Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zur Umzäunung (1) insbesondere von einem Bassin wie ein Schwimmbad oder dergleichen, umfassend wenigstens eine flexible Hecke (4) und wenigstens einen Pfahl (3) in Form von einem der Länge nach gespalteten röhrenförmigen Profileisen (6), in dem eine Welle (8) in Drehung montiert ist, und umfassend Mittel (26), die geeignet sind, um eine flexible Hecke (4) durch wenigstens teilweises Aufwickeln dieser letzteren innerhalb des Pfahles (3) zu spannen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß :- die Welle (6) und der äußere Umfang des besagten gespalteten röhrenförmigen Profileisens (6) mit wenigstens einer Hohlkehle (9, 12) für die Aufnahme einer Befestigungsstange (10) ausgestattet sind, der die vertikalen Ränder (5) der Hecke (4) ausstattet ;- die Mittel (26) zum Spannen einer Hecke (4), einerseits, durch Mittel (27) zur Steuerung in Drehung der besagten Welle (8), in Ergreifung mit dieser letzteren über ein Übertragungsorgan (29) und angebracht innerlich des Profileisens (6), und, andererseits, durch die besagte Welle (8) gebildet sind, deren Drehung das Aufwickeln der besagten Hecke (4) auf diese letztere (8) sichert.
- Vorrichtung zur Umzäunung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Aufeinanderfolge von Pfählen (3, 3', 3") umfaßt, zwischen denen wenigstens eine flexible Hecke (4, 4', 4") gespannt ist, deren Befestigungsstange (10), die einen vertikalen Rand (5) dieser flexiblen Hecke (4) ausstattet, mit einer Hohlkehle (9) zusammenwirkt, die im Bereich einer Welle (8) ausgeführt ist, die im röhrenförmigen Profileisen (6) eines Pfahles (3) montiert ist, während eine weitere Befestigungsstange (10A), die einen anderen vertikalen Rand (5A) der besagten Hecke (4) ausstattet, mit einer Hohlkehle (12) zusammenwirkt, die im Bereich des äußeren Umfangs (11) des röhrenförmigen Profileisens (6) von einem anderen Pfahl (3') ausgeführt ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Umzäunung (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das besagte röhrenförmige Profileisen (6) im Bereich seines unteren (14) und/oder oberen Endes (15) durch ein Seitenstück (16) vervollständigt ist, bildend, je nach dem Fall, einen Unterteil (17) für die Befestigung des besagten Pfahles (3) am Boden (18), oder einen Deckel (25), geeignet, um wenigstens teilweise das besagte röhrenförmige Profileisen (6) zu verschließen.
- Vorrichtung zur Umzäunung (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel (27) zur Steuerung in Drehung durch eine Winde (29) gebildet sind, die dem Seitenstück (16) zugeordnet ist, das das obere Ende (15) des besagten Profileisens (6) verschließt, und ein Übertragungsorgan (26) in Form von einem Handhabungsvierkant (31) umfaßt, geeignet, um mit einer Rille (32) zusammenzuwirken, die längs im Bereich der besagten Aufwickelwelle (8) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Umzäunung (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Seitenstück (16), das das obere Ende (15) des besagten röhrenförmigen Profileisens (6) verschließt, Mittel (36) umfaßt, die geeignet sind, um die Unbeweglichmachung der besagten Welle (8) hinsichtlich des besagten Pfahles (3) zu sichern, und zwar in einer Richtung, die zu der Achse (13) des röhrenförmigen Profils (6) dieses letzteren senkrecht ist, derart, daß die besagte Welle (8) in Kombination mit der Hecke (4) einen sich öffnenden Teil (37) wie eine kleine Gittertür (38) bildet.
- Vorrichtung zur Umzäunung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel (36) zur Unbeweglichmachung im Bereich des besagten Seitenstückes (16) durch einen Ausschnitt (39) und eine mittige Öffnung (40) gebildet sind, wobei diese letztere (40) einen Querschnitt hat, der, einerseits, jenem eines Endstücks (43), der das obere Ende (15) der besagten Welle (8) ausstattet, angepaßt ist, und, andererseits, größer als jener dieser letzteren (8) ist, wobei die besagte mittige Öffnung (40) mit dem besagten Ausschnitt (39) in Verbindung steht, der der Spalte (7) des besagten Profileisens (6) gegenüberliegend befindlich ist und einen Querschnitt aufweist, der, einerseits, größer ist als jener der Welle (8), und, andererseits, kleiner ist als jener des Endstücks (43), welcher diese letztere (8) ausstattet.
- Vorrichtung zur Umzäunung (1) nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur Unbeweglichmachung (36) durch Mittel zur Verriegelung (46) der besagten Welle (8) in ihrer Position der Unbeweglichmachung hinsichtlich des Profileisens (6) vervollständigt sind, die geeignet sind, um entriegelt zu werden.
- Vorrichtung zur Umzäunung (1) nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagte Hecke (4) durch eine Aufeinanderfolge von wenigstens zwei Modulen (48, 48') gebildet ist, die miteinander durch ein Verbindungsprofileisen (49) verbunden sind, wobei dieses letztere längs zwei Hohlkehlen (50, 50') aufweist, die geeignet sind, um jeweils mit einer Befestigungsstange (51, 51A) zusammenzuwirken, der den vertikalen Rand (52, 52A) eines Moduls (48, 48') ausstattet.
- Vorrichtung zur Umzäunung (1) nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hecke (4) durch ein Gitterwerk (53) aus einem biegsamen synthetischen Material gebildet ist, das wenigstens im Bereich der horizontalen Ränder (55, 55A) der besagten Hecke (4) zugeordnet ist, mit wenigstens einem Verstärkungsstreifen (54), der insbesondere durch Schweißen oder Aufkleben mit diesem Gitterwerk (53) fest verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Umzäunung (1) nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Mittel (56) umfaßt, die vorgesehen sind, um die Verstauung der besagten Hecke (4) auf dem Boden (18) zu sichern.
