Claims (11)
- Procédé d'exploitation d'une phase d'essorage avec plusieurs étapes d'essorage dans un procédé de traitement du linge au sein d'un lave-linge avec un tambour logé de manière mobile autour d'un axe essentiellement horizontal dans une cuve de lavage et une commande par programme, dans lequel procédé le linge est réparti dans un espace intérieur du tambour durant la phase d'essorage lors d'une étape de répartition du linge avant chaque étape d'essorage via un accroissement et/ou une diminution de la vitesse de rotation du tambour, dans lequel pour l'étape de répartition du linge n avant l'étape d'essorage n une durée de répartition maximale tmax n et/ou un nombre maximal mtr n de tentatives de répartition est déterminé au préalable pour l'atteinte ou la non-atteinte d'une valeur maximale Dmax 1 d'une répartition inégale acceptable du linge, caractérisé en ce(a) que la durée effectivement nécessaire tact n pour chaque étape de répartition du linge est déterminée ;(b) qu'une différence Δtn = tset n-tact n entre la durée effective tact n et une durée déterminée au préalable tset n pour l'étape de répartition du linge n est calculée ; et(c) qu'en fonction de la différence calculée Δtn = tset n-tact n une décision est prise quant au déroulement ultérieur de la phase d'essorage.qu'en présence d'une différence Δtn supérieure à zéro, la phase d'essorage est réduite dans le temps, ou
qu'au moins une partie de la différence temporelle Δtn supérieure à 0 est ajoutée sous forme de crédit temporel à la durée déterminée au préalable tset n+1 pour la prochaine étape de répartition du linge, de telle manière que la différence temporelle Δtn supérieure à 0 soit ajoutée sous la forme d'un crédit temporel selon une portion x à la durée déterminée au préalable tset n+1 pour la prochaine étape de répartition du linge, la dernière étape de répartition du linge avant l'essorage final étant exclue, et une portion y, dans lequel x+y=1, à la durée tset n+1 de la dernière étape de répartition du linge avant l'essorage final, ou
que les différences temporelles Δtn sont additionnées et que la période de temps totale constituée tmax est utilisée pour la prolongation temporelle de la durée tset n de la dernière étape de répartition du linge avant l'essorage final. - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un balourd acceptable maximal UNmax 1 est déterminé au préalable sous forme de valeur maximale Dmax 1 d'une répartition inégale acceptable du linge.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le balourd est déterminé au moyen d'une variation de la vitesse de rotation du tambour et/ou une déviation de la cuve de lavage.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'en présence d'une différence Δtn supérieure à 0, une possibilité de sélection s'offre à un utilisateur du lave-linge afin d'axer la phase d'essorage suivante sur une durée temporelle minimale ou sur une humidité résiduelle minimale possible à atteindre.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que x se situe entre 0,2 et 0,4 et y entre 0,6 et 0,8.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'en présence d'une différence temporelle Δtn supérieure à 0 l'existence d'une bonne répartition du linge dans le tambour s'affiche sur un dispositif d'affichage du lave-linge.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'en présence d'une différence temporelle Δtn inférieure à 0 l'existence d'une mauvaise répartition du linge dans le tambour s'affiche sur un dispositif d'affichage du lave-linge.
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'essorage est interrompu en présence d'une différence temporelle Δtn répétée inférieure à 0.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que dans le cas où Δtn est supérieur à une valeur seuil déterminée au préalable ts, une valeur Dmax 2 < Dmax 1 est déterminée pour la valeur maximale d'une répartition inégale acceptable du linge.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que des valeurs d'une durée déterminée au préalable tset pour l'étape de répartition du linge en fonction d'une quantité de chargement du lave-linge en linge et/ou en fonction de la valeur maximale Dmax pour la valeur maximale d'une répartition inégale acceptable du linge sont enregistrés dans le dispositif de commande du lave-linge.
- Lave-linge avec un tambour logé de manière mobile autour d'un axe essentiellement horizontal dans une cuve de lavage et une commande par programme prévue afin d'exécuter un procédé dans lequel le linge est réparti dans un espace intérieur du tambour durant la phase d'essorage lors d'une étape de répartition du linge avant chaque étape d'essorage via un accroissement et/ou une diminution de la vitesse de rotation du tambour, dans lequel pour l'étape de répartition du linge n avant l'étape d'essorage n une durée de répartition maximale tmax et/ou un nombre maximal mtr de tentatives de répartition est déterminé au préalable pour l'atteinte ou la non-atteinte d'une valeur maximale Dmax 1 d'une répartition inégale acceptable du linge, caractérisé en ce que le lave-linge est prévu afin d'exécuter un procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
