Abstract

L'invention concerne un mélangeur à pulvérisation permettant de mélanger et de pulvériser au moins deux composants fluides. Le mélangeur à pulvérisation (22) comprend un carter extérieur de mélangeur (23) tubulaire qui s'étend dans le sens de l'axe longitudinal (24) du mélangeur du début (25) du mélangeur jusqu'à une extrémité distale (26) du mélangeur. A l'intérieur du carter extérieur de mélangeur (23) est agencé un carter intérieur de mélangeur (29) qui loge un élément mélangeur (33). Une entrée d'air comprimé (31) du mélangeur est agencée au niveau du début (25) du mélangeur. L'entrée d'air comprimé (31) du mélangeur est reliée par un canal d'air comprimé (30) du mélangeur à une sortie d'air comprimé annulaire (32) du mélangeur qui entoure une ouverture de sortie (35) du mélangeur. Lorsque le mélangeur à pulvérisation (22) fonctionne, de l'air comprimé passe par l'entrée d'air comprimé (31) du mélangeur et s'écoule par le canal d'air comprimé (30) du mélangeur vers la sortie d'air comprimé (32) du mélangeur et nébulise et pulvérise le produit sortant par l'ouverture de sortie (35) du mélangeur. De manière à ce que le mélangeur à pulvérisation soit facile à manier, le carter extérieur de mélangeur (23), le carter intérieur de mélangeur (29) et l'élément mélangeur (33) sont réunis sous la forme d'un module.
