Claims (15)
- Gerät zum Schneiden von Reifen des Typs, der einen Laufstreifen, Flanken und Wulste umfasst, so dass die Flanken geschnitten werden, wobei das Gerät umfasst:- einen Rahmen (1),- einen Aufnahmebereich (2), der dazu bestimmt ist, einen zu schneidenden Reifen (31) im Rahmen (1) aufzunehmen,- seitliche Haltemittel (5, 6) zum Halten eines im Aufnahmebereich aufgenommenen Reifens,- quer angeordnete Klingen (7), die zu einer Flanke (32) eines im Aufnahmebereich (2) aufgenommenen Reifens (31) hin gerichtet sind, wobei die Klingen (7) zwischen einer vom Laufstreifen (33) beabstandeten Stellung und einer Arbeitsstellung, in der sie in die Flanke (32) eines Reifens eindringen, um den Laufstreifen von seinen Flanken zu trennen, verschiebbar sind, und- einen Steuerautomaten (9), der das Verschieben der Klingen (7) zwischen einer beabstandeten Stellung und einer Arbeitsstellung regelt, damit die Klingen (7) in die Flanken (32) eines im Gerät aufgenommenen Reifens (31) erst eindringen, wenn sie sich über dessen Laufstreifen (33) befinden,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- der Aufnahmebereich (2) ein Paar Antriebswalzen (10, 11) zum Antreiben eines auf den Antriebswalzen (10, 11) im Aufnahmebereich (2) platzierten Reifens umfasst,- zwei Tragstrukturen (3', 3") über und beidseits des Aufnahmebereichs (2) montiert sind,- Haltemittel (5, 6) an mindestens einer der beiden Tragstrukturen (3', 3") montiert sind,- ein Detektor, insbesondere ein optischer Detektor (4), der geeignet ist, einen mittleren leeren Bereich eines Reifens (31) zu detektieren, im Aufnahmebereich (2) aufgenommen ist, der zwischen dem Innendurchmesser der Wulste (34) des Reifens (31) enthalten ist, wobei der Detektor (4) an mindestens einer der beiden Tragstrukturen (3', 3") angeordnet ist,- die Klingen (7) an den Tragstrukturen (3', 3") montiert sind,- der Steuerungsautomat (9) auch das Drehen mindestens einer Walze des Walzenpaares (10, 11) regelt und- die seitlichen Haltemittel (5, 6) umfassen:- eine verschiebbare Backe (6), die geeignet ist, sich gegen den Wulst (34) eines im Gerät aufgenommenen Reifens (31) abzustützen, und- ein Teil (5) mit zwei Schenkeln (37), die jeweils eine Laufrolle (38) tragen, das dazu eingerichtet ist, in einen im Gerät aufgenommenen Reifen eingeführt zu werden, und dessen beide Schenkel geeignet sind, mit einer Innenfläche (35) des Laufstreifens (33) des Reifens in Kontakt zu gelangen,- die Backe (6) und das Teil (5) in Bezug auf den inneren Umfang eines im Gerät aufgenommenen Reifens diametral entgegengesetzt sind, und- die Klingen (7), wenn sie in der Arbeitsstellung sind, in die Flanken (32) eines Reifens (31) eindringen, wenn die Klingen in der Nähe der beiden Schenkel (37) sind oder zwischen ihnen aufgenommen sind, so dass der Schneidbereich stabilisiert wird.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 1, umfassend eine Schneidvorrichtung (8), die am Rahmen (1) angeordnet ist, wobei die Schneidvorrichtung (8) verschiebbar ist, um den Laufstreifen (33) quer zu schneiden.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 2, bei dem die Schneidvorrichtung (8) zum Schneiden des Laufstreifens (33), wenn der Laufstreifen (33) von seinen Flanken (32) getrennt ist, einen oberen Arm (39) und einen unteren Arm (40) umfasst, wobei der obere Arm (39) oder untere Arm (40) an einem seiner Enden ein Paar koaxiale, voneinander beabstandete Scheiben (20) trägt, wobei der andere obere Arm (39) oder untere Arm (40) eine im Wesentlichen kreisförmige Klinge (21) trägt, die zwischen den Scheiben (20) angeordnet ist, wobei die Schneidvorrichtung (8) verschiebbar ist, um den Laufstreifen (33) quer zu schneiden, wenn der Laufstreifen (33) von seinen Flanken (32) getrennt ist.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 3, bei dem die im Wesentlichen kreisförmige Klinge (21) mehrere Krümmungsradien umfasst.