Claims (10)

  1. Procédé servant à transférer une partie décorative (16) d'un film d'estampage (1) sur un substrat (23) au moyen d'un cylindre d'estampage (24) ou d'un poinçon d'estampage (24'), dans lequel le film d'estampage (1) comprend un film de support (11) et une couche de transfert (13) disposée sur le film de support (11),
    dans lequel le procédé comprend des étapes suivantes :
    a) de mise à disposition du film d'estampage (1) ;
    b) de découpage dans la couche de transfert (13) d'au moins une encoche (15) espacée du bord de la partie décorative (16) d'une distance non supérieure à 2 mm et réalisée sous la forme d'une encoche linéaire ;
    c) d'estampage de la partie décorative (16) sur le substrat (23) ;
    d) de décollement du film d'estampage restant (1r) du substrat (25) estampé avec la partie décorative (16), dans lequel
    à l'étape de procédé b), des encoches (15) ouvertes sont découpées dans la couche de transfert (13), qui s'étendent entre des bords opposés du film d'estampage (1) et renferment la partie décorative (16), et dans lequel les encoches (15) présentent une largeur moyenne allant de 0,05 mm à 0,5 mm, ou dans lequel à l'étape de procédé b), plus d'une encoche (15) est découpée, dans lequel la ou les encoches (15) forment une zone de découpage (15s), ou dans lequel les encoches (15) présentent une largeur moyenne allant de 0,05 mm à 0,5 mm.
  2. Procédé servant à transférer une partie décorative (16) d'un film d'estampage (1) sur un substrat (23), dans lequel le film d'estampage (1) présente un film de support (11) et une couche de transfert (13) disposée sur le film de support (11), dans lequel le procédé comprend des étapes suivantes :
    a) de mise à disposition du film d'estampage (1) ;
    b) de découpage dans la couche de transfert (13) d'au moins une encoche (15) espacée du bord de la partie décorative (16) d'une distance non supérieure à 2 mm et réalisée sous la forme d'une encoche linéaire ;
    c) d'application d'une colle sur le substrat (23) ou d'application de la colle sur le film d'estampage (1) ;
    d) de rassemblement du film d'estampage et du substrat ;
    e) de durcissement ou de séchage de la colle ;
    f) de décollement du film d'estampage restant du substrat (25) estampé avec la partie décorative (16), dans lequel à l'étape de procédé b), des encoches (15) ouvertes sont découpées dans la couche de transfert (13), qui s'étendent entre des bords opposés du film d'estampage (1) et renferment la partie décorative (16), ou dans lequel les encoches (15) présentent une largeur moyenne allant de 0,05 mm à 0,5 mm, ou dans lequel à l'étape de procédé b), plus d'une encoche (15) est découpée, dans la ou les encoches (15) forment une zone de découpage (15s), ou dans lequel les encoches (15) présentent une largeur moyenne allant de 0,05 mm à 0,5 mm.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce
    que 2 à 40 encoches (15) sont pratiquées à l'intérieur de la zone de découpage (15s).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce
    que 3 à 4 encoches (15) sont pratiquées à l'intérieur de la zone de découpage (15s).
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 3 ou 4,
    caractérisé en ce
    que des encoches (15) adjacentes présentent une distance constante.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce
    que la zone de découpage (15s) présente une largeur allant de 0,5 à 2,5 mm.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce
    que les encoches (15) sectionnent la couche de transfert (13) entre 20 % et 100 %.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce
    que les encoches (15) sectionnement totalement la couche de transfert (13), se terminent toutefois avant la surface, tournée vers la couche de transfert (13), du film de support (11).
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'après l'étape de procédé c), la rupture de la couche de transfert marquée est prévue au moment du décollement ou peu après ou peu avant ce dernier.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'après l'étape de procédé e), la rupture de la couche de transfert marquée est prévue au moment du décollement ou peu après ou peu avant ce dernier.
