Claims (12)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Befestigung mindestens einer Stützstrebe (2, 3) an einem Zaunpfosten (1), gebildet aus einem Zaunpfahl (5), wobei der Zaunpfahl ein rohrförmiges metallisches Profil von bekannter Art mit einem C-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist und die Stützstrebe oder -streben (2, 3) in Form von metallischen Stangen ausgebildet sind, die bezüglich des Zaunpfostens (1) geneigt angeordnet sind, wobei das obere Ende einer jeden Stützstrebe aus einem Flachteil (10, 37) gebildet ist, der in seiner Mitte von einem glatten Loch (35, 36) durchquert wird, das den Hindurchtritt der Gewindestange eines Befestigungsbolzens (27) ermöglicht, wobei das untere Ende einer jeden Stützstrebe (2, 3) im Boden (7) verankert ist, wobei die Vorrichtung sich aus einer länglichen Platte (12) zusammensetzt, dessen Breite größer ist als jene der Längsöffnung (9) des C-förmigen Profils (5), wobei die Platte (12) wenigstens zwei Öffnungen aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gewindestange eines Befestigungsbolzens (27) in die Gewindeöffnung (22) einer Plättchen (18) eingeschraubt ist, die dazu bestimmt ist, im Inneren des Pfahls angeordnet zu werden, gegen die Innenseiten der Rücksprünge (26), die die Längsöffnung (9) des C-förmigen Profils begrenzen, wobei die Platte (12) nach hinten mit einem Flansch (13) verlängert ist, dessen Tiefe geringer ist als die Tiefe des C-förmigen Profils, wobei die Zone (14) von quadratischen Querschnitt, in der sich die längliche Platte (12) und der Flansch (13) verbinden, in ihrer Diagonalen eine Abmessung aufweist, die geringer ist als die Breite der Öffnung (9) des C-förmigen Profils (5), und dass die eine der Öffnungen (16) der Platte (12) ein Gewinde aufweist, in das sich die Gewindestange eines ersten Befestigungsbolzens (28) einschraubt, die dazu bestimmt ist, das glatte Loch zu durchqueren, das in dem oberen Endflachteil (10) der Stützstrebe oder den Stützstreben (2) durchbohrt ist, und die andere (15) glatt ist, um den Hindurchtritt der Gewindestange eines zweiten Befestigungsbolzens (27) zu ermöglichen, die in die Gewindeöffnung (22) des Plättchens (18) eingeschraubt ist, wobei das Plättchen auf derselben Seite wie der Flansch (13) angeordnet ist, relativ zur länglichen Platte (12) und zwei Abmessungseigenschaften aufweist, derart, dass die kleinste Abmessung geringer ist als die Breite der Längsöffnung (9) des C-förmigen Profils (5) und seine größte Abmessung größer ist als die Breite des C-förmigen Profils, was das Einsetzen des Plättchens (18) im Inneren des C-förmigen Profils um sein freies Drehen ungefähr eine Vierteldrehung in dem C-förmigen Profil ermöglicht, hinter Innenseiten seiner beiden Rücksprünge (26), bis das Plättchen (18) eine Mutter bildet, blockiert durch die Innenseiten der beiden Flügel des C-förmigen Profils.
  2. Befestigungsvorrichtung (11) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die längliche Platte (12) eine Lasche (17) von umgekehrter Ausrichtung zu jener des Flansches (13) aufweist, wobei die Lasche als Haltegriff für die Vorrichtung dient.
  3. Befestigungsvorrichtung (11) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Handhabungslasche (17) entlang einer der beiden Vertikalseiten (31) der länglichen Platte (12) angeordnet ist.
  4. Befestigungsvorrichtung (11) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Handhabungslasche (17), die seitlich angeordnet ist, mit einer vertikalen länglichen Öffnung (32) durchsetzt ist, die die Befestigung einer Stützstrebe (3) senkrecht zu der oder den Stützstreben (2) ermöglicht, die bereits befestigt ist (sind) an der länglichen Platte (12) mithilfe des ersten Befestigungsbolzens (28), der in die Gewindeöffnung (16) der länglichen Platte (12) eingeschraubt ist.
  5. Befestigungsvorrichtung (11) nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Handhabungslasche (17) am unteren Abschnitt der länglichen Platte (12) angeordnet ist, leicht oberhalb des Niveaus des Flansches (13) und unterhalb der beiden Öffnungen der länglichen Platte, die eine mit Gewinde versehenen (16) und die andere der glatt (15), welche den ersten (28) und zweiten (27) Befestigungsbolzen aufnehmen.
