Claims (15)

  1. Procédé pour refroidir une tôle d'acier laminée à chaud dans lequel une tôle d'acier laminée à chaud (H) laminée à chaud en utilisant un laminoir de finition (13, 113) est refroidie dans une section de refroidissement prévue sur une trajectoire de transport, caractérisé en ce que le procédé comprend :
    un processus de réglage de rapport cible dans lequel un rapport de coefficients de transfert de chaleur supérieur et inférieur X1, auquel un écart standard de température Y devient une valeur minimum Ymin est déterminé en tant que rapport cible Xt en fonction des données de corrélation indiquant une corrélation entre un rapport de coefficients de transfert de chaleur supérieur et inférieur X, qui est un rapport de coefficients de transfert de chaleur des surfaces supérieure et inférieure de la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud (H), et l'écart standard de température Y pendant ou après le refroidissement de la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud (H), qui ont été expérimentalement obtenus à l'avance dans des conditions dans lesquelles l'inclinaison et la vitesse de transport de la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud (H) sont déterminées sur des valeurs constantes ;
    un processus de commande de refroidissement dans lequel au moins l'une parmi une quantité de chaleur dissipée d'une surface supérieure par refroidissement et une quantité de chaleur dissipée d'une surface inférieure en refroidissant la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud (H) dans la section de refroidissement est commandée de sorte que le rapport de coefficients de transfert de chaleur supérieur et inférieur X de la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud dans la section de refroidissement correspond au rapport cible Xt ;
    un processus de mesure de température dans lequel une température de la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud (H) est mesurée à certains intervalles de temps et des données chronologiques de résultats de mesure de température sont obtenues en aval de la section de refroidissement ; un processus de mesure de vitesse de changement dans lequel une vitesse de changement de la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud (H) dans une direction verticale est mesurée dans l'ordre chronologique au même endroit qu'un endroit de mesure de température de la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud (H) en aval de la section de refroidissement ;
    un processus de détermination de direction de commande dans lequel, lorsque l'ascension de la direction verticale de la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud (H) est déterminée comme étant positive, dans une zone avec une vitesse de changement positive, dans un cas dans lequel une température de la feuille d'acier laminée à chaud (H) est inférieure à une température moyenne dans une plage d'un ou de plusieurs cycles d'une forme d'onde de la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud (H), au moins l'une parmi une direction dans laquelle la quantité de chaleur dissipée de la surface supérieure par refroidissement diminue et une direction dans laquelle la quantité de chaleur dissipée de la surface inférieure par refroidissement augmente, est déterminée comme étant la direction de commande, dans un cas dans lequel la température de la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud (H) est supérieure à la température moyenne, au moins l'une parmi une direction dans laquelle la quantité de chaleur dissipée de la surface supérieure par refroidissement augmente, et une direction dans laquelle la quantité de chaleur dissipée de la surface inférieure par refroidissement diminue, est déterminée comme étant la direction de commande, dans une zone avec une vitesse de changement négative, dans un cas dans lequel la température de la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud (H) est inférieure à la température moyenne, au moins l'une parmi une direction dans laquelle la quantité de chaleur dissipée de la surface supérieure par refroidissement augmente et une direction dans laquelle la quantité de chaleur dissipée de la surface inférieure par refroidissement diminue, est déterminée comme étant la direction de commande, et dans un cas dans lequel la température de la feuille laminée à chaud (H) est supérieure à la température moyenne, au moins l'une parmi une direction dans laquelle la quantité de chaleur dissipée de la surface supérieure par refroidissement diminue et une direction dans laquelle la quantité de chaleur dissipée de la surface inférieure par refroidissement augmente, est déterminée comme étant la direction de commande ; et
    un processus d'ajustement de quantité de chaleur dissipée par refroidissement qui ajuste au moins l'une parmi la quantité de chaleur dissipée de la surface supérieure par refroidissement et la quantité de chaleur dissipée de la surface inférieure par refroidissement de la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud dans la section de refroidissement en fonction de la direction de commande déterminée dans le processus de détermination de direction de commande.
  2. Procédé pour refroidir une tôle d'acier laminée à chaud selon la revendication 1,
    dans lequel, dans le processus de réglage de rapport cible, un rapport de coefficients de transfert de chaleur supérieur et inférieur X auquel l'écart standard de température Y converge dans une plage de la valeur minimum Ymin à la valeur minimum Ymin +10 °C, est déterminé comme étant le rapport cible Xt en fonction des données de corrélation.
  3. Procédé pour refroidir une tôle d'acier laminée à chaud selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    dans lequel les données de corrélation sont préparées respectivement pour une pluralité de conditions dans lesquelles les valeurs de l'inclinaison et de la vitesse de transport sont différentes, et dans le processus de réglage de rapport cible, le rapport cible Xt est déterminé en fonction des données de corrélation qui correspondent aux valeurs réellement mesurées de l'inclinaison et de la vitesse de transport de la pluralité de données de corrélation.
  4. Procédé pour refroidir une tôle d'acier laminée à chaud selon la revendication 3,
    dans lequel les données de corrélation sont des données indiquant une corrélation entre le rapport de coefficients de transfert de chaleur supérieur et inférieur X et l'écart standard de température Y en utilisant une formule de régression.
