  • the heat insulating material 320 blocks heat exchange between the air passed through the lower heat exchanger 123 and the air flowing toward the upper heat exchanger 121 with the guide member 310 disposed therebetween, thereby preventing the heat exchange performance of the air conditioner from becoming poor.
  • the guide member 310 may be stream lined. According to this, resistance of the air flowing in contact with the guide member 310 can be reduced.
  • the air conditioner in accordance with the second preferred embodiment has no water collecting member coupled thereto additionally, but has the water collecting groove 317 formed at the guide member 310, to provide an advantage of easy fabrication.
  • a length of the baffle portion 315, which becomes longer for providing the water collecting groove 317, is liable to cause a horizontal gap T between the upper and lower heat exchangers 121 and 123 to be larger.
  • the upper heat exchanger 121 may be moved forward toward the lower heat exchanger 123 by a predetermined distance d so that a portion of the underside of the upper heat exchanger 121 is in contact with the second coupling portion 313.
  • the upper heat exchanger 121 may have at least a portion arranged to face the water collecting groove 317.
  • the second coupling portion 313 may be provided to support only the portion of the upper heat exchanger 121 for reducing a horizontal gap T' between the upper heat exchanger 121 and the lower heat exchanger 123.

  • the guide member 10 may have a water collecting member (Not shown) provided thereto with a holding space for collecting the condensed water from the first heat exchanger 21.
  • the water collecting member may be provided to the first coupling portion 11 of the guide member 10.
  • the water collecting member performs a function of preventing the condensed water from the surface of the first heat exchanger 21 from flowing to the second heat exchanger 23.
  • the second heat exchanger 23 has a region positioned above the first heat exchanger 21.
  • the guide member 30 has the first coupling portion 31 provided to position higher than the second coupling portion 33, and the baffle portion 35 may be a downward diagonal extension in the x-axis direction.
  • the height A of the overlapped region of the first heat exchanger 21 and the second heat exchanger 23 is determined to be less than 60% of the height L2 of the second heat exchanger.
  • the height L1 of the first heat exchanger 21 and the height L2 of the second heat exchanger 23 may be configured to be the same. However, if the first heat exchanger 21 is arranged close to the drain pan 140, the pressure loss of a first heat exchanger 21 side may be higher than the pressure loss of a second heat exchanger 23 side.
  • the height L2 of the second heat exchanger 23 may be determined to be smaller than the height L1 of the first heat exchanger 21. This is because the fin-tube type heat exchanger has a pressure loss which becomes the lower as a height of the heat exchanger becomes the higher, to have an increased air flow rate.
  • the guide member 10 may have a water collecting member (Not shown) provided thereto with a holding space for collecting the condensed water from the second heat exchanger 23.
  • the water collecting member may be provided to the second coupling portion 33 of the guide member 30.
  • the water collecting member performs a function of preventing the condensed water from the surface of the second heat exchanger 23 positioned on an upper side from flowing to the first heat exchanger 21 positioned on a lower side.
  • a detailed description of the water collecting member is the same with the water collecting member described in the first embodiment.
  • a transverse axis denotes a ratio A/L1 or A/L2 of the height of the overlapped region to the height of the first or second heat exchanger
  • a longitudinal axis denotes an air flow rate.
  • Curves in the graph denote rotation speeds of fans different from one another, respectively.
  • the graph shows a characteristic in which the flow rates increase according to increase of the height A of the overlapped region even if the rotation speeds of the fans are different from one another, and it can be noted that the graph shows a trend in which the flow rates decrease contrary to above, if the height A of the overlapped region increases, further.
  • the height A of the overlapped region is determined to be less than 60% of the height L1 of the first heat exchanger 21 or the height L2 of the second heat exchanger 23. More preferably, the height A of the overlapped region is determined to be 20% to 40% of the height L1 of the first heat exchanger 21 or the height L2 of the second heat exchanger 23.
  • the height A of the overlapped region of the first heat exchanger 21 and the second heat exchanger 23 may be determined with reference to the height of any one of the heat exchangers 21 and 23 having a larger flow rate loss.
  • the height L1 of the first heat exchanger 21 and the height L2 of the second heat exchanger 23 are determined to be different from each other, it is preferable that the height A of the overlapped region of the first heat exchanger 21 and the second heat exchanger 23 is determined to be less than 60% of the height of any one of the heat exchangers 21 and 23 having a smaller height.
  • the height A of the overlapped region of the first heat exchanger 21 and the second heat exchanger 23 is determined to be 20% to 40% of the height of any one of the heat exchangers 21 and 23 having a smaller height.
  • a transverse axis denotes a ratio of the height A of the overlapped region to the height L1 of the first heat exchanger, and a longitudinal axis denotes the flow rate.
  • the second heat exchanger 23 has a higher pressure loss.