  6. Befestigungsvorrichtung (11) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gewindeöffnung (16) der länglichen Platte (12) oberhalb der glatten Öffnung (15) bezüglich der Handhabungslasche (17) angeordnet ist.
  7. Befestigungsvorrichtung (11) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Plättchen (18) die allgemeine Form einer Raute aufweist, dessen große Diagonale von einer Länge ist, die größer ist als die Breite des C-förmigen Profils (5) und dessen beide großen Seiten (19, 20) voneinander durch einen Abstand getrennt sind, der leicht geringer ist als die Breite der Längsöffnung (9) des C-förmigen Profils.
  8. Befestigungsvorrichtung (11) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden kleinen Seiten (23, 24) der Raute mit einem Abstand getrennt sind, der leicht geringer ist als die Innenbreite des C-förmigen Profils (5).
  9. Befestigungsvorrichtung (11) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke des Flansches (13), der die längliche Platte (12) verlängert, geringer ist als die Breite der Öffnung (9) des C-förmigen Profils (5).
  10. Verfahren zum Anbringen der Befestigungsvorrichtung (11) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ihr Flansch (13) in die Längsöffnung (9) des C-förmigen Profils eingebracht wird, das den Zaunpfahl (5) des Zaunpfostens (1) bildet, der bereits im Boden eingerammt ist, entweder durch das obere Ende des Profils, wenn dieses offen und zugänglich ist, wobei das Plättchen (18) somit von der länglichen Platte (12) um einen Abstand beabstandet ist, der größer ist als die Dicke des Blechs, aus dem das C-förmige Profil (5) gebildet wurde, und unter somit Gleiten lassen der Vorrichtung (11) nach unten, bis sie im Wesentlichen ihre Endposition an dem C-förmigen Profil besetzt, oder unter Anbringen der Platte (12) horizontal, unter Eingreifen somit vollständig des Flansches (13) in die Längsöffnung (9) des C-förmigen Profils, unter Schwenken der Vorrichtung um 90°, um die Platte in eine Position zu bringen, wo sie gegenüber dem C-förmigen Profil liegt, an der seiner Endposition am nächsten kommend, und dass in den beiden vorgenannten Fällen sodann die Vorrichtung (11) gekippt wird, damit sie bezüglich dem C-förmigen Profil (5) nach oben und nach außen geneigt ist, eine Situation, in der sie sich in Wartestellung befindet.
  11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (11) an dem Zaunpfahl (5) so nah wie möglich an ihrer Endposition provisorisch befestigt wird, unter Anschlagen der länglichen Platte (12) gegen das C-förmige Profil (5) unter Einführen des Plättchens (18) genommen in ihrer geringsten Abmessung in die Öffnung (9) des C-förmigen Profils und anschließend unter leichtem Verriegeln des Plättchens hinter den Rücksprüngen (26) des C-förmigen Profils, mithilfe eines zweiten Bolzens (27), dass das glatte Loch, das die Mitte der Endplatte (10) der einen oder der beiden Stützstreben (2) durchbricht, so platziert wird, dass die Gewindeöffnung (16) der länglichen Platte (12) befestigt werden kann, dass die oder die beiden Stützstreben (2) mithilfe eines ersten Bolzens (28) befestigt wird/werden, die ihr glattes Loch oder ihre glatten Löcher durchquert, und in die Gewindeöffnung (16) eingeschraubt wird, dass sodann die Stützstrebe oder die beiden Stützstreben (2) im Boden (7) verankert wird/werden, wobei die Vorrichtung gleichzeitig ihre Endposition an dem C-förmigen Profil (5) einnimmt, und dass sodann die Vorrichtung an dem C-förmigen Profil solide verriegelt wird.

Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, das die Befestigung wenigstens zweier Stützstreben (2, 3) angeordnet in orthogonalen Ebenen ermöglicht und hierzu die Vorrichtung (11) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8 verwendet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach Befestigung der einen oder beider Stützstreben (2) an der länglichen Platte (12) und nach Befestigung der Vorrichtung an dem C-förmigen Profil (5) die Stützstrebe (3) senkrecht zur ersten oder den beiden ersten (2) an der Seitenlasche (17) der Vorrichtung (11) mithilfe eines dritten Bolzens (33), dessen Gewindestange die längliche Öffnung (32) durchquert und in vertikaler Position mithilfe einer Mutter (34), in der länglichen Öffnung der Seitenlasche (17) blockiert wird, befestigt wird.
