Claims (15)

  1. °/ Vorrichtung zur Verriegelung einer Abdeckung (2) für Schwimmbecken (3) in ausgefalteter Position, wobei diese Abdeckung (2) durch Abrollen zwischen der genannten ausgefalteten Position, in der sie das Wasser (4) des Beckens (3) bedeckt und einer eingerollten Position, in der der Zugang zu diesem Becken (3) möglich ist, beweglich ist, wobei diese Verriegelungsvorrichtung mindestens zwei komplementäre magnetische Vorrichtungen umfasst, wobei eine erste magnetische Vorrichtung (5, 15, 25, 35) sich in Höhe einer Wand (7) dieses Schwimmbeckens (3) befindet und eine zweite magnetische Vorrichtung (6, 16, 26, 36) in Höhe eines Endstücks (8) dieser Abdeckung (2) vorgesehen ist, wobei zwischen den beiden magnetischen Vorrichtungen (5, 15, 25, 35) und (6, 16, 26, 36) eine anziehende Magnetkraft wirkt, wenn sie einander gegenüber angeordnet sind, wobei diese Magnetkraft in der Lage ist, vorübergehend die Verriegelung der Schwimmbadabdeckung (3) in dieser ausgefalteten Position zu gewährleisten, wobei diese Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie außerdem über Vorrichtungen zur Aufhebung (10) der Magnetkraft verfügt, damit diese Abdeckung (2) wieder in die eingerollte Position zurückfahren kann.
  2. °/ Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Magnetvorrichtung (5) aus einem ferromagnetischen Material besteht und es sich bei der zweiten Magnetvorrichtung (6) um einen Dauermagneten handelt.
  3. °/ Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei der ersten Magnetvorrichtung (15) um einen Dauermagneten handelt und die zweite Magnetvorrichtung (16, 36) aus einem ferromagnetischen Material besteht.
  4. °/ Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei der ersten und zweiten Magnetvorrichtung (25) und (26) um Dauermagneten handelt.
  5. °/ Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei der ersten Magnetvorrichtung (35) um einen Elektromagneten handelt.
  6. °/ Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese erste Magnetvorrichtung (25) an einer sichtbaren Seite dieser Wand (7) des Beckens (3) angebracht ist.
  7. °/ Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese erste Magnetvorrichtung (5, 15, 35) in dieser Wand (7) des Beckens (3) integriert ist.
  8. °/ Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese zweite Magnetvorrichtung (6, 16, 36) gegenüber dem äußersten Endstück (8) dieser Abdeckung (2) zwischen einer Ruheposition, in der diese zweite Magnetvorrichtung (6, 16, 36) Kontakt mit dem abschließenden Teilstück (8) der Abdeckung (3) hat, und einer entfernten Position, in der diese zweite Magnetvorrichtung (6, 16, 36) vom äußersten Endstück (8) der Abdeckung (2) entfernt ist, beweglich ist.
  9. °/ Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie elastische Rückstellvorrichtungen (20) enthält, die in der Lage sind, diese zweite Magnetvorrichtung (6, 16, 26) in diese Ruheposition bezogen auf das äußerste Endstück (8) der Abdeckung (2) zurückzuholen.
  10. °/ Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses äußerste Endstück (8) dieser Abdeckung (2) mindestens eine Aufnahmemöglichkeit (21) enthält, um diese zweite Magnetvorrichtung (6, 16, 36) in der Ruheposition aufzunehmen.
  11. °/ Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese zweite Magnetvorrichtung (36) in dieses abschließende Teilstück (8) dieser Abdeckung (2) integriert ist.
  12. °/ Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtungen zur Aufhebung (10) der Magnetkraft auch Vorrichtungen zum Entkoppeln (11, 12, 13, 14) enthält, so dass die erste und die zweite Magnetvorrichtung (5, 15, 25) und (6, 16, 26, 36) voneinander entfernt werden können.
  13. °/ Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entkoppelungsvorrichtung mindestens einen Gurt (11) umfasst, dem Spannung durch ein motorgetriebenes Organ (12) angelegt werden kann, wobei mit diesem Gurt eine Zugkraft auf die zweite Magnetvorrichtung (6, 16, 26, 36) ausgeübt werden kann.

  15. °/ Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Vorrichtungen zum Entkoppeln eine Achse (13) umfasst, die parallel zur Rolle (14) angeordnet ist, um die die Abdeckung (2) aufgewickelt wird, wobei diese Achse (13) ein Winkelgetriebe zur Führung dieses Gurtes (11) bildet.
