 80.000 gmol"1 liegt.
Die Herstellung von Polyvinylalkohol geschieht üblicherweise durch Hydrolyse von Polyvinylacetat, da der direkte Syntheseweg nicht möglich ist. Ähnliches gilt für Polyvinylalkoholcopolymere, die aus entsprechend aus Polyvinylacetatcopolymeren hergestellt werden. Bevorzugt ist, wenn wenigstens eine Lage der wasserlöslichen Umhüllung einen Polyvinylalkohol umfasst, dessen Hydrolysegrad 70 bis 100 Mol-%, vorzugsweise 80 bis 90 Mol-%, besonders bevorzugt 81 bis 89 Mol-% und insbesondere 82 bis 88 Mol-% ausmacht.
Einem zur Herstellung der wasserlöslichen Umhüllung geeignetem Polyvinylalkohol-enthaltendem Folienmaterial kann zusätzlich ein Polymer ausgewählt aus der Gruppe umfassend
(Meth)Acrylsäure-haltige (Co)Polymere, Polyacrylamide, Oxazolin-Polymere, Polystyrolsulfonate, Polyurethane, Polyester, Polyether, Polymilchsäure oder Mischungen der vorstehenden Polymere zugesetzt sein. Ein bevorzugtes zusätzliches Polymer sind Polymilchsäuren.
Bevorzugte Polyvinylalkoholcopolymere umfassen neben Vinylalkohol Dicarbonsäuren als weitere Monomere. Geeignete Dicarbonsäure sind Itaconsäure, Malonsäure, Bernsteinsäure und
Mischungen daraus, wobei Itaconsäure bevorzugt ist.
Ebenfalls bevorzugte Polyvinylalkoholcopolymere umfassen neben Vinylalkohol eine ethylenisch ungesättige Carbonsäure, deren Salz oder deren Ester. Besonders bevorzugt enthalten solche Polyvinylalkoholcopolymere neben Vinylalkohol Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure, Acrylsäureester, Methacrylsäureester oder Mischungen daraus.
Es kann bevorzugt sein, dass das Folienmaterial der wasserlöslichen Umhüllung weitere
Zusatzstoffe enthält. Das Folienmaterial der wasserlöslichen Umhüllung kann beispielsweise Weichmacher wie Dipropylenglycol, Ethylenglycol, Diethylenglycol, Propylenglycol, Glycerin, Sorbitol, Mannitol oder Mischungen daraus enthalten. Weitere Zusatzstoffe umfassen
beispielsweise Freisetzungshilfen, Füllmittel, Vernetzungsmittel, Tenside, Antioxidationsmittel, UV- Absorber, Antiblockmittel, Antiklebemittel oder Mischungen daraus.
Die wasserlösliche Umhüllung enthält einen Bitterstoff in einer Verdünnung von mindestens 1 : 250 und vorzugsweise in einer Verdünnung von mindestens 1 : 500.
Als Verdünnung wird in dieser Anmeldung der Vorgang des Sinkens der Konzentration des in der wasserlöslichen Umhüllung befindlichen Bitterstoffs verstanden. Eine Verdünnung von 1 : 250 bedeutet, dass sich in der wasserlöslichen Umhüllung ein Teil Bitterstoff pro 250 Teilen wasserlöslicher Umhüllung befindet.
Als Bitterstoffe werden alle chemischen Verbindungen bezeichnet, die einen bitteren Geschmack aufweisen.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform enthält die wasserlösliche Umhüllung einen Bitterstoff, welcher vorzugsweise einen Bitterwert von mindestens 10.000 aufweist.
Es ist insbesondere bevorzugt, dass der Bitterstoff einen Bitterwert von mindestens 100.000 aufweist. Je höher der Bitterwert ist, desto weniger Bitterstoff muss in die wasserlösliche
Umhüllung eingebracht werden, um einen ausreichend hohen Bitterwert der wasserlöslichen Umhüllung zu erzeugen.
Es hat sich gezeigt, dass Lösungen von Bitterstoffe in reinem Wasser deutlich stärker bitter schmecken als Lösungen der Bitterstoffe in wässrigen Polyvinylalkohol-Lösungen. Der Effekt wird noch größer, wenn die wässrigen Polyvinylalkohol-Lösungen zu Polyvinylalkohol-Folien getrocknet werden.
