Description

The invention relates to a construction element in the form of a sandwich-type Dämmpaneels with optimized outer surfaces.

Insulating panels for use in the construction sector, in particular for roofing and cladding, are generally known from the prior art. They usually consist of two outer plates made of sheet metal or PVC, sandwiched between which is an insulating layer, for example made of polyurethane foam.

For example, an insulating panel of the aforementioned type in the document WO 2004/009929 A1 described. The panel known from this prior art consists of a pair of sandwich-connected sheets with an intermediate insulating layer. DE3943516A1 . EP0243912A2 . AT328688B and DE20319907U1 disclose further construction plates according to the prior art. In the insulating panels used in construction technology, the two cover plates usually serve to give the sandwich-like Dämmpaneel as high a mechanical strength and design the entire sandwich element weatherproof and as insensitive to mechanical influences. Most of the two outer layers are glued to the insulating layer with the aid of an adhesive.

The conventional Dämmpaneele known from construction technology have the disadvantage that they can indeed produce relatively cheap, but their application is usually limited to commercial halls, especially warehouses or factory buildings. The reason for this is, on the one hand, that insulating panels from the construction sector of the known type - if at all - are difficult to incorporate into the architecture of, for example, a residential or office building. A further disadvantage in this context is that the conventional insulation panels known from the construction sector do not offer any possibilities of exposure to the inside or sight to the outside, which however is increasingly required, in particular in the field of building construction.

Based on this problem, the invention is based on the object to provide a construction element, which can be produced relatively cheap, while a sound and heat insulation should be achievable, which should be comparable to the values in a corresponding industrial panel. In particular, the design element is also suitable for the construction of buildings, and in particular, if required, allows the desired transparency in object construction.

This object is solved by the subject matter of independent claim 1. Advantageous developments of the construction element according to the invention are specified in the dependent claims.

Accordingly, the invention relates in particular to a construction element in the form of a sandwich-mounted Dämmpaneels, wherein the structural element at least at first glance structurally certain similarities with known from the prior art industrial panels used as facade panels for commercial halls, etc. used come. Because as well as conventional industrial panels, the construction element according to the invention has an insulating layer, in particular of mineral insulation or of petroleum-based insulating material and a first and a second cover plate, which sandwich the insulating layer enclose. The cover plates are formed of a material which is hard relative to the material of the insulating layer.

In this case, it is according to the invention if the cover plates are formed from metal or a metal sandwich; Of course, other materials come as well such as cover plates in question, such as gypsum board boards, cement-bonded boards, natural stone or ornamental panels. It is also conceivable that the first cover layer is made of a material which is different from the material of the second cover layer.

As already stated, the two cover plates sandwich the insulating layer. For this purpose, the cover plates are each connected to one of the two opposite outer sides of the insulating layer. It makes sense to choose a material connection, in particular with the help of an adhesive, such as a 2-component adhesive.

According to the invention it is provided in particular that the construction element further comprises a one-piece, in particular monolithically formed outer cover plate made of glass or a vitreous material. The outer cover plate made of glass or vitreous material is arranged over the entire surface on the outer surface of the first or second cover plate and connected in a material-locking manner to the corresponding cover plate. Again, it is advisable to glue the outer cover plate made of glass or vitreous material with the outer surface of the cover plate of Dämmpaneel composite construction. Experiments have shown that in this context, in particular, a silicone rubber-based adhesive is suitable, wherein the color of the adhesive can be selected to be specific for the specific wiper.

In this way, the outer surface of the structural element is ultimately formed by the existing glass or vitreous material outer cover plate, which not only visually enhances the construction element compared to industrial insulation panels, but also brings a number of other technical advantages. Apart from the fact that the construction element according to the invention with the outer surface of glass harmonized with the usual design elements usually used in the object construction, a glass surface compared to the surface of an industrial panel is much harder and can also be easier to clean, such as rain or splash can be removed without residue on glass surfaces without residue.

On the other hand, with the constructional element according to the invention, the required exposure possibilities and the requirements for a (as large as possible) visual reference to the outside can also be provided.

Thus, in an advantageous realization of the construction element according to the invention, at least one insulation layer-free region is formed in the insulation layer to form a see-through region through the construction element. Furthermore, in the first and second cover plate of the construction element in each case an at least partially overlapping with the insulation layer region window area is formed. In other words, in the construction element according to the invention, individual viewing areas can be realized, while maintaining the advantages of a conventional industrial panel.

So that the thermal insulation and sound insulation of the structural element does not then fall below the value of a conventional industrial panel, it is preferred if an additional transparent planar element, in particular glass pane or foil, is provided in the see-through area of the construction element.

