Abstract

L'invention concerne un système d'enregistrement comprenant un premier contrôleur et une pluralité de dispositifs d'enregistrement. La pluralité de dispositifs d'enregistrement configure un RAID, chacun d'eux comprenant une ou plusieurs puces de mémoire non volatile fournissant un espace d'enregistrement où sont enregistrées les données d'un ordinateur hôte, et un second contrôleur couplé aux puces de mémoire non volatile. Dans le cas où le premier contrôleur reçoit de l'ordinateur hôte une demande de mise à jour depuis des premières données vers des secondes données, le second contrôleur dans un premier dispositif d'enregistrement des dispositifs d'enregistrement est configuré pour enregistrer les secondes données dans une zone différente d'une zone où les premières données ont été enregistrées, dans l'espace d'enregistrement du premier dispositif d'enregistrement ; générer des informations qui relient les premières données et les secondes données ; et générer une parité intermédiaire d'après les premières et les secondes données. Le second contrôleur dans un second dispositif d'enregistrement des dispositifs d'enregistrement, qui enregistre une première parité correspondant aux premières données, est configuré pour recevoir la parité intermédiaire ; générer une seconde parité d'après la première parité et la parité intermédiaire ; et enregistrer la seconde parité dans une zone de l'espace d'enregistrement du second dispositif d'enregistrement. Le second contrôleur dans le premier dispositif d'enregistrement est configuré pour supprimer les informations après l'enregistrement de la seconde parité dans la zone de l'espace d'enregistrement du second dispositif d'enregistrement ; et définir la zone où ont été enregistrées les premières données en tant que zone cible d'effacement.
