Bouteille de gaz comprimé (1) comprenant une valve de bouteille (4) servant au remplissage avec du gaz et au prélèvement de celui-ci et comprenant aussi un dispositif de protection de valve (2, 20, 41) destiné à protéger la valve de bouteille (4) des dommages, le dispositif de protection de valve (2, 20, 41) comportant un boîtier (21, 38, 42), qui est monté sur un col (3) de la bouteille de gaz comprimé (1) et qui est équipé d'une ouverture d'accès (5, 6, 24, 45) permettant l'accès à la valve de bouteille (4),
    le dispositif de protection de valve (2, 20, 41) étant équipé d'une garantie d'authenticité (9, 27, 48), laquelle comporte un élément de sécurité (10, 35, 50), qui interdit l'accès à la valve de bouteille (4), ainsi que des moyens servant à la fixation de l'élément de sécurité (10, 35, 50) au boîtier du dispositif de protection de valve (2, 20, 41),
    la garantie d'authenticité (9, 27, 35, 48) s'étendant transversalement sur au moins une partie de l'ouverture d'accès (5, 6, 24, 45) en vue de sécuriser la valve de bouteille (4) avec l'élément de sécurité (10, 35, 50), et l'élément de sécurité (10, 35, 50) étant relié à au moins deux côtés opposés de l'ouverture d'accès (5, 6, 24) au boîtier (21, 38, 42) du dispositif de protection de valve (2, 20, 41) par des éléments de liaison (11, 12, 31, 32), un point de rupture voulu (15, 33, 34, 54, 54') étant prévu au niveau d'au moins un élément de liaison (11, 12, 31, 32, 52, 52'),
    caractérisée en ce
    qu'une pièce en matière plastique pouvant être reliée au dispositif de protection de valve (2, 20, 41) est présente en tant qu'élément de liaison (11, 12, 31, 32, 52, 52'), comprenant une zone d'affaiblissement en tant que point de rupture voulu (15, 33, 34, 54, 54'), la zone d'affaiblissement prévue étant une portion ayant une section transversale diminuée.
  2. Bouteille de gaz comprimé selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de sécurité (10, 35, 50) comporte au moins un élément de liaison (11, 12, 31, 32, 52, 52') pourvu d'une portion de maintien (13, 33, 37), dont la forme est adaptée à un creux (14, 28, 29) correspondant dans le boîtier du dispositif de protection de valve (2, 20, 41) et qui, lors de la fixation de la garantie d'authenticité, conduit à une liaison par complémentarité de formes ou par assemblage de force avec le creux (14, 28, 29).
  3. Bouteille de gaz comprimé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de sécurité (10, 20, 50) comporte au moins un élément de liaison (52, 52') qui, dans l'état installé, s'étend à travers un trou (56, 56') du boîtier (21, 38, 42) et est équipé d'une portion de maintien (53, 53') de type ardillon.
  4. Bouteille de gaz comprimé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de sécurité (10, 35, 50) comporte une bande ou un fil métallique.
  5. Bouteille de gaz comprimé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de sécurité (10, 35, 50) comporte une pièce moulée (30) en matière plastique adaptée au moins dans certaines portions à la section transversale d'ouverture de l'ouverture d'accès (5, 6, 24, 45) du dispositif de protection de valve (2, 20, 41).
  6. Bouteille de gaz comprimé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de sécurité (10, 35, 50) est disposé de telle sorte qu'il sécurise simultanément à la fois un manchon de raccordement (7) de la valve de bouteille (4) et une manette (8) présente pour l'actionnement de la valve de bouteille (4).