Der Bitterwert ist der Kehrwert jener Verdünnung eines Stoffes, einer Flüssigkeit oder eines Extraktes, die eben noch bitter schmeckt.
Zur Bestimmung des Bitterwertes wird das im Europäischen Arzneibuch (5. Ausgabe Grundwerk, Stuttgart 2005, Band 1 Allgemeiner Teil Monografiegruppen, 2.8.15 Bitterwert S. 278)
beschriebene standardisierte Verfahren verwendet.
Als Vergleich dient eine wässrige Lösung von Chininhydrochlorid, dessen Bitterwert mit 200.000 festgelegt ist. Dies bedeutet, dass 1 Gramm Chininhydrochlorid 200 Liter Wasser bitter macht. Die interindividuellen Geschmacksunterschiede bei der organoleptischen Prüfung der Bitterkeit werden bei diesem Verfahren durch einen Korrekturfaktor ausgeglichen.
Geeignete Bitterstoffe mit einem Bitterwert von mindestens 10.000, welche in dem Folienmaterial zur Herstellung der wasserlöslichen Umhüllung enthalten sein können, sind natürliche oder synthetische Bitterstoffe. Insbesondere bevorzugt sind die natürlichen Bitterstoffe mit einem Bitterwert von mindestens 10.000 ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Glycosiden, Isoprenoiden, Alkaloiden, Aminosäuren und Mischungen daraus.
Besonders bevorzugte Bitterstoffe mit einem Bitterwert von mindestens 10.000 sind Naringin (Bitterwert = 10.000), Saccharoseoctaacetat (Bitterwert = 100.000) Chininhydrochlorid,
Denatoniumbenzoat (Bitterwert > 100.000.000) und Mischungen daraus.
Es hat sich gezeigt, dass diese Bitterstoffe problemlos in die wasserlösliche Umhüllung eingebracht werden können, ohne dass die strukturelle Integrität der wasserlöslichen Umhüllung zerstört wird.
Zur Erzielung eines ausreichend bitteren Geschmacks der wasserlöslichen Umhüllung wird Saccharoseoctaacetat vorzugsweise in einer Verdünnung von 1 : 1 .000 bis 1 : 500 und
Denatoniumbenzoat vorzugsweise in einer Verdünnung von 1 : 100.000 bis 1 : 50.000 eingesetzt
Seit einiger Zeit sind die für Bittergeschmack zuständigen 25 Gene entschlüsselt, von denen es zusätzlich noch verschiedene Varianten gibt. Ist ein solches Gen nicht aktiv, bildet es keine Rezeptoren für bestimmte Bitterstoffe auf der Zungenoberfläche aus und dieser Mensch ist ein so genannter Nichtschmecker. Um sicherzustellen, dass möglichst viele Menschen, insbesondere Kinder, den Bittergeschmack wahrnehmen, kann der Einsatz einer Mischung verschiedener Bitterstoffe vorteilhaft sein.
Die Verdünnung des Bitterstoffes und somit die Menge an Bitterstoff in der wasserlöslichen Umhüllung hängt insbesondere von der gewünschten Intensität des Bittergeschmacks und von den weiteren Inhaltsstoffen der wasserlöslichen Umhüllung ab. So kann beispielsweise der Einsatz von Weichmachern wie Sorbitol in dem Folienmaterial zur Ausbildung der wasserlöslichen Umhüllung den bitteren Geschmack der wasserlöslichen Umhüllung abschwächen.
Es ist allerdings bevorzugt, dass die Menge an Bitterstoff pro wasserlöslicher Umhüllung zwischen 10 und 4000 ppm beträgt.
