Abstract

Lors de la structuration de surfaces de palier à glissement (1) d'un vilebrequin par création et agencement ciblé de cavités (27) microscopiques, l'objectif de la présente invention est de réduire grandement, sans grande complexité, les frottements lors de l'utilisation du vilebrequin. A cet effet, les paliers centraux et les paliers de levée sont structurés de manière ciblée uniquement au niveau des zones fortement sollicitées, tant dans la direction périphérique que dans la direction axiale, en raison de la difficulté de cette opération, l'interstice de travail étant de l'ordre de seulement quelques micromètres.
