Definitions
- the invention relates to a construction element in the form of a sandwich-type Dämmpaneels with optimized outer surfaces.
- Insulating panels for use in the construction sector, in particular for roofing and cladding are generally known from the prior art. They usually consist of two outer plates made of sheet metal or PVC, sandwiched between which is an insulating layer, for example made of polyurethane foam.
- the panel known from this prior art consists of a pair of sandwich-connected sheets with an intermediate insulating layer.
- AT328688B and DE20319907U1 disclose further construction plates according to the prior art.
- the two cover plates usually serve to give the sandwich-like Dämmpaneel as high a mechanical strength and design the entire sandwich element weatherproof and as insensitive to mechanical influences.
- Most of the two outer layers are glued to the insulating layer with the aid of an adhesive.
- the conventional Dämmpaneele known from construction technology have the disadvantage that they can indeed produce relatively cheap, but their application is usually limited to commercial halls, especially warehouses or factory buildings.
- the reason for this is, on the one hand, that insulating panels from the construction sector of the known type - if at all - are difficult to incorporate into the architecture of, for example, a residential or office building.
- a further disadvantage in this context is that the conventional insulation panels known from the construction sector do not offer any possibilities of exposure to the inside or sight to the outside, which however is increasingly required, in particular in the field of building construction.
- the invention is based on the object to provide a construction element, which can be produced relatively cheap, while a sound and heat insulation should be achievable, which should be comparable to the values in a corresponding industrial panel.
- the design element is also suitable for the construction of buildings, and in particular, if required, allows the desired transparency in object construction.
- the invention relates in particular to a construction element in the form of a sandwich-mounted Dämmpaneels, wherein the structural element at least at first glance structurally certain similarities with known from the prior art industrial panels used as facade panels for commercial halls, etc. used come.
- the construction element according to the invention has an insulating layer, in particular of mineral insulation or of petroleum-based insulating material and a first and a second cover plate, which sandwich the insulating layer enclose.
- the cover plates are formed of a material which is hard relative to the material of the insulating layer.
- the cover plates are formed from metal or a metal sandwich;
- other materials come as well such as cover plates in question, such as gypsum board boards, cement-bonded boards, natural stone or ornamental panels.
- the first cover layer is made of a material which is different from the material of the second cover layer.
- the two cover plates sandwich the insulating layer.
- the cover plates are each connected to one of the two opposite outer sides of the insulating layer. It makes sense to choose a material connection, in particular with the help of an adhesive, such as a 2-component adhesive.
- the construction element further comprises a one-piece, in particular monolithically formed outer cover plate made of glass or a vitreous material.
- the outer cover plate made of glass or vitreous material is arranged over the entire surface on the outer surface of the first or second cover plate and connected in a material-locking manner to the corresponding cover plate.
- a silicone rubber-based adhesive is suitable, wherein the color of the adhesive can be selected to be specific for the specific wiper.
- the outer surface of the structural element is ultimately formed by the existing glass or vitreous material outer cover plate, which not only visually enhances the construction element compared to industrial insulation panels, but also brings a number of other technical advantages.
- a glass surface compared to the surface of an industrial panel is much harder and can also be easier to clean, such as rain or splash can be removed without residue on glass surfaces without residue.
- the required exposure possibilities and the requirements for a (as large as possible) visual reference to the outside can also be provided.
- At least one insulation layer-free region is formed in the insulation layer to form a see-through region through the construction element. Furthermore, in the first and second cover plate of the construction element in each case an at least partially overlapping with the insulation layer region window area is formed. In other words, in the construction element according to the invention, individual viewing areas can be realized, while maintaining the advantages of a conventional industrial panel.
- an additional transparent planar element in particular glass pane or foil, is provided in the see-through area of the construction element.
- the frame structure integrated in the construction element has a spacer, which is connected, in particular materially connected, to the inner surface of the outer cover plate pointing in the direction of the interior of the construction element.
- This spacer which is preferably a thermally insulating spacer, has a predetermined or definable distance between the transparent sheet and the outer cover plate.
- the spacer on the one hand with the outer cover plate in particular is materially connected, wherein the spacer should on the other hand be materially connected to the transparent surface element.
- the spacer should be the insulating layer-free formed in the insulating layer Surround area and formed in the first or second cover plate window area.
- the frame structure integrated in the construction element has a reveal profile, which is connected on the one hand with one of the two cover plates or with an optionally arranged on one of the two cover plates outer cover plate, in particular cohesively connected, wherein the reveal profile on the other connected to the transparent surface element, in particular materially connected.
