Claims (8)

  1. Gerät zum Abschneiden der Seitenflächen von Reifen, umfassend, getragen von einem Sockel:
    - eine rotierende Platte (7), die Gleitbacken (13) trägt, die imstande sind, sich auf den Wülsten (8a) der Seitenflächen eines Reifens (8) abzustützen, der sich auf der Platte (7) abstützt,
    - einen starren Halter (20), der einen zur Rotationsachse X'X der Platte (7) parallelen Arm (22) trägt, wobei dieser Arm (22) parallel zu dieser Achse von Betätigungsmitteln zwischen einer Freigabeposition des Reifens und einer Arbeitsposition verlagerbar ist,
    - Gleitstücke (23), die, angeordnet auf der einen und der anderen Seite der Empfangszone des Reifens (8) und jeweils Träger eines transversalen Messers (24), das zur Seitenfläche (8c) des Reifens gerichtet ist, gleitend auf dem Arm (22) montiert sind und jeweils mit einem der Betätigungsmitteln (26 und 27) verbunden sind, die imstande sind, sie auf diesem Arm zwischen einer von der Lauffläche (8b) beabstandeten Position und einer angenäherten schneidenden Endlagenstellung verschiebend zu verlagern,
    - und Steuermittel (12), welche die Rotation der Platte (7) und die Verlagerung der Backen (13), des Arms (22) und der Gleitstücke (24) in die jeweiligen zwei Richtungen steuern,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Mittel (32) umfasst, die, indem sie imstande sind, einen zur Rotationsachse X'X der Platte (7) parallelen Laserstrahl (31) zu senden, der über den Messern (24) angeordnet ist, Detektormitteln (35) zugeordnet sind, die bei der Annäherung des Arm (22) in Richtung der Lauffläche (8b) des Reifens eingreifen, um den Steuermitteln (12) die Unterbrechung des Laserstrahls (31) durch diese Lauffläche mitzuteilen, wogegen die Steuermittel (12) Zeitverzögerungsmittel (40) umfassen, die die Versorgung der Betätigungsmittel (26 und 27), welche auf die Annäherung der Gleitstücke (23) einwirken, verzögern, damit die Messer (24) nur dann in die Seitenflächen (8c) des Reifens eindringen, wenn sie unter seiner Lauffläche (8b) sind.
  2. Gerät zum Abschneiden der Seitenflächen von Reifen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuermittel (12) von einem einzigen Automaten gebildet sind, der alle Funktionen des Geräts steuert.
  3. Gerät zum Abschneiden der Seitenflächen von Reifen nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, gemeinsam herangezogen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verlagerungsmittel (25) in die beiden Richtungen des Arms (22) auf dem Halter (20), ebenso wie die Verlagerungsmittel (26 und 27) der Gleitstücke (23) auf dem Arm (22), von Hydraulikzylindern gebildet sind, deren Steuer-Elektroventile (25a, 26a und 27a) vom Automaten (12) gesteuert sind.
  4. Gerät zum Abschneiden der Seitenflächen von Reifen nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, gemeinsam herangezogen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es in einer Kabine angeordnet ist, deren Zugangstür (5) mit einem Kontakt (42) ausgestattet ist, welcher den Zyklus stoppt und startet.
  5. Gerät zum Abschneiden der Seitenflächen von Reifen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der Messer (24) symmetrisch doppelt abgeschrägt ist und einen spitzen Winkel a von zirka 20 Grad bildet.
  6. Gerät zum Abschneiden der Seitenflächen von Reifen nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Messer (24a, 24b, 24c und 24d) durch Schärfen an einer der vier Ecken einer Klinge (54a) gebildet ist, die in seinem Werkzeughalter (23) mit Möglichkeit des Schwenkens und des Umdrehens montiert ist, um jedem Messer eine Position zu geben, die seine Schneidecken respektiert.
  7. Gerät zum Abschneiden der Seitenflächen von Reifen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eines der Gleitstücke (23) einen Detektionssensor (38) der Nähe der Seitenfläche (8c) des Reifens trägt.
  8. Gerät zum Abschneiden der Seitenflächen von Reifen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Detektionssensor (36) der Präsenz eines Reifens auf der Platte (7) umfasst.