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, bei dem die im Wesentlichen kreisförmige Klinge (21) abgeschrägt ist.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, bei dem der obere Arm (39) und der untere Arm (40) eine längliche Form haben, deren Länge mindestens gleich der Breite des Laufstreifens (33) eines zu schneidenden Reifens (31) ist.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerung (9) aus einem einzigen Automaten besteht, der alle Funktionen des Geräts regelt.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem der Aufnahmebereich (2) Blockierelemente (12) beidseits eines im Gerät aufgenommenen Reifens (31) umfasst, die so angeordnet sind, dass sie horizontal verschoben werden können, um sich einander anzunähern und einen im Gerät aufgenommenen Reifen (31) festzuklemmen.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 8, bei dem die Blockierelemente (12) um ihre Längsachse herum drehbewegliche Zylinder sind, die mit den Flanken (32) eines zu schneidenden Reifens (31) derart in Kontakt kommen, dass sie mit dem Reifen (31) synchronisiert drehen, wenn er von mindestens einer Walze des Antriebswalzenpaares (10, 11) angetrieben wird.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend eine Abdeckung (36), um das Gerät mit gegebenenfalls einem zu schneidenden Reifen (31) im Inneren des Geräts zumindest teilweise zu verschließen, und mindestens einen Sensor, um das Öffnen der Abdeckung (36) zu detektieren und einen Schneidvorgang abzubrechen.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem der Detektor (4), der geeignet ist, einen mittleren Bereich des Reifens (31) zu detektieren, einen Laserstrahl aussendet.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die seitlichen Haltemittel (5, 6) zum Halten eines im Gerät aufgenommenen Reifens (31) es ermöglichen, Reifen (31) zu blockieren, bei denen der Innendurchmesser der Wulste (34) von 30 Zentimeter bis 60 Zentimeter variiert.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend einen Sensor zur Erkennung des Vorhandenseins eines Reifens (31) auf dem Aufnahmebereich (2).
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 13, bei dem die am Rahmen (1) angeordnete Schneidvorrichtung (8) Mittel zum Erfassen eines Laufstreifens (33) umfasst, die angeordnet sind, um den Laufstreifen während des Querschneidens des Laufstreifens (33) festzuhalten.
- Verfahren zum Schneiden eines Reifens mit einem Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:- Überprüfen des Vorhandenseins eines Reifens (31) durch einen Sensor,- Einklemmen des Reifens zwischen den Zylindern (12),- Hochfahren des den Reifen enthaltenden Aufnahmebereichs (2) durch eine vertikale Bewegung bis zur Detektion des mittleren Bereichs zwischen den Wulsten des zu schneidenden Reifens durch den Laserstrahl,- Annähern der Tragstrukturen (3', 3") durch horizontales Verschieben, um Wulste des Reifens mit den Backen (6) und das Innere des Laufstreifens (33) mit dem Teil (5) und seinen beiden Schenkeln (37) zu halten,- Abstützen auf dem Innenteil (35) des Laufstreifens durch das Teil (5) mit zwei Schenkeln, dann- Abstützen auf den Wulsten (34) durch die Backe (6),- Indrehungversetzen des Reifens durch mindestens eine der Walzen des Antriebswalzenpaares (10, 11),- Schneiden der Flanken (32) des Reifens mit der Klinge (7), die an jeder Tragstruktur (3', 3") angeordnet ist,- optional, Beabstanden der beiden Tragstrukturen (3',3"), von denen jede Backe (6) eine geschnittene Flanke trägt,- Herunterfahren des den Laufstreifen ohne seine Flanken enthaltenden Aufnahmebereichs (2), bis der Laufstreifen gegenüber der Schneidvorrichtung (8) ist,- Querschneiden des Laufstreifens (33) durch horizontales Verschieben der Schneidvorrichtung (8), dann Zurückkehren der Schneidvorrichtung (8) in ihre Ausgangsstellung,- Öffnen der Schutzabdeckung (36) durch den Benutzer zum Entnehmen des zerteilten Laufstreifens auf den beiden Walzen (10, 11) und der Flanken an jeder der Backen (6).