- the frame structure integrated in the construction element has a reveal profile which is arranged adjacent to the spacer and connected on the one hand to one of the two cover plates or to an outer cover plate possibly arranged on one of the two cover plates, in particular by material bonding, and the soffit profile on the other hand connected to the other of the two cover plates or with an optionally arranged on the other of the two cover plates outer cover plate is connected, in particular cohesively.
- the reveal profile surrounds the insulating layer-free area formed in the insulating layer or the insulating layer-free area formed in the insulating layer together with the window area formed in the first and / or second cover plate.
- Fig. 1 shows in a plan view a first exemplary embodiment of the construction element 100 according to the invention, which is designed in the form of a sandwich-mounted Dämmpaneels. As is the top view Fig. 1 can be removed, the construction element 100 has a total of two see-through areas 7, 7 ', which have a different geometry and dimensions in this example. The remaining areas of the construction element 100 are designed as opaque, ie non-translucent areas 10.

- Fig. 6 is a partial sectional view along the in Fig. 1 shown line B - B shown.
- an insulating layer 1 which preferably consists of mineral insulation material, especially rock wool. If the structural element 100 does not have to withstand increased fire resistance, it is of course also conceivable to choose another insulating material for the insulating layer 1, in particular a petroleum-based insulating material, such as polyurethane foam. Of course, other insulation materials come into question such as a Dämmmaterial bed, flakes or wool.
- the insulating layer 1 is sandwiched by a first and a second cover plate 2, 3. Specifically, the respective cover plates 2, 3 are arranged on the two opposite outer sides of the insulating layer 1 and connected to the insulating layer 1 cohesively. As a rule, a bond, in particular with a 2-component adhesive, is used here.
- the two cover plates 2, 3 in the embodiments exemplified in the drawings of the construction element 100 according to the invention are preferably formed from sheet metal or a sheet-like material.
- a material for the two cover plates 2, 3 but other embodiments come into question.
- at least one of the two cover plates 2, 3 can be designed as a gypsum cardboard board, cement-bonded board, natural stone slab, ornamental slab or as a metal sandwich panel.
- connection means 17, 17 ' In the representation in Fig. 2 can be removed, at the longitudinal edges L of the structural element 100 connecting means 17, 17 'in the form of a kind of "tongue / groove arrangement" is provided. With the help of these partially complementary formed connecting means 17, 17 ', two adjoining construction elements of the same type can be connected to each other (see. Fig. 9 ). Insulating panels for use in the construction sector, in particular for roofing and cladding, are generally known from the prior art. They usually consist of two outer plates made of sheet metal or PVC, sandwiched between which is an insulating layer, for example made of polyurethane foam.
The conventional Dämmpaneele known from construction technology have the disadvantage that they can indeed produce relatively cheap, but their application is usually limited to commercial halls, especially warehouses or factory buildings. The reason for this is, on the one hand, that insulating panels from the construction sector of the known type - if at all - are difficult to incorporate into the architecture of, for example, a residential or office building. A further disadvantage in this context is that the conventional insulation panels known from the construction sector do not offer any possibilities of exposure to the inside or sight to the outside, which however is increasingly required, in particular in the field of building construction.
Based on this problem, the invention is based on the object to provide a construction element, which can be produced relatively cheap, while a sound and heat insulation should be achievable, which should be comparable to the values in a corresponding industrial panel. In particular, the design element is also suitable for the construction of buildings, and in particular, if required, allows the desired transparency in object construction.
This object is solved by the subject matter of
Accordingly, the invention relates in particular to a construction element in the form of a sandwich-mounted Dämmpaneels, wherein the structural element at least at first glance structurally certain similarities with known from the prior art industrial panels used as facade panels for commercial halls, etc. used come. Because as well as conventional industrial panels, the construction element according to the invention has an insulating layer, in particular of mineral insulation or of petroleum-based insulating material and a first and a second cover plate, which sandwich the insulating layer enclose. The cover plates are formed of a material which is hard relative to the material of the insulating layer.
In this case, it is according to the invention if the cover plates are formed from metal or a metal sandwich; Of course, other materials come as well such as cover plates in question, such as gypsum board boards, cement-bonded boards, natural stone or ornamental panels. It is also conceivable that the first cover layer is made of a material which is different from the material of the second cover layer.
As already stated, the two cover plates sandwich the insulating layer. For this purpose, the cover plates are each connected to one of the two opposite outer sides of the insulating layer. It makes sense to choose a material connection, in particular with the help of an adhesive, such as a 2-component adhesive.