In this connection, it is appropriate to provide a frame structure which is integrated in the construction element, such that the frame structure is arranged in the peripheral area of the insulation-layer-free area.

In accordance with one aspect of the present invention, the frame structure integrated in the construction element has a spacer, which is connected, in particular materially connected, to the inner surface of the outer cover plate pointing in the direction of the interior of the construction element. This spacer, which is preferably a thermally insulating spacer, has a predetermined or definable distance between the transparent sheet and the outer cover plate.

It is advantageous if the spacer on the one hand with the outer cover plate in particular is materially connected, wherein the spacer should on the other hand be materially connected to the transparent surface element. The spacer should be the insulating layer-free formed in the insulating layer Surround area and formed in the first or second cover plate window area.

According to a further aspect of the invention, the frame structure integrated in the construction element has a reveal profile, which is connected on the one hand with one of the two cover plates or with an optionally arranged on one of the two cover plates outer cover plate, in particular cohesively connected, wherein the reveal profile on the other connected to the transparent surface element, in particular materially connected.

As an alternative to this, the frame structure integrated in the construction element has a reveal profile which is arranged adjacent to the spacer and connected on the one hand to one of the two cover plates or to an outer cover plate possibly arranged on one of the two cover plates, in particular by material bonding, and the soffit profile on the other hand connected to the other of the two cover plates or with an optionally arranged on the other of the two cover plates outer cover plate is connected, in particular cohesively.

In principle, it is advantageous if the reveal profile surrounds the insulating layer-free area formed in the insulating layer or the insulating layer-free area formed in the insulating layer together with the window area formed in the first and / or second cover plate.

Finally, it is advantageous if arranged both on the outer surface of the first cover plate and on the outer surface of the second cover plate in each case an integrally and in particular monolithically formed outer cover plate made of glass or a vitreous material and the entire surface cohesively with the corresponding cover plate, in particular by gluing , connected is.

In this context, it is conceivable and possible with relatively little technical effort, in the context of the already occurring bonding of the cover plates with the centrally located insulating layer to ensure that arise between the cover plates adhesive bridges that penetrate the insulation layer. Such adhesive bridges, which can be produced, for example, by filling a multiplicity of holes in the insulating layer with the aid of adhesive, provide for a much greater mechanical stability of the entire sandwich element, so that even with a later handling during transport and construction damage such Dämmpaneele or facade panels by tearing the insulation layer hardly occurs. These adhesive bridges acting as stabilizers ensure that the shear stability of the entire insulation panel can be significantly increased.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the construction element according to the invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 1 shows in a plan view a first exemplary embodiment of the construction element 100 according to the invention, which is designed in the form of a sandwich-mounted Dämmpaneels. As is the top view Fig. 1 can be removed, the construction element 100 has a total of two see-through areas 7, 7 ', which have a different geometry and dimensions in this example. The remaining areas of the construction element 100 are designed as opaque, ie non-translucent areas 10.

The detailed structure of the construction element 100 according to the in Fig. 1 illustrated embodiment results in detail with reference to the in the FIGS. 2, 3 and 6 illustrated sectional views. In detail shows Fig. 2 a sectional view through the structural element 100 along the line A - A in Fig. 1 , while Fig. 3 a section of the illustration in Fig. 2 shows. In Fig. 6 is a partial sectional view along the in Fig. 1 shown line B - B shown.

As shown, the construction element 100 according to the invention according to this embodiment, an insulating layer 1, which preferably consists of mineral insulation material, especially rock wool. If the structural element 100 does not have to withstand increased fire resistance, it is of course also conceivable to choose another insulating material for the insulating layer 1, in particular a petroleum-based insulating material, such as polyurethane foam. Of course, other insulation materials come into question such as a Dämmmaterial bed, flakes or wool.

The insulating layer 1 is sandwiched by a first and a second cover plate 2, 3. Specifically, the respective cover plates 2, 3 are arranged on the two opposite outer sides of the insulating layer 1 and connected to the insulating layer 1 cohesively. As a rule, a bond, in particular with a 2-component adhesive, is used here.

The two cover plates 2, 3 in the embodiments exemplified in the drawings of the construction element 100 according to the invention are preferably formed from sheet metal or a sheet-like material. As a material for the two cover plates 2, 3 but other embodiments come into question. For example, at least one of the two cover plates 2, 3 can be designed as a gypsum cardboard board, cement-bonded board, natural stone slab, ornamental slab or as a metal sandwich panel.

