Definitions

  • the invention relates to a clearing and conveyor chain for a track construction machine for the transport of ballast of ballast, with possibly interconnected articulated buckets having intermediate links chain links which are preferably equipped in the region of projecting from the chain link blade end with projecting beyond the blade edge scraper fingers ( EP 0 737 779 A1 . AT 117 118 B ).
  • fines are caused by an increase of particles from the ground, by transporting e.g. of coal and ores, brought in by approach from the environment or by organic material.
  • the cleaning of the ballast takes place with the help of track bed cleaning machines.
  • the track grate is raised below the machine and below a chain guide, a chain guide bar, installed, in which the circulating cleaning chain is guided.
  • the chain comprises scraper blades which are hinged together via intermediate links.
  • the clearing blades with the intermediate links slide in chain guides on exchangeable wear plates.
  • the chain is usually driven hydraulically via a so-called Turas drive.
  • the ballast is lifted out of the ballast bed with the help of the clearing blades, upwards into the track bed cleaning machines transported there and falls on a conveyor belt which pours the contaminated material on a multi-layer vibrating screen.
  • the fine material is separated from oversize (> 80mm), transported to entrained loading trolleys and stored there until it is disposed of.
  • the cleaned gravel is returned to the excavation site and reinstalled behind the excavation chain.
  • Each bucket can be fitted with interchangeable scraper fingers made of hardened forgings that can be fitted with carbide tips.
  • the individual chain links are subject to high wear during operation.
  • the earth-pointing blade bottom side and the material-promoting blade working surface, the blade root and the intermediate links sliding in the guide wear very heavily.
  • the connecting bolts also wear out and the holes receiving them widen.
  • the blade work surfaces, so the attack surface of the Räumschaufeln, in particular the gravel facing outer parts are also subject to very high wear.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object largely avoid costly job and Panzersch spa 11, with a repair on the site should be quickly and easily possible, so as to extend the useful life of the chain.
  • the invention achieves the stated object in that the blade main working surfaces which are particularly exposed to wear are provided with exchangeable wear plates, and in that the link guide surfaces assigned to the chain guide are provided with exchangeable wear plates, the bottom link side surfaces sliding directly in the chain guide.
  • the clearing chains can already be factory-fitted with the sliding plates according to the invention or, after wear has been carried out and post-processing carried out by milling away the worn surface, provided with the wear plates according to the invention. Costly order and armored welding can thus be largely avoided and a repair at a construction site is quickly possible at any time. In addition, the service life of the chain can be considerably extended by this measure.
  • the blade main working surface so that area that receives the material to be removed and promotes from the track bed.
  • the wear is subject to the front blade area in the region of the blade tip. This is the area that digs into the ballast bed during excavation. Usually it will be sufficient around a quarter to Half of the main blade work surface to equip with a replaceable wear plate.
  • the clearing chain slides at least in the track bed in a guide rail, which can be equipped in particular with wear plates.
  • the sliding surfaces of the chain links on the chain guide are also subject to massive wear due to the mineral rock to be removed, which is equipped with considerable fine dust content. Therefore, according to the invention, the chain link associated with this and sliding on this sliding member surfaces of the chain links are also equipped with replaceable wear plates.
  • These limb surfaces are in particular those surfaces which slide directly in the guide on corresponding slide rails and subject to wear.
  • the secondary surfaces subject to this wear are the bottom-side limb surfaces which also slide along the ground.
  • the blade main working surfaces have recordings for the wear plates.
  • This can in particular be cutouts in the surface to be equipped, in which the wear plates are used.
  • Said wear plates are screwed to the associated Räumschaufeln preferably by means of screws or riveted by riveting.
  • the wear plates for attachment can have, in particular, at the edge edge at least one, preferably slot-like, aperture through which the wear plates are welded to the clearing blades.
  • the wear plates are attached to the connection to the blade at the intended location and welded via the openings with the Räumschaufeln. To detach the wear plates only this weld must od by a short incision with a grinding wheel.
  • the wear plates may be welded to the front side with the blades. This is understood to mean a weld seam between the blade and the welding plate in the region of the blade edge.