According to the invention it is provided in particular that the construction element further comprises a one-piece, in particular monolithically formed outer cover plate made of glass or a vitreous material. The outer cover plate made of glass or vitreous material is arranged over the entire surface on the outer surface of the first or second cover plate and connected in a material-locking manner to the corresponding cover plate. Again, it is advisable to glue the outer cover plate made of glass or vitreous material with the outer surface of the cover plate of Dämmpaneel composite construction. Experiments have shown that in this context, in particular, a silicone rubber-based adhesive is suitable, wherein the color of the adhesive can be selected to be specific for the specific wiper.
In this way, the outer surface of the structural element is ultimately formed by the existing glass or vitreous material outer cover plate, which not only visually enhances the construction element compared to industrial insulation panels, but also brings a number of other technical advantages. Apart from the fact that the construction element according to the invention with the outer surface of glass harmonized with the usual design elements usually used in the object construction, a glass surface compared to the surface of an industrial panel is much harder and can also be easier to clean, such as rain or splash can be removed without residue on glass surfaces without residue.
On the other hand, with the constructional element according to the invention, the required exposure possibilities and the requirements for a (as large as possible) visual reference to the outside can also be provided.
Thus, in an advantageous realization of the construction element according to the invention, at least one insulation layer-free region is formed in the insulation layer to form a see-through region through the construction element. Furthermore, in the first and second cover plate of the construction element in each case an at least partially overlapping with the insulation layer region window area is formed. In other words, in the construction element according to the invention, individual viewing areas can be realized, while maintaining the advantages of a conventional industrial panel.
So that the thermal insulation and sound insulation of the structural element does not then fall below the value of a conventional industrial panel, it is preferred if an additional transparent planar element, in particular glass pane or foil, is provided in the see-through area of the construction element.
In this connection, it is appropriate to provide a frame structure which is integrated in the construction element, such that the frame structure is arranged in the peripheral area of the insulation-layer-free area.
In accordance with one aspect of the present invention, the frame structure integrated in the construction element has a spacer, which is connected, in particular materially connected, to the inner surface of the outer cover plate pointing in the direction of the interior of the construction element. This spacer, which is preferably a thermally insulating spacer, has a predetermined or definable distance between the transparent sheet and the outer cover plate.
It is advantageous if the spacer on the one hand with the outer cover plate in particular is materially connected, wherein the spacer should on the other hand be materially connected to the transparent surface element. The spacer should be the insulating layer-free formed in the insulating layer Surround area and formed in the first or second cover plate window area.
According to a further aspect of the invention, the frame structure integrated in the construction element has a reveal profile, which is connected on the one hand with one of the two cover plates or with an optionally arranged on one of the two cover plates outer cover plate, in particular cohesively connected, wherein the reveal profile on the other connected to the transparent surface element, in particular materially connected.
As an alternative to this, the frame structure integrated in the construction element has a reveal profile which is arranged adjacent to the spacer and connected on the one hand to one of the two cover plates or to an outer cover plate possibly arranged on one of the two cover plates, in particular by material bonding, and the soffit profile on the other hand connected to the other of the two cover plates or with an optionally arranged on the other of the two cover plates outer cover plate is connected, in particular cohesively.
In principle, it is advantageous if the reveal profile surrounds the insulating layer-free area formed in the insulating layer or the insulating layer-free area formed in the insulating layer together with the window area formed in the first and / or second cover plate.
Finally, it is advantageous if arranged both on the outer surface of the first cover plate and on the outer surface of the second cover plate in each case an integrally and in particular monolithically formed outer cover plate made of glass or a vitreous material and the entire surface cohesively with the corresponding cover plate, in particular by gluing , connected is.
In this context, it is conceivable and possible with relatively little technical effort, in the context of the already occurring bonding of the cover plates with the centrally located insulating layer to ensure that arise between the cover plates adhesive bridges that penetrate the insulation layer. Such adhesive bridges, which can be produced, for example, by filling a multiplicity of holes in the insulating layer with the aid of adhesive, provide for a much greater mechanical stability of the entire sandwich element, so that even with a later handling during transport and construction damage such Dämmpaneele or facade panels by tearing the insulation layer hardly occurs. These adhesive bridges acting as stabilizers ensure that the shear stability of the entire insulation panel can be significantly increased.

As already stated, in the exemplary embodiment of the
For this purpose, the

To prevent air pockets in the

In particular, it is no longer necessary to replace the elements on one side of the bandage to replace a structural element integrated in an assembly of a plurality of structural elements until the affected structural element can be exchanged. In the solution proposed here, a single structural element can be removed from the dressing without disassembling adjacent structural elements.
