Claims (7)

  1. A cutting blade, particularly for machines for cutting or cutting open food products, wherein the cutting blade (1) is constructed as a sickle blade with a central locating hole (4) with fastening holes (8), a cutting edge (2), a recess (3) and with a radius extension of the cutting edge (2), wherein the centroid is situated outside of the axis of rotation,
    characterised in that the central locating hole (4) is provided with a diameter of 99.9 mm, and in that the locating hole (4) is surrounded by two at least part-ring-shaped and mutually spaced bolt circles (5, 6),
    wherein the ratio of the diameter of the locating hole (4) in relation to the pitch-circle diameter of the fastening holes (8), the inner bolt circle (5), is between 1:3 and 1:4.
  2. The cutting blade according to Claim 1, characterised in that the inner bolt circle (5) has a diameter of preferably 360 mm, on which fastening holes (8) are provided.
  3. The cutting blade according to one of Claims 1 to 2, characterised in that the outer bolt circle (6) has a diameter of preferably 402 mm, on which threaded holes (7) are provided.
  4. The cutting blade according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterised in that it can be fixed on a rotor of a cutting apparatus of a slicer.
  5. The cutting blade according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the recess (3) is enlarged as far as into the space between the start of cutting and the locating hole.
  6. The cutting blade according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterised in that openings (16) are present for mass reduction between locating hole (4) and fastening pitch circle, the inner bolt circle (5).