  • the height A of the overlapped region may be determined with reference to the height L1 of the first heat exchanger 21, and, preferably, the height A of the overlapped region may be determined to be less than 60% of the height L1 of the first heat exchanger 21. More preferably, the height A of the overlapped region may be determined to be 20% ⁇ 40% of the height L1 of the first heat exchanger 21.

  • the air conditioner related to one embodiment of the present invention can prevent air from flowing between edges of adjacent heat exchangers, if a plurality of the heat exchangers are mounted.
  • the air conditioner related to one embodiment of the present invention can reduce a pressure loss of the air being introduced to each heat exchanger, if a plurality of the heat exchangers are mounted.
  • the air conditioner related to one embodiment of the present invention can prevent a heat exchange performance from becoming poor due to condensed water.

Claims (14)

  1. Climatiseur, comprenant :
    un boîtier (110) ayant une entrée (111) et une sortie (113) ;
    un premier échangeur de chaleur (121) disposé dans le boîtier ;
    un deuxième échangeur de chaleur (123) espacé du premier échangeur de chaleur et positionné en dessous du premier échangeur de chaleur ;
    un élément de guidage (210) destiné à fermer un espace entre des bords adjacents du premier échangeur de chaleur et du deuxième échangeur de chaleur, et
    un élément de collecte d'eau (220) prévu sur l'élément de guidage pour recueillir l'eau de condensation du premier échangeur de chaleur,
    où l'élément de collecte d'eau présente un espace de stockage (S) destiné à recueillir l'eau de condensation,
    caractérisé en ce que l'élément de collecte d'eau comprend en outre une partie de barrière (221) s'étendant depuis le fond de l'espace de stockage vers le premier échangeur de chaleur à une hauteur (Hp) où ladite partie de barrière bute contre le dessous du premier échangeur de chaleur.
  2. Climatiseur selon la revendication 1, où le deuxième échangeur de chaleur est positionné en dessous du premier échangeur de chaleur de manière à présenter une zone de chevauchement avec le premier échangeur de chaleur.
  3. Climatiseur selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, où le premier échangeur de chaleur présente une partie d'extrémité inférieure positionnée à l'intérieur de l'espace de stockage.
  4. Climatiseur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, où le dessous du premier échangeur de chaleur est espacé d'une distance définie d'une surface circonférentielle intérieure de l'élément de collecte d'eau.
  5. Climatiseur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, où l'élément de guidage comprend :
    une première partie d'accouplement (211) positionnée au sommet du deuxième échangeur de chaleur,
    une deuxième partie d'accouplement (213) positionnée sur le dessous du premier échangeur de chaleur, et
    une partie de chicane (215) raccordant la première à la deuxième partie d'accouplement pour fermer l'espace entre les bords adjacents du premier échangeur de chaleur et du deuxième échangeur de chaleur.
  6. Climatiseur selon la revendication 5, où l'élément de collecte d'eau est prévu sur la deuxième partie d'accouplement.
  7. Climatiseur selon la revendication 5 ou la revendication 6, où un côté de l'élément de collecte d'eau est relié à la deuxième partie d'accouplement, et l'autre côté est pourvu d'une partie de guidage s'étendant inclinée vers le haut.
  8. Climatiseur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, comprenant en outre un élément de barrière latéral (240) prévu de part et d'autre de l'élément de guidage pour empêcher l'air de s'écouler dans un espace entre les deux côtés du premier échangeur de chaleur et /ou du deuxième échangeur de chaleur et le boîtier.
  9. Climatiseur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, où l'élément de guidage et l'élément de collecte d'eau sont en matériau thermo-isolant.
  10. Climatiseur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, où le premier échangeur de chaleur et le deuxième échangeur de chaleur sont respectivement inclinés suivant un angle défini depuis l'entrée.
  11. Climatiseur selon l'une des revendications 2 à 10, où la zone de chevauchement du premier échangeur de chaleur et du deuxième échangeur de chaleur a une hauteur définie par rapport à l'un des échangeurs, entre le premier échangeur de chaleur et le deuxième échangeur de chaleur, dont la perte de débit est plus élevée.
  12. Climatiseur selon la revendication 11, où la hauteur de la zone de chevauchement du premier échangeur de chaleur et du deuxième échangeur de chaleur est inférieure à 60 % de la hauteur du premier échangeur de chaleur.
  13. Climatiseur selon la revendication 11 ou la revendication 12, où le premier échangeur de chaleur a une hauteur inférieure à la hauteur du deuxième échangeur de chaleur.
  14. Climatiseur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, comprenant en outre un bac de vidange (140) positionné sous le premier et le deuxième échangeurs de chaleur, l'élément de collecte d'eau guidant l'eau de condensation du premier échangeur de chaleur vers le bac de vidange.
