Claims (9)

  1. Abstützvorrichtung (100; 200; 300; 400) eines Wickelrohrs (30) eines Rollladens in einem Rollladenkasten (20), wobei die Abstützvorrichtung dazu ausgelegt ist, mit einem jeweiligen Endlager (32) oder einem Antriebslager (32M) des Wickelrohrs derart zusammenzuwirken, dass eine Längsachse (A30) des Wickelrohrs mit einer Hauptachse (A20) des Kastens in einer Verwendungskonfiguration der Abstützvorrichtung ausgerichtet bleibt,
    wobei die Abstützvorrichtung (100; 200; 300; 400) umfasst:
    - eine Befestigungsplatte (120; 420), die sich radial zu einer Führungsachse (A122) der Abstützvorrichtung erstreckt und in der eine Vertiefung (122) ausgebildet ist, die dazu ausgelegt ist, mit dem entsprechenden Endlager (32) oder dem Antriebslager (32M) in einer zusammengebauten Konfiguration zusammenzuwirken, in der die Führungsachse (A122) mit der Längsachse (A30) ausgerichtet ist, und
    - mindestens ein Positionierungsorgan (150; 450), das von der Befestigungsplatte (120; 420) getragen wird und das in Bezug auf die Befestigungsplatte zwischen einer Einstellkonfiguration, in der das Positionierungsorgan in Bezug auf die Befestigungsplatte einstellbar ist, und einer verriegelten Konfiguration, in der jedes Positionierungsorgan in Bezug auf die Befestigungsplatte fest ist, beweglich ist und dazu ausgelegt, mit einer Innenfläche (26) des Kastens (20) zusammenzuwirken, um die Befestigungsplatte in der Verwendungskonfiguration im Kasten zu arretieren,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - die Befestigungsplatte (120) ferner ein zentrales Schubfach (124), in dem die Vertiefung (122) ausgebildet ist, und einen Umfangsabschnitt (126), der das Positionierungsorgan oder die Positionierungsorgane (150) trägt, umfasst,
    - das zentrale Schubfach in Bezug auf den Umfangsabschnitt gemäß einer Schubfachachse (A124), die radial zur Führungsachse (A122) verläuft, translatorisch geführt wird, und
    - die Befestigungsplatte ebenfalls ein Einstellorgan (130) umfasst, das dazu ausgelegt ist, eine Position des zentralen Schubfachs (124) in Bezug auf den Umfangsabschnitt (126) entlang der Schubfachachse (A124) einzustellen.
  2. Abstützvorrichtung (100; 200; 300; 400) nach Anspruch 1, wobei jedes Positionierungsorgan (150; 450) eine längliche Form gemäß einer Einstellachse (A150) aufweist und umfasst:
    - einen Auflageabschnitt (152; 452), der dazu ausgelegt ist, in der Verwendungskonfiguration der Abstützvorrichtung durch gleitfreien Druck mit der Innenfläche (26) des Kastens (20) zusammenzuwirken, und
    - einen Führungsabschnitt (154; 454), der von dem Auflageabschnitt verschieden ist, der von der Befestigungsplatte (120; 420) getragen wird und der in der Einstellkonfiguration in Bezug auf die Befestigungsplatte einstellbar ist, um den Auflageabschnitt gegen die zugewandte Innenfläche (26) des Kastens gemäß der Einstellachse (A150) in Anlage (152; 452) zu bringen.
  3. Abstützvorrichtung (100; 200; 300) nach Anspruch 2, wobei der Auflageabschnitt (152) eine rutschfeste Spitze (158) umfasst, die beispielsweise aus einem Elastomermaterial wie EPDM-Gummi hergestellt ist und dazu ausgelegt ist, an der Innenfläche (26) des Kastens (20) in Anlage zu kommen.
  4. Abstützvorrichtung (100; 200; 300) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, wobei der Führungsabschnitt (154) eine Gewindestange umfasst, die mit einer Mutter (156) zusammenwirkt, die von der Befestigungsplatte (120) getragen wird, so dass der Führungsabschnitt in Bezug auf die Befestigungsplatte einstellbar ist, wobei die Gewindestange parallel zur Befestigungsplatte angeordnet ist.
  5. Abstützvorrichtung (400) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, wobei:
    - der Führungsabschnitt (454) eine Lasche ist, die dazu ausgelegt ist, an einer Oberfläche der Befestigungsplatte (420) in Anlage zu kommen, wobei der Führungsabschnitt umfasst:
    • einen Vorsprung (455), der mit einem Langloch (422) in der Befestigungsplatte zusammenwirkt,
    • ein Arretierungsorgan (456), beispielsweise ein Bolzen, das dazu ausgelegt ist, den Führungsabschnitt (454) in Bezug auf die Befestigungsplatte (420) zu positionieren und dann den Führungsabschnitt mit der Befestigungsplatte fest zu verbinden.
  6. Abstützvorrichtung (100; 200; 300) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei:
    - das Positionierungsorgan oder die Positionierungsorgane (150) dazu ausgelegt sind, die Position der Befestigungsplatte (120) gemäß einer Einstellachse (A150) einzustellen, die radial zu der Führungsachse (A122) ist, und
    - die Schubfachachse (A124) orthogonal zur Einstellachse (A150) ist.
  7. Montageunterbaugruppe (110), umfassend ein Wickelrohr (30) und mindestens eine Abstützvorrichtung (100; 200; 300; 400) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei jede Abstützvorrichtung in zusammengebauter Konfiguration mit einem jeweiligen Endlager (32) oder einem Antriebslager (32M) des Wickelrohrs (30) zusammenwirkt.
  8. Schutzeinrichtung (10), umfassend die Montageunterbaugruppe (110) nach Anspruch 7 und einen Rollladenkasten (20), wobei jedes Positionierungsorgan (150; 450) an einer Innenfläche (26) des Kastens (20) derart anliegt, damit die Längsachse (A30) des Wickelrohrs (30) an der Hauptachse (A20) des Kastens ausgerichtet bleibt.
  9. Verfahren zum Zusammenbau einer Schutzeinrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 8, wobei das Verfahren zum Zusammenbau die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    a) Zusammenbauen der Befestigungsplatte (120; 420) mit dem entsprechenden Endlager (32) oder Antriebslager (32M),
    b) Abstützen jedes Positionierungsorgans (150; 450) an der Innenfläche (26) des Kastens (20), so dass die Führungsachse (A122) mit der Hauptachse (A30) ausgerichtet ist, und
    c) Einstellen des Mittelabschnitts (124) in Bezug auf den Randabschnitt (126) entlang der Schubfachachse (A124) mithilfe des Einstellorgans (130).
