Claims (7)
- Série de disjoncteurs multipolaires de diverses tailles et de différentes capacités de courant nominal, dans lesquels les tailles individuelles (1 ; 2 ; 3) présentent respectivement dans un boîtier de commutateur (4 ; 5 ; 6) :- un verrouillage de connexion (24 ; 25) pour fermer et ouvrir des contacts principaux,- des déclencheurs magnétiques et thermiques (48 ; 50) fonctionnellement reliés au verrouillage de connexion (24) en mode de déclenchement pour provoquer l'ouverture des contacts principaux lors de l'apparition de courants de surcharge ou de courants de court-circuit,- en cas de besoin, un déclencheur U/A (10) fonctionnellement relié au verrouillage de connexion (24) en mode de déclenchement pour, lors de l'apparition d'une sous-tension ou d'un courant de travail dans le déclencheur U/A (10), empêcher la fermeture des contacts principaux ou permettre l'ouverture des contacts principaux, moyennant quoi le déclencheur U/A (10) est libéré au moyen d'un premier élément de libération (34) connecté au verrouillage de connexion (24) à l'avance avant la fermeture des contacts principaux,
dans lesquels il est prévu pour toutes les tailles (1 ; 2 ; 3) de la série un déclencheur U/A (10) de même type,
caractérisés en ce que :- dans la série, au moins une taille (3) de capacité de courant nominal plus élevée est équipée d'une accumulateur d'énergie (52), qui est constitué d'un levier à cliquet (56), d'un levier de déclenchement (60) et d'un ressort tendeur (62), dans lesquels le levier de déclenchement (60), pour assurer l'état détendu par le levier à cliquet (56), est sollicité par la fermeture de connexion (25) lors d'une remise à zéro en partant de l'état déclenché à l'encontre de l'effet de la force du ressort tendeur (62),- dans le cas de la au moins une taille (3) équipée d'un accumulateur d'énergie (52), d'une part, autant les déclencheurs thermiques (49), les déclencheurs magnétiques (51) que les déclencheurs U/A entrent en liaison fonctionnelle avec le levier à cliquet (56) pour détendre l'accumulateur d'énergie (52) et, d'autre part, le levier de déclenchement (60) entre en liaison fonctionnelle avec la fermeture de connexion (25) en mode de déclenchement sous l'action du ressort tendeur (62) qui se détend, et- dans le cas de la au moins une taille (3) équipée d'un accumulateur d'énergie (52), au lieu du premier élément de libération (34) efficace dans les tailles restantes (1 ; 2), il est prévu un second élément de libération (35) raccordé à la fermeture de connexion (25) pour libérer le déclencheur U/A (10), dans lequel la position de libération (39) du second élément de libération (35) efficace avant la fermeture des contacts principaux est avancée dans une plus grande mesure par rapport à la position de libération (38) du premier élément de libération (34). - Série de disjoncteurs multipolaires selon la revendication 1, caractérisés en ce qu'un taquet de déclenchement (16) couplé à l'armature d'aimant (17) du déclencheur U/A (10) est relié fonctionnellement directement au levier à cliquet (56) .
- Série de disjoncteurs multipolaires selon la revendication 1, caractérisés en ce qu'un taquet de déclenchement (16) couplé à l'armature d'aimant (17) du déclencheur U/A (10) est relié fonctionnellement indirectement au levier à cliquet (56).
- Série de disjoncteurs multipolaires selon la revendication 3, caractérisés en ce qu'un coulisseau intermédiaire est monté linéairement dans le boîtier de commutateur (6) entre le taquet de déclenchement (16) et le levier à cliquet (56).
- Série de disjoncteurs multipolaires selon la revendication 3, caractérisés en ce qu'un coulisseau intermédiaire est monté à pivotement dans le boîtier de commutateur (6) entre le taquet de déclenchement (16) et le levier à cliquet (56).
- Série de disjoncteurs multipolaires selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisés en ce que le levier de déclenchement (60) de l'accumulateur d'énergie (52) est relié fonctionnellement directement à la fermeture de connexion (25) en mode de déclenchement.
- Série de disjoncteurs multipolaires selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisés en ce que le levier de déclenchement (60) de l'accumulateur d'énergie (52) est relié fonctionnellement à la fermeture de connexion (25) en mode de déclenchement via un élément intermédiaire monté dans le boîtier de commutateur (6) .