Mittel, insbesondere flüssige, qelförmiqe oder feste Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel zur Bevorratung in der wasserlöslichen Verpackung
Neben der wasserlöslichen Umhüllung weist die wasserlösliche Verpackung ein Mittel auf. Dieses Mittel kann beispielsweise ein festes Mittel sein und ein Pulver, ein Granulat oder eine Tablette umfassen. Alternativ kann das Mittel ein flüssiges Mittel sein und ein Gel oder eine Flüssigkeit umfassen. Insbesondere bevorzugt ist das Mittel ein flüssiges oder festes Wasch- oder
Reinigungsmittel, wobei flüssige Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel besonders bevorzugt sind. In einer Ausführungsform weist die wasserlösliche Verpackung eine Kammer zur Aufnahme des Mittels auf. Das Mittel kann in dieser Ausführungsform vorzugsweise ein Pulver, ein Granulat, ein Gel oder eine Flüssigkeit umfassen.
In einer weiteren Ausführungsform weist die wasserlösliche Verpackung zwei Kammern auf. In dieser Ausführungsform enthält die erste Kammer vorzugsweise ein flüssiges Mittel und die zweite Kammer ein festes oder ein flüssiges Mittel. Alternativ können beide Kammern ein festes Mittel enthalten.
Weist die wasserlösliche Verpackung drei Kammern auf, können diese alle jeweils ein flüssiges oder ein festes Mittel enthalten. Möglich ist aber auch, dass eine Kammer ein festes Mittel und zwei Kammern ein flüssiges Mittel enthalten. Außerdem ist es möglich, dass in zwei Kammern ein festes Mittel und in einer Kammer ein flüssiges Mittel enthalten ist.
Bei wasserlöslichen Verpackungen mit vier oder mehr Kammern bestehen entsprechend noch mehr Kombinationsmöglichkeiten im Hinblick auf die Zahl der Kammern mit einem festen oder einem flüssigen Mittel.
Die Mittel, die in den unterschiedlichen Kammern einer wasserlöslichen Verpackung enthalten sind, können dieselbe Zusammensetzung aufweisen. Vorzugsweise weisen die Mittel in einer wasserlöslichen Verpackung mit mindestens zwei Kammern Zusammensetzungen auf, die sich mindestens in einem Inhaltsstoff oder sich mindestens im Gehalt eines Inhaltsstoffes
unterscheiden.
Das Mittel enthält Inhaltsstoffe, die die strukturelle Integrität der wasserlöslichen Umhüllung nicht zerstören. Ist das eingesetzte Mittel ein flüssiges oder festes Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel kann es einen oder mehrere Stoffe aus der Gruppe der Tenside, Gerüststoffe, Bleichmittel,
Bleichaktivatoren, Bleichkatalysatoren, Enzyme, Enzymstabilisatoren, Elektrolyte, pH-Stellmittel, Parfüme, Parfümträger, Fluoreszenzmittel, Farbstoffe, Hydrotope, Schauminhibitoren, Silikonöle, Antiredepositionsmittel, Vergrauungsinhibitoren, Einlaufverhinderer, Knitterschutzmittel,
Farbübertragungsinhibitoren, antimikrobiellen Wirkstoffe, nicht-wässrigen Lösungsmittel, Germizide, Fungizide, Antioxidantien, Konservierungsmittel, Korrosionsinhibitoren, Antistatika, Bittermittel, Bügelhilfsmittel, Phobier- und Imprägniermittel, Trübungsmittel, Haut-pflegende Wirkstoffe, Quell- und Schiebefestmittel, weichmachenden Komponenten, Füllstoffe sowie UV-Absorber enthalten.
Die flüssigen Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel können Wasser enthalten, wobei der Gehalt an Wasser weniger als 10 Gew.-% und mehr bevorzugt weniger als 8 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das gesamte flüssige Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel, beträgt. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer wasserlöslichen Verpackung
Es existieren mehrere Möglichkeiten zur Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen wasserlöslichen Verpackung. Neben dem vertikalen Form-Füll-Siegel-Verfahren bietet sich insbesondere auch der Einsatz eines horizontalen Form-Füll-Siegel-Verfahrens an.
Die Herstellung einer wasserlöslichen Verpackung kann die folgenden Schritte umfassen:
a) Ausbilden wenigstens einer Kavität in einer ersten wasserlöslichen Folienbahn,
b) Befüllen der wenigstens einen Kavität mit einem Mittel und
c) Verschließen der Kavität mit einer zweiten wasserlöslichen Folienbahn.
