Claims (7)
- Mannequin (1) destiné à l'obturation d'une lingotière d'une machine de coulée continue, dans lequel le sens longitudinal du mannequin (1) s'étend à l'horizontale (H), caractérisé en ce que le mannequin (1) présente par rapport à l'horizontale (H) au moins deux surfaces de guidage obliques (6) qui sont agencées des deux côtés d'un plan médian (M) vertical s'étendant dans le sens longitudinal, et les angles (α) des surfaces de guidage (6) par rapport à l'horizontale (H) présentent différents signes, dans lequel les surfaces de guidage (6) sont réalisées de manière conique et chaque surface de guidage (6) est agencée sur un rouleau rotatif (7).
- Mannequin selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mannequin (1) présente au moins quatre surfaces de guidage (6), dans lequel deux surfaces de guidage (6) sont agencées dans le secteur avant, de manière préférée deux autres surfaces de guidage (6) sont agencées dans le secteur médian, et deux autres surfaces de guidage (6) sont agencées dans le secteur arrière du mannequin (1).
- Mannequin selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces de guidage (6) sont réalisées symétriques par rapport au plan médian (M) du mannequin (1).
- Chariot de mannequin (3) destiné à accueillir un mannequin (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le sens longitudinal du chariot de mannequin (3) s'étend à l'horizontale (H), caractérisé en ce que le chariot de mannequin (3) présente au moins deux surfaces de guidage obliques (16) qui sont agencées des deux côtés d'un plan médian (M) vertical s'étendant dans le sens longitudinal, dans lequel les angles (β) des surfaces de guidage (16) présentent des signes différents par rapport à l'horizontale (H).
- Chariot de mannequin (3) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces de guidage (16) sont réalisées symétriques par rapport au plan médian (M) du chariot de mannequin (3).
- Système comportant un chariot de mannequin (3) selon la revendication 4 ou 5 et un mannequin (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque surface de guidage oblique (6) du mannequin (1) s'appuie sur une surface de guidage oblique (16) correspondante du chariot de mannequin (3).
- Système selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les angles (α) des surfaces de guidage (6) du mannequin (1) et les angles (β) des surfaces de guidage (16) du chariot de mannequin (3) sont de même valeur.