  • the wear plates of the intermediate links may additionally or alternatively also be welded to the intermediate links via weld seams provided on the intermediate link side surface, between the link axes.
  • the material used for the wear plates is coated with suitable hard material coated steel plates or steel plates made of Hardox 500, 550 or 600.
  • Fig. 1 shows a circumferential clearing and conveyor chain, in the following short clearing chain, which consists of Räumschaufeln 3 forming chain links and pontics 5 with which the Räumschaufeln 3 are mutually hingedly connected to an endless chain.
  • chain links and Räumschaufeln 3 are integrally formed.
  • the clearing chain is driven by a Turasrad 1 operated by a hydraulic motor 2 and guided over deflection rollers 6.
  • the clearing blades 3 are equipped in the region of the blade end projecting from the chain link with scraper fingers 4 projecting beyond the blade edge.
  • the blank side L and the clearing side R of the clearing chain are passed through closed channels.
  • Fig. 2 shows the Räumschaufel 3 which slides in the chain guide 7 on exchangeable wear plates 8.
  • the Räumschaufel 3 is equipped in the case shown with three scraper fingers 4. There are also versions with more than three scratch fingers.
  • Fig. 3 to 6 show the Räumschaufel 3 in different spatial views.
  • the wear plate 12 is attached to the lower (floor-facing) member side surface N of the bucket 3.
  • the wear plate 9 is screwed to the particularly exposed to wear blade main working surface H, the blade bearing surface, and thus easily changeable connected to the Räumschaufel 3.
  • the connecting screw 10 is welded to the wear plate 9, which is fixed to the rear of the Räumschaufel with the nuts 11 on the Räumschaufel 3.
  • FIGS. 5 and 6 show that the wear plates 12 each have a slot-like aperture 13 at the edge over which the wear plates 12 are welded to the Räumschaufeln 3 by means of a weld 13.
  • the wear plate 9 associated with the blade work main surface H and the wear plate 12 assigned to the link surface N are welded together by a weld seam 14.
  • Fig. 9 shows an intermediate member 5, which is slidable on the guide member side surface N is provided with a wear plate 15 which is welded via two slot-like apertures 16 with the intermediate member 5.
  • FIG. 10 and 11 show fastening variants of the wear plate 9 in which the bolts are welded to the wear plate 9, once conventionally via fillet welds 17 Fig. 10 ) and once as pressure weld 18 ( Fig. 11 ).
  • Fig. 12 to 14 show fastening variants of the wear plates 9, 12, 15, which in the present case by means of wear plate front side stitching seams 14, 20, 21 are attached to the Räumschaufel 3 and the intermediate member 5. Combinations of the aforementioned attachment variants can be provided.
  • FIGS. 7 and 8 The working surface of a, particularly worn, front of the bucket 3, the bucket main working surface H, is milled flat and the bucket attachment holes are drilled through it.
  • a hard metal plate 9 for example made of Hardox 500 or on a coated steel plate bolts 10 are welded by means of which the wear plate 9 is screwed to the Räumschaufel 3 with the aid of nuts 11. If the wear plate 9 is used during operation, it can be easily and quickly replaced by a new one.
  • the wear plate 12 may additionally or alternatively be stapled with welds 14. Since the weld 14 is attached to the edge of the wear plate, the wear plate 12 can be easily exchanged for a new one with appropriate wear. For this purpose, the welds 13, 14 are ground away with a flex, after which a new wear plate can be attached.
  • Fig. 6 shows the embodiment of the invention for the intermediate member 5.
  • the worn intermediate member side surface N is milled flat at the bottom and mounted in a subsequent consequence, a shape-like wear plate 15.
  • About the two slot-like apertures 16 in the wear plate sheet is in turn welded to the intermediate member 5.
  • the opening is filled with weld metal and optionally armored on the surface.
  • Fig. 14 There are also embodiments of the invention are conceivable in which is dispensed with the openings and / or the connection between the intermediate member 5 and wear plate 15 via lateral attachment of the wear plate to the intermediate member takes place (see Fig. 14 ). This applies equally to the design of the blade member (see Fig. 12 u. 13).
