Claims (13)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zum Aufhängen einer Markise (2), die mit einem unteren Rand (2b) und einem oberen Rand (2a) ausgestattet ist, wobei die Vorrichtung (1) Folgendes umfasst:
    (i) eine Tragestruktur (3), die ausgelegt ist, um auf einer Wand (4) befestigt zu werden,
    (ii) eine Welle (5), die mit der Tragestruktur (3) durch eine Drehachsenverbindung (I) verbunden ist,
    (iii) Mittel zu Verbindung der Achse (5) und des oberen Rands (2a) der Markise (2),
    (iv) Mittel zur Versetzung in Drehung der Welle (5) mit Bezug auf die Achse (I), um die Markise (2) zu heben oder zu senken,
    wobei die Vorrichtung (1) außerdem Mittel zur Blockierung des unteren Rands (2b) der Markise (2) umfasst, die ermöglichen, die aufsteigende Laufrichtung des unteren Rands (2b) zu stoppen, wenn die Markise (2) angehoben ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsmittel einen Markisenanfang (8) umfassen, die mit einem oberen Rand , der mit der Welle (5) verbunden ist, und mit einem unteren Rand ausgestattet ist, und einen Verbindungsbalken (6), der an den unteren Rand des Markisenanfangs (8) einerseits und an den oberen Rand (2a) der Markise (2) andererseits befestigt ist.
  2. Vorrichtung (1) zum Aufhängen einer Markise (2) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blockierungsmittel einen Spannbalken (7) umfassen, der an den unteren Rand (2b) befestigt ist, der mit mindestens einer Spannklammer (10) und einer Spannschiene (9) ausgestattet ist, die ausgelegt ist, um auf der Wand (4) befestigt zu werden, wobei die Spannschiene (9) auf dem aufsteigenden Weg jeder Spannklammer (10) angeordnet ist.
  3. Vorrichtung (1) zum Aufhängen einer Markise (2) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Spannklammer (10) und die Spannschiene (9) eine komplementäre Form aufweisen.
  4. Vorrichtung (1) zum Aufhängen einer Markise (2) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Spannschiene (9) auf längs gerichtete Weise parallel zum Spannbalken (7) erstreckt.
  5. Vorrichtung (1) zum Aufhängen einer Markise (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Versetzung in Drehung der Welle (5) einen Motor umfassen, wobei der Motor an die Tragestruktur (3) befestigt ist.
  6. Vorrichtung (1) zum Aufhängen einer Markise (2) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Motor rohrförmig ist.
  7. Vorrichtung (1) zum Aufhängen einer Markise (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel zur Führung der Markise (2) in Translation umfasst.
  8. Vorrichtung (1) zum Aufhängen einer Markise (2) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Führung der Markise (2) in Translation zwei im Wesentlichen parallele Kabel (12) umfassen, die ein erstes Ende, das an die Tragestruktur (3) befestigt ist, und ein zweites Ende, das an eine Platte (13) befestigt ist, die ausgelegt ist, um auf der Wand (4) befestigt zu werden, und Führungen (15) umfassen, die an den Spannbalken (7) befestigt sind, wobei jede Führung (15) einen Karabinerhaken (16) umfasst, der von zwei Kabeln (12) durchquert wird.
  9. Vorrichtung (1) zum Aufhängen einer Markise (2) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (13) mit einer Schutzhaube (17) verbunden ist.
  10. Vorrichtung (1) zum Aufhängen einer Markise (2) nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eines der Kabel (12) einen Spanner (14) umfasst.
  11. Vorrichtung (1) zum Aufhängen einer Markise (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spannbalken (7) ein Gegengewicht (18) umfasst.
  12. Vorrichtung (1) zum Aufhängen einer Markise (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel zur Befestigung des Tragebalkens (3a) auf der Wand (4) umfasst, wobei die Befestigungsmittel Mittel zur dreidimensionalen Positionierung des Tragebalkens (3a) umfassen.
  13. Vorrichtung (1) zum Aufhängen einer Markise (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel zur Befestigung der Spannschiene (9) auf der Wand (4) umfasst, wobei die Befestigungsmittel Mittel zur dreidimensionalen Positionierung der Spannschiene (9) umfassen.