In einer ersten Ausführungsform kann die erste wasserlösliche Folie(nbahn) einen Bitterstoff in einer Verdünnung von mindestens 1 : 250 aufweisen. Alternativ kann die zweite wasserlösliche Folie(nbahn) einen Bitterstoff in einer Verdünnung von mindestens 1 : 250 aufweisen. Es ist jedoch bevorzugt, dass die erste und die zweite Folienbahn einen Bitterstoff in einer Verdünnung von mindestens 1 : 250 aufweisen.
Ist in beiden wasserlöslichen Folien(bahnen) ein Bitterstoff in einer Verdünnung von mindestens 1 : 250 enthalten, kann der Bitterstoff in der ersten Folie(nbahn) gleich oder verschieden zu dem Bitterstoff in der zweiten Folie(nbahn) sein.
Entsprechend ist ein Gegenstand der Anmeldung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer
wasserlöslichen Verpackung, die ein Mittel und eine wasserlösliche Umhüllung mit einem Bitterstoff enthält, umfassend die die Schritte:
a) Ausbilden wenigstens einer Kavität in einer ersten wasserlöslichen Folienbahn, b) Befüllen der wenigstens einen Kavität mit einem Produkt und
c) Verschließen der Kavität mit einer zweiten wasserlöslichen Folienbahn,
bei dem die erste und/oder die zweite wasserlösliche Folienbahn einen Bitterstoff in einer
Verdünnung von mindestens 1 : 250 aufweist.
Die Herstellung einer wasserlöslichen Folien(bahn) mit einem Bitterstoff kann beispielsweise geschehen, in dem (a) ein wasserlösliches Polymer, welches vorzugsweise Polyvinylalkohol oder ein Polyvinylalkoholcopolymer enthält, alleine oder in Kombination mit wenigstens einem weiteren wasserlöslichen Polymer, einem Lösungsmittel, dem Bitterstoff und gegebenenfalls weiteren Zusatzstoffen zu einer Matrix kombiniert wird, (b) ein Film aus der Matrix gebildet wird und (c) der Film zu einer wasserlöslichen Folie(bahn) getrocknet wird.
Die Bildung des Films kann beispielsweise mittels Gießen und Gegenlaufwalzenstreichens erfolgen. Alternativ kann eine wasserlöslichen Folien(bahn) mit einem Bitterstoff erhalten werden, in dem (a) ein wasserlösliches Polymer, welches vorzugsweise Polyvinylalkohol oder ein
Polyvinylalkoholcopolymer enthält, alleine oder in Kombination mit wenigstens einem weiteren wasserlöslichen Polymer, einem Lösungsmittel, dem Bitterstoff und gegebenenfalls weiteren Zusatzstoffen zu einer Matrix kombiniert wird und (b) mittels Extrusion der Matrix eine Folien(bahn) mit erhalten wird.
In beiden Herstellungsverfahren liegt der Bitterstoff in dem Material zur Ausbildung der Folie(nbahn) in einer Verdünnung von mindestens 1 : 250 vor.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert.
Zur Herstellung einer wasserlöslichen Verpackung, die eine Kammer aufweist, die mit einem flüssigen Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel befüllt ist, wurde zunächst ein flüssiges Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel mittels üblicher und bekannter Methoden und Verfahren hergestellt. In der folgenden Tabelle 1 ist die Zusammensetzung von einem flüssigen Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel E1 gezeigt.

Zur Herstellung einer wasserlöslichen Verpackung V1 mit dem flüssigen Wasch- oder
Reinigungsmittel E1 wurde eine erste Lage einer Folie, die Polyvinylalkohol, Polymilchsäure, Saccharoseoctaactetat, 1 ,2-Propandiol und Glycerin enthält, mit einer Dicke von 76 μιη zum Ausbilden einer Ausbuchtung mittels Vakuum in eine Mulde gezogen. Anschließend wurde die Ausbuchtung mit 30 ml des flüssigen Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittels E1 befüllt. Nach Bedecken der mit dem Mittel befüllten Ausbuchtungen mit einer zweiten Lage einer Folie, die Polyvinylalkohol, Polymilchsäure, Saccharoseoctaactetat, 1 ,2-Propandiol und Glycerin enthält und eine Dicke von 76 μιη aufweist, wurden die erste und zweite Lage miteinander versiegelt. Die Siegelungstemperatur betrug 150 °C und die Siegelungsdauer 1 , 1 Sekunden. Die erste und die zweite Folienbahn enthielten jeweils Saccharoseoctaactetat in einer Verdünnung von 1 : 500.
