  • Figure 28 is a perspective view showing a variant execution of a removable pole.
  • each of the heddles (3) is constituted by a plastic profile having the shape of a box open on one of the faces and comprising at minus two divergent longitudinal side walls.
  • each stringer (3) is produced by a profile made of plastic in the form of a longitudinal box comprising two main longitudinal walls (4, 5) curved and converging connected by one of their border by a small wall horizontal (6) while their other edges respectively (7, 8) are each extended by an elastically deformable retaining wall (9, 10) which converges inside the profile without however meeting actually, to leave a longitudinal retaining slot (11).
  • the resistance of the boom is also ensured by a connecting wall (12) connecting the two main walls (4, 5) to also form a box longitudinal (300) closed peripherally and open at the ends.
  • the rail is formed by a first closed box (302) peripherally and by a second box (301) whose walls are deformable and comprising a longitudinal opening (11).
  • the deformable wall (2) is for example a technical fabric suitable for outdoor climatic conditions. It can be made of woven polyester with polychlorovinyl coating, as used usually for covering swimming pools, garden furniture, blinds or windbreaks for tennis courts.
  • Each longitudinal border (13, 14) is equipped with a longitudinal profile (15, 16) whose function is engaged in the box of the corresponding beam by passing through the longitudinal slot thereof (11).
  • the wall includes a succession of vertical slots (17) whose function will be explained.
  • the entire fence is made by assembling several fence elements (18) of length L equal, for example, to 1.5 meters.
  • Each fence element (18) being advantageously consisting of an assembly of a deformable wall (2) on two rails horizontal (3).
  • each fence element (18) is arranged between two vertical posts (19) or a post (19) and one of the retaining posts (20, 21) in the case of an element adjacent to a gate (50).
  • each of the ends of the two rails (3) is linked and fixed to its corresponding post by means of connection (31) to which we will return later.
  • the posts (19) are advantageously made in a plastic profile for example having the shape of a box (22) open towards the rear, and include at least two side walls divergent (23-24, 25-26).
  • Each post (19) can advantageously include at its upper end a decoration cap and security (190).
  • the box (22) of each of the posts (19) is formed by a main longitudinal wall (27) extended laterally by first two longitudinal side walls (23, 24) divergent, themselves extended by two second longitudinal side walls (25, 26) divergent, the box thus having the general shape of a U.
  • the second side walls (25, 26) are extended by a retaining wall (28, 29) forming the border of each of said posts.
  • the size and shape of the open box allow to be able to stack them by nesting them in each other, like this is shown in Figure 11.
  • the connecting means (31) connecting the beams (3) to the posts (19) are constituted by a ball type system.
  • Said system includes a first connecting element (40) carrying the ball (41) of the ball joint and a second connecting element (42) carrying the reception box (43) of the ball (41) of the patella.
  • the cooperation of the ball (41) in the receiving box (43) being provided by the deformable wall itself. Indeed and as is more particularly visible in the figure 17, the ball (41) of the connecting means of the upper rail extends towards the top, while the ball (41) of the heald connecting means lower extends downwards, and the tension of the fabric (2) obtained by elastic clipping walls (9 and 10) of the beams thus ensures the retention of smooth by holding the balls in the corresponding housings.
  • the locking of the ball joint is also and advantageously provided by a locking pin (400) engaged in a hole (401) correspondent made in the walls of the receiving box.
  • the second element (42) is retained at the rail corresponding by fitting a projection (420) in the box (300) of said stringer.
  • the fence according to the invention can be either permanent or removable.
  • the posts (19) When the fence is permanent, the posts (19) include their lower part a recess extension (44) of which the lower end is pointed, so as to facilitate its positioning in the prepared hole in the ground.
  • the post (19) can be advantageously reinforced by a stake made with a metal profile (45) which is attached to it, as appears in phantom in the figure 10, said profile being advantageously treated against corrosion.
  • the posts (19) are not planted in the ground, but are articulated at their lower end on a support (46) intended to be placed on the ground, the articulation being made around a transverse axis (47).
  • Said support (46) is produced in the form of a shell closed at the bottom by a cover (460) so as to forming an enclosure filled, for example, with concrete (461) allowing said support to be ballasted and perfectly retain the fence. note that any other type of support can be considered without leaving the part of the invention.
  • the fence advantageously comprises a gate (50) arranged between two support posts (51, 52), said door being articulated on either of said retaining posts.
  • said gate (50) can include several vertical bars (200).
  • the same gate can be of the permanent type as illustrated in the figures 23, 24, or of the removable type as shown in FIGS. 25 and 26.
  • the two support posts (51, 52) form the arms vertical of a U-shaped metal frame (500) which includes a horizontal lower branch (53).
  • the frame (500) is retained on the ground by two vertical feet (54a, 54b) sunk into the ground.
  • a removable gate Figures 25, 26
  • the frame (500) is supported on the ground by these same feet (54a, 54b) fixed to the frame (53) differently to be placed horizontally on the ground.
  • the constituent sections, the beams (3) and the posts (19) are made of plastic such as, for example, polyamide, polypropylene, polychlorovinyl or polypropylene copolymer loaded, and advantageously in plastic of the recycled type, comprising components allowing it to resist rays ultraviolet, the junction elements being, for example, of polyacetal copolymer.
  • FIG. 27 illustrates an alternative embodiment of the retention of the deformable wall (2) according to which each of the two beams (3) is engaged in a sheath (300) produced with the wall (2).
  • Figure 28 is an exploded view showing an alternative embodiment a post (19) and in particular a post of a removable fence, which consists of a rectangular profile whose lower end is engaged on the vertical projection (191a) of a molded part (191) comprising two lateral projections (191b, 191c) on which are fitted two sections of profile (460a, 460b) realizing after fitting the support (46) of the corresponding post (19).
  • the fence (1) can be mounted very easily, without requiring either drilling or use specific tools, the fence can also be dismantled with as much ease, and under the same conditions, namely, without tools specific or deterioration.
  • the presence of the wall (2) in flexible material with its succession of slots (17) allows a barrier even in case the floor is tilted, as is shown in Figure 19.
  • This possibility is also due to the means of link (31) of the ball type (41, 42) which allow relative movement beams relative to the posts, both vertical (V) and horizontal (H), as shown schematically in Figures 18 and 19.
  • the invention is not limited to the modes of realization described and represented as examples, but it includes also all technical equivalents and their combinations. he goes also of course that the rail and the posts can present any other configuration as that described by way of example.