  5. Procédé pour refroidir une tôle d'acier laminée à chaud selon la revendication 4,
    dans lequel la formule de régression est une formule dérivée à l'aide de la régression linéaire.
  6. Procédé pour refroidir une tôle d'acier laminée à chaud selon la revendication 3,
    dans lequel les données de corrélation sont des données comprenant une corrélation entre le rapport de coefficients de transfert de chaleur supérieur et inférieur X et l'écart standard de température Y en utilisant un tableau.
  7. Procédé pour refroidir une tôle d'acier laminée à chaud selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    dans lequel la section de refroidissement est divisée en une pluralité de sections de refroidissement divisées dans une direction de transport de la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud (H), la température et la vitesse de changement de la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud (H) sont mesurées dans l'ordre chronologique de chacune des bordures des sections de refroidissement divisées dans le processus de mesure de température et le processus de mesure de vitesse de changement ;
    des directions d'augmentation et de réduction des quantités de chaleur dissipée par refroidissement des surfaces supérieure et inférieure de la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud (H) sont déterminées pour les sections de refroidissement divisées respectives en fonction des résultats de mesure de la température et des vitesses de changement de la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud (H) aux bordures respectives des sections de refroidissement divisées dans le processus de détermination de direction de commande ; et
    une commande de rétroaction ou une commande prédictive est réalisée afin d'ajuster au moins l'une parmi la quantité de chaleur dissipée de la surface supérieure par refroidissement et la quantité de chaleur dissipée de la surface inférieure en refroidissant la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud (H) à chacune des sections de refroidissement divisées en fonction de la direction de commande déterminée pour chacune des sections de refroidissement divisées dans la quantité de chaleur dissipée par le processus d'ajustement de refroidissement.
  8. Procédé pour refroidir une tôle d'acier laminée à chaud selon la revendication 7, le procédé comprenant en outre :
    un processus de mesure dans lequel l'inclinaison ou la vitesse de transport de la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud (H) est mesurée à chacune des bordures des sections de refroidissement divisées ; et une quantité de chaleur dissipée par le processus de correction de refroidissement dans lequel au moins l'une parmi la quantité de chaleur dissipée de la surface supérieure par refroidissement et la quantité de chaleur dissipée de la surface inférieure en refroidissant la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud (H) est corrigée au niveau de chacune des sections de refroidissement divisées en fonction des résultats de mesure de l'inclinaison ou des vitesses de transport.
  9. Procédé pour refroidir une tôle d'acier laminée à chaud selon la revendication 1 ou 2, le procédé comprenant en outre :
    un processus de post-refroidissement dans lequel la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud (H) continue à être refroidie en aval de la section de refroidissement afin que l'écart standard de température de la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud (H) soit dans une plage admissible.
  10. Procédé pour refroidir une tôle d'acier laminée à chaud selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    dans lequel la vitesse de transport de la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud (H) dans la section de refroidissement est dans une plage de 550 m/min jusqu'à une vitesse de limite mécanique.
  11. Procédé pour refroidir une tôle d'acier laminée à chaud selon la revendication 10,
    dans lequel une résistance à la traction de la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud (H) est de 800 MPa ou plus.
  12. Procédé pour refroidir une tôle d'acier laminée à chaud selon la revendication 10,
    dans lequel le laminoir de finition (13, 113) est constitué par une pluralité de socles de laminage (140), et un processus de refroidissement supplémentaire dans lequel la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud (H) est davantage refroidie entre la pluralité de socles de laminage (140), est en outre prévu.
  13. Procédé pour refroidir une tôle d'acier laminée à chaud selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    dans lequel un appareil de refroidissement latéral supérieur (14a, 114a) ayant une pluralité de colonnes montantes (31, 131) qui éjectent l'eau de refroidissement sur une surface supérieure de la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud (H) et un appareil de refroidissement latéral inférieur (14b, 114b) ayant une pluralité de colonnes montantes (31, 131) qui éjectent l'eau de refroidissement sur une surface inférieure de la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud (H) sont prévues dans la section de refroidissement, et
    la quantité de chaleur dissipée de la surface supérieure par refroidissement et la quantité de chaleur dissipée de la surface inférieure par refroidissement sont ajustées en réalisant une commande de marche - arrêt des colonnes montantes (31, 131) respectives.
  14. Procédé pour refroidir une tôle d'acier laminée à chaud selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    dans lequel l'appareil de refroidissement latéral supérieur (14a, 114a) ayant une pluralité de colonnes montantes (31, 131) qui éjectent l'eau de refroidissement sur une surface supérieure de la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud (H) et un appareil de refroidissement latéral inférieur (14b, 114b) ayant une pluralité de colonnes montantes (31, 131) qui éjectent l'eau de refroidissement sur une surface inférieure de la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud (H) sont prévus dans la section de refroidissement, et
    la quantité de chaleur dissipée de la surface supérieure par refroidissement et la quantité de chaleur dissipée de la surface inférieure par refroidissement sont ajustées en contrôlant au moins l'une parmi la densité d'eau pulvérisée, la pression et la température de l'eau de chacune des colonnes montantes (31, 131).
  15. Procédé pour refroidir une tôle d'acier laminée à chaud selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    dans lequel le refroidissement dans la section de refroidissement est réalisé à une température de la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud (H) dans une plage de 600 °C ou supérieure.
