Claims (5)
- Presse (10), die ein oberes Gesenk (11) und ein unteres Gesenk (12) enthält, wobei das obere Gesenk (11) mindestens eine Auswölbung (16) an einem vorderen Abschnitt (19) umfasst, wobei die Auswölbung (16) von einem Zwischenteil (26) ragt und mit einem Auswölbungsradius (17) konvex ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auswölbung (16) am Zwischenteil (26) in einen Übergangsradius (18) übergeht, wobei der Auswölbungsradius (17) und der Übergangsradius (18) ein Verhältnis in einem Bereich von 2/3 bis 1/2 aufweisen.
- Presse (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Auswölbung (16) an einem Rand des oberen Gesenks (11) angeordnet ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Profils (20), wobei das Profil (20) mindestens einen Steg (21) und mindestens einen Flansch (22), der im Wesentlichen quer zu dem Steg (21) angeordnet ist, enthält, wobei das Profil (20) ferner mindestens einen Eindruck (25) umfasst, der an einem Verbindungsteil (28) davon aufgenommen ist, gekennzeichnet durch Erzeugen des Profils (20) mittels einer Presse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Fahrzeugs (30), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die Herstellung mindestens eines Profils (20) nach dem Verfahren von Anspruch 3 umfasst.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Fahrzeugs (30) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Profil (20) ein Längsträger ist.