Fig. 9). As it is in particular the representation in Fig. 2 can be removed, at the longitudinal edges L of the structural element 100 connecting means 17, 17 'in the form of a kind of "tongue / groove arrangement" is provided. With the help of these partially complementary formed connecting means 17, 17 ', two adjoining construction elements of the same type can be connected to each other (see. Fig. 9 ). Of course, other embodiments for suitable connection means come into question instead of a tongue and groove arrangement.

The inventive solution is characterized in that the construction element 100 further comprises at least one integral, in particular monolithically formed outer cover plate 4 made of glass or a glassy material. At the in Fig. 2 in a sectional view illustrated exemplary embodiment, only a single outer cover plate 4 is used, which is arranged over the entire surface on the outer surface of the first cover plate 2 and connected to the corresponding cover plate 2 cohesively, in particular by gluing. In practice, it has been found that for bonding the outer cover plate made of glass with the corresponding cover plate 2 silicone rubber-based adhesive is particularly preferred.

The already mentioned opaque areas 10 of the construction element 100 are formed by at least partially applying a coating It is conceivable that the coating is an enamel layer or a plotter or roller pressure coating. Also suitable is a screen printing coating.

As it is in particular the representation in Fig. 2 can be removed, the outer cover plate 4 is formed without joints. In addition, the outer cover plate 4 has a size (dimension), which is selected such that the outer cover plate 4, the corresponding cover plate 2 at least completely covered.

As already stated, in the exemplary embodiment of the construction element 100 according to the invention shown in the drawings, the outer cover plate 4 formed of glass or a vitreous material is preferably glued to the corresponding cover plate 2 of the sandwich-type insulating panel.

For this purpose, the outer cover plate 4 is provided only over the entire surface with an adhesive according to a preferred method of preparation. In this context, it is conceivable to use an adhesive whose viscosity is adjusted so that the adhesive spreads evenly on the outer cover plate 4 and thus produces a uniformly thick adhesive film 19. It is important, above all, that the adhesive is applied to the outer cover plate 4 in a completely homogeneous and bubble-free manner.

Subsequently, the sandwich panel 50 consisting of insulating layer 1 and the two on both sides connected to the insulating layer 1 cover plates 2, 3 is pressed onto the on the outer cover plate 4 uniformly applied adhesive film 19.

It is important that the adhesive gap, i. the distance between the inwardly facing outer cover plate 4 and the surface of the first cover plate 2 is adjusted to a defined extent to produce a uniform cohesive connection between the first cover plate 2 and the outer cover plate 4.

To prevent air pockets in the adhesive film 19, which would result in that there is no full-surface bond between the first cover plate 2 and the outer cover plate 4 is reached, is provided in a preferred realization of the construction element 100 according to the invention that at least that cover plate 2, 3, with which the outer cover plate 4 is integrally connected, is at least partially perforated. Due to the perforations of the perforation, air trapped in the adhesive film 19 between the first cover plate 2 and the outer cover plate 4 can easily and completely escape, so that a full-surface bond can be achieved.

Im Einzelnen zeigt Fig. 6 ausschnittsweise eine Schnittansicht entlang der Linie B - B in Fig. 1.Below under reference name on the representation in Fig. 6 the structure of one of the two see-through areas 7, 7 'in the in Fig. 1 described exemplary in a plan view construction element 100. In detail shows Fig. 6 a sectional view along the line B - B in Fig. 1 ,

As shown, the construction element 100 in the see-through region 7 has a region 6 free of insulation layer. Furthermore, in each case a window region 8, 9 is formed in the first and second cover plates 2, 3, this window region 8, 9 overlapping at least in regions with the insulation layer-free region 6.

In practice, the see-through area 7 can best be produced by the construction element 100 by cutting out a corresponding area before the outer cover plate 4 is stuck to the sandwich panel 50 in the sandwich panel 50, this area ultimately forming the see-through area.

At the in Fig. 6 shown sectional view is provided in the see-through region 7, an additional transparent surface element 12 in the form of a glass sheet or foil. In order to hold this transparent surface element 12, an integrated in the construction element 100 frame structure 11 is used, which is arranged in the peripheral region in the insulation layer region 6. In the in Fig. 6 By way of example, the frame structure 11 integrated in the construction element 100 has a spacer 13, which is connected to the inner surface of the outer cover plate 4 which points in the direction of the interior of the construction element 100. In this case, in particular, a cohesive connection (gluing) is used as the connection. By the spacer 13, which is preferably a thermally insulating spacer, the distance between the transparent surface element 12 and the outer cover plate 4 is fixed.

The spacer 13 is not only connected to the corresponding inner surface of the outer cover plate 4, but also with the transparent surface element 12. Again, preferably a cohesive (adhesive) connection is used.