In einem weiteren Ausführungsbeispiel wurde eine wasserlösliche Verpackung V2 mit dem flüssigen Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel E1 hergestellt, bei dem die Folien anstelle von
Saccharoseoctaactetat Denatoniumbenzoat in einer Verdünnung von 1 : 500.000 enthielten.
In beiden Fällen wurde ein schnell wahrnehmbarer, unangenehm bitterer Geschmack der eingesetzten Folien(bahnen) durch ein Panel von 10 Personen vorab bestätigt.
Nach 4, 8 und 12 Wochen Lagerzeit der wasserlöslichen Verpackungen V1 und V2 unter verschiedenen klimatischen Bedingungen konnte keinerlei An- oder Auflösung der wasserlöslichen Umhüllung beobachtet werden. Zudem konnten keine Poren oder Löcher, die ebenfalls zum Produktaustritt oder Leckagen führen würden, festgestellt werden.
Wasserlösliche Verpackungen V1 und V2 lösten sich in Waschgängen bei Temperaturen, die im Bereich von 20 bis 95 °C lagen, rückstandslos auf.
Außerdem konnte bei Kontakt der beiden wasserlöslichen Verpackungen V1 und V2 mit Haut, insbesondere bei Kontakt mit trockenen oder leicht feuchten Händen, kein Übertrag der Bitterstoffe auf die Haut festgestellt werden.
Die Bestimmung, ob ein anhaltender und/oder störender Übertrag des Bitterstoffs vorliegt, erfolgte mit Hilfe von 10 Probanden, die eine wasserlösliche Verpackung für 5 Sekunden in der Hand fest hielten und anschließend die Hand für 5 Sekunden mit ihrer Zunge in Kontakt brachten. Bei beiden wasserlöslichen Verpackungen V1 und V2 bemerkten alle Probanden keinen oder nur maximal für 1 Minute einen leicht unangenehm bitteren Geschmack.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Wasserlösliche Verpackung, die ein Mittel und eine wasserlösliche Umhüllung enthält, bei dem die wasserlösliche Umhüllung einen Bitterstoff in einer Verdünnung von mindestens
1 : 250 enthält.
2. Wasserlösliche Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die
wasserlösliche Umhüllung den Bitterstoff in einer Verdünnung von mindestens 1 : 500 und mehr bevorzugt mindestens 1 : 1.000 enthält.
3. Wasserlösliche Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass der Bitterstoff einen Bitterwert von mindestens 10.000 aufweist.
4. Wasserlösliche Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bitterstoff ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Naringin, Saccharoseoctaacetat, Denatoniumbenzoat und Mischungen daraus.
5. Wasserlösliche Verpackung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass die wasserlösliche Umhüllung Polyvinylalkohol oder ein
Polyvinylalkoholcopolymer enthält.
6. Wasserlösliche Verpackung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass die wasserlösliche Umhüllung zusätzlich Dipropylenglycol, Ethylenglycol, Diethylenglycol, Propylenglycol, Glycerin, Sorbitol, Mannitol oder
Mischungen daraus enthält.
7. Wasserlösliche Verpackung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass die wasserlösliche Verpackung zwischen zwei und fünf Kammern aufweist.
8. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer wasserlöslichen Verpackung, die ein Mittel und eine wasserlösliche Umhüllung enthält, umfassend die die Schritte:
a) Ausbilden wenigstens einer Kavität in einer ersten wasserlöslichen Folienbahn, b) Befüllen der wenigstens einen Kavität mit einem Produkt und
c) Verschließen der Kavität mit einer zweiten wasserlöslichen Folienbahn, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und/oder die zweite wasserlösliche Folienbahn einen Bitterstoff in einer Verdünnung von mindestens 1 : 250 aufweisen.