The frame structure 11 integrated in the construction element 100 furthermore has a reveal profile 14, which is shown in FIG Fig. 6 illustrated embodiment with the second cover plate 3 on the one hand and the transparent surface element 12 on the other hand, in particular cohesively connected. For this purpose, the second cover plate 3 overlaps the end face of the embedded in the structural element 100 soffit profile 14. Alternatively, it is also conceivable to provide no overlap between the cover plate 3 and the front side of the soffit 14. Then it would be advantageous to use a connecting web 18, which is connected on the one hand with the end face of the reveal profile 14 and on the other hand preferably with the outer surface of the second cover plate 3, in particular glued.

The above-described exemplary embodiment of the construction element 100 according to the invention is characterized in that only on an outer surface of the sandwich panel 50 is an outer cover plate 4 of glass or a vitreous material applied.

However, the invention is not limited to this embodiment. Rather, it makes sense if on both surfaces of the sandwich panel 50, i. on the respective outer surfaces of the first and second cover plate 2, 3 each arranged an outer cover plate 4, 5 made of glass or a glassy material and is materially connected to the corresponding cover plate 2, 3.

This embodiment is exemplified by the in the FIGS. 4 and 5 can be seen schematically cross-sectional views. In this case, therefore, two outer cover plates 4, 5 are provided, which are each formed in one piece and in particular monolithic glass or a glassy material and respectively the entire surface with the corresponding cover plate 2, 3 of the sandwich panel 50 are materially connected, in particular by gluing. As in the previously described embodiment, it is advantageous if the first and second cover plates 2, 3 are perforated accordingly.

Fig. 8 is a plan view of another exemplary embodiment of the invention, wherein in particular two inventive construction elements 100, 100 'are shown. The two illustrated construction elements 100 and 100 'are arranged adjacent and connected to each other along their longitudinal edges L. In detail, this is on the one hand already with reference to Fig. 1 described construction element 100, which is connected to a further embodiment of the construction element 100 'according to the invention. The structural element 100 'according to this embodiment has, unlike the first structural element 100, no see-through regions 7, but otherwise is constructed substantially identical to the structural element 100.

A sectional view along the line C - C in Fig. 8 is in Fig. 9 shown. From this it can be seen that the two adjacent construction elements 100, 100 'are connected to one another via the already described, complementarily designed connecting means 17, 17'. The sectional view according to Fig. 9 corresponds essentially to the representations according to the FIGS. 4 and 5 , In contrast to the FIGS. 4 and 5 However, the two integral outer plates 4, 5 are each designed such that the outer surface of the first or second cover plate 2, 2 'and 3, 3 of both construction elements 100, 100' simultaneously cover over the entire surface. The outer plates 4, 5 of the two structural elements 100, 100 'are preferably materially connected, in particular by gluing, with the two respective cover plates 2, 2' and 3, 3 'respectively. In other words, the one-piece outer panels 4, 5 are each designed to simultaneously cover a plurality (eg, two or three) sandwich panels 50, 50 '.

Hereinafter, referring to the illustration in FIG Fig. 7 the structure of a see-through area 7 'in a construction element 100 described in which two outer cover plates 4, 5 are used.

The structure differs from that previously described with reference to the diagram in FIG Fig. 6 shown construction in that now on the second cover plate 3, an outer cover plate made of glass is arranged. In this way, a space volume V is limited by the reveal profile 14, the transparent surface element 12 and the outer cover plate 5.

If this is a relatively large volume of space, it is necessary to provide an appropriate pressure equalization, so that it does not come to a bulge of the see-through area under the influence of heat. For this purpose, in the illustrated embodiment, the volume V is connected via a pressure equalization opening 15 with a (not shown) compensating volume. In detail, in the illustrated embodiment, the pressure equalization opening 15 is formed in the reveal profile 14 and connected via a pressure equalization tube 16 with the outside atmosphere or supplied via a pressure line with dried air.

Alternatively, it is also conceivable to bring the pressure compensation opening 15 into fluid communication with a compensating volume, wherein the compensating volume is limited by a wall which at least partially consists of a flexible, vapor-tight material, in particular foil material.

The following is with reference to the representations in the FIGS. 10 to 12 an example of a way of mounting the construction element 100 according to the invention described.

In detail is in Fig. 10 a horizontal sectional view of an arrangement shown, which consists of two juxtaposed construction elements 100, 100 ', wherein the construction elements 100, 100' is not yet on a support structure (in Fig. 10 not shown) are mounted. Fig. 11 on the other hand, the arrangement shows after assembly on a corresponding support structure 60th

In the in the FIGS. 10 and 11 shown arrangement two preferably identical construction elements 100, 100 'according to the present invention are used. As can be seen, the construction elements 100, 100 'are provided with connecting means for forming a kind of tongue and groove connection with a connecting element 30, so that via the connecting element 30 the two adjacent construction elements 100, 100 'can be interconnected.

As will be described in more detail below, the connection of the two adjacent structural elements 100, 100 'proposed herein provides the advantage that, if required, a structural element already mounted to a supporting structure with other structural elements can be easily disassembled without disassembling the others Design elements must be solved by the support structure.

In detail, the left side in 10 and FIG. 11 illustrated construction element 100 in its the adjacent construction element 100 'facing longitudinal edge L a joint or groove portion 20 on. This joint or groove portion 20 is formed in the illustrated embodiment in the insulating layer 1 of the construction element 100 and extends substantially parallel to the outer surface of the outer cover plate 4. In the same way in the second construction element 100 'is a corresponding joint or Groove portion 20 'is formed. As in particular the horizontal sectional view according to Fig. 11 can be removed, the joint or groove portions 20, 20 'serve for at least partially receiving a (common) connecting element 30th

Preferably, the respective joint or groove portions 20, 20 'at least partially provided with a reinforcement 21, 21', so that the insulating layer 1, 1 'of the corresponding construction element 100, 100' is not damaged and no force peaks occur when forces on the common connecting element 30 in the insulating layer 1, 1 'of the corresponding structural element 100, 100' are introduced. As a reinforcement 21, 21 'comes, for example, in the corresponding joint or groove portion 20, 20' inserted or glued sheet metal strip in question.

Fig. 11).As is the horizontal sectional view according to Fig. 10 can be removed is provided in the illustrated embodiment that in the left side in Fig. 10 shown construction element 100 the side edge S1 of the outer cover plate 4 compared to the side edge S2 of the insulating layer 1 in such a way towards the center of the construction element 100 set back that the side edge S2 of the insulating layer 1 protrudes beyond the side edge S1 of the outer cover plate 4, so that from the outside a fastener 31, in particular a screw in a grooved or grooved portion 20 inserted connecting element 30 can be driven, in particular screwed (see. Fig. 11 ).

Furthermore, at the in 10 and FIG. 11 In the embodiment shown, a sealing element 22 is provided on the side longitudinal edge L of the two adjacently arranged structural elements 100, 100 'for sealing the gap between the two structural elements 100, 100' when connected together.

Nutbereiche 20, 20' der beiden benachbart angeordneten Konstruktionselemente 100, 100'.The common connecting element 30 preferably has at least one spring section 32, 32 'for releasable clamping of the connecting element 30 in the opposite joint or groove regions 20, 20' of the two adjacently arranged structural elements 100, 100 '.

Preferably - as in Fig. 11 indicated - at least one of the two mutually aligned joint or groove portions 20, 20 'so deep in the insulating layer 1, 1' of the relevant structural element 100, 100 'formed that the connecting element 30 so far in the respective joint or groove area 20th , 20 'can be recorded that no area of the connecting element 30 protrudes more in the other of the two joint or groove area. At the in 10 and FIG. 11 In the embodiment shown, it is the joint or groove area 20 'of the construction element 100' arranged on the right side, which is designed to completely receive the connection element 30 as required.

In this way, the interchangeability of the individual structural elements can be realized from the association, which is required, for example, when a single element is defective. In particular, it is no longer necessary to replace the elements on one side of the bandage to replace a structural element integrated in an assembly of a plurality of structural elements until the affected structural element can be exchanged. In the solution proposed here, a single structural element can be removed from the dressing without disassembling adjacent structural elements. To remove only the connecting element be pushed to the side in the corresponding deep-trained joint or groove area.

The connecting element is preferably fixedly mounted on the construction element during initial assembly, the construction elements can thus be mounted as a standard sandwich facade.

Fig. 11 shows a vertical sectional view of an exemplary construction element 100 after mounting on a support structure 60th

As shown, in the lower longitudinal edge of the structural member 100, a groove portion 40 is formed to receive a spring portion 41, preferably a support structure 60.

Furthermore, a holding profile 42 is used, which is fixedly connected to the supporting structure 60 and at least partially surrounds the upper edge region of the construction element 100.

The invention is not limited to the embodiments shown by way of example in the drawings, but results from a synopsis of all features disclosed herein.

In particular, it is conceivable that the existing outer cover plates have a dimension and size such that they overlap, for example, two sandwich elements 50. In this context, the representations in the FIGS. 8 and 9 directed.
