Definitions
- the present invention relates to a ventilation hood for the arrangement on a building roof and for the controlled ventilation of a building interior with the features of claim 1.
- vent hoods that not only for the removal of used air or the supply of fresh air into the building or for the purpose of air conditioning (removal of superheated air and supply of cooler air) serve, but in the case of smoke due to a fire in one Buildings also serve the smoke extraction, are known from the prior art. They are used, for example, for venting or ventilation or, if necessary, smoke extraction from elevator shafts.
- An elevator shaft here is a particularly kind of building interior.
- a closure element is arranged in the interior of an enclosed with continuous walls, placed on a roof surface vertical exhaust duct, which is designed there as a so-called Venetian blind window. This is about a horizontal axis pivotable and can release the channel cross section of the exhaust duct by pivoting, close in a closed position.
- a roof element is placed, which projects circumferentially downwards in the direction of the roof surface and thereby covers the position of the outlet openings.
- vent hood shown in the cited document is fraught with various disadvantages.
- the wall bounding the exhaust duct which is referred to in this document as a tubular element, apparently one-ply and does not have sufficient thermal insulation.
- this vent hood heat can escape from the interior of the building, that this vent hood is a cold bridge.
- precipitation of atmospheric moisture may result from the room air cooling there ( Condensate formation), so that condensed moisture from the wall of the vent hood in this area drips into the building interior.
- the arrangement of the closure element as shown in the DE 20 2012 008 543 U1 is shown, namely unfavorable in a lower third of the exhaust duct formed as a one-piece pipe element. Because in the case of required maintenance or a necessary replacement of this element, it is from the top even then difficult to access when the roof-forming essay, which is releasably bolted to the pipe member is removed.
- a vent hood with the features of the preamble of claim 1 is known from DE 8812475 U1 known.
- a vent hood is here to be specified, which eliminates the above-mentioned disadvantages in a development of the known prior art, which minimizes heat loss of the building on the vent hood in the exhaust duct closing closure assembly, prevents possible condensation and also improves the Serviceability brings with it.
- the ventilation hood according to the invention which is provided for the arrangement on a building roof and used for the controlled ventilation of a building interior, also has a roof connection for connection to a roof surface, extending from the roof connection in the vertical direction Side walls enclosed exhaust duct, a cover the exhaust duct upwardly covering roof, provided in the side walls of the exhaust duct air outlet openings and arranged in the exhaust duct in a position below the air outlet openings closure arrangement for controllably opening and closing the exhaust duct.
- the vent hood is constructed in two parts and has a base portion surrounding a lower portion of the exhaust duct and a detachably mounted on this base element, the roof comprehensive essay.
- the base element in the new Vent hood double-walled formed with two arranged to form a gap walls made of fiber-reinforced plastic and a space disposed in the intermediate thermal insulating layer.
- the closure arrangement is further formed thermally insulating and arranged in the region of the base element.
- the ventilation hood according to the invention thus differs from the prior art by the choice of material of the wall material of the base element.
- This is not, as is common in known vent hoods made of metal, but rather is formed from a fiber-reinforced plastic.
- the outer wall is also double-walled with two layers of fiber-reinforced plastic and with a thermal insulation in a space formed between the two individual walls of fiber reinforced plastic gap.
- This configuration together with the fact that the closure assembly is arranged in the region of this base element and itself also formed thermally insulated, ensures that the existing below the closed closure assembly, which is in direct communication with the building interior, is thermally insulated, that a Temperature loss through the vent hood is minimized.
- the prevention of thermal losses by appropriate insulation of the base element and the closure assembly thereby also causes the pending below the closed closure element air of the building interior there does not cool below a dew point and can form condensate.
- the base element does not form approximately the full height of the exhaust duct, the essay only provides the roof (as in the DE 20 2012 008 543 U1 the case is). Rather, in the invention, the entire height of the exhaust duct is divided into two sections. A first section is formed by the base element, another section is included in the article. By virtue of this fact and the fact that the attachment is releasably connected to the base element, the attachment can be separated and removed from the base element for maintenance or repair purposes become. But then the closure assembly is much more accessible, since the base element just does not extend beyond the full height of the exhaust duct, but has a relation to the full height of the exhaust duct significantly lower extension height in the vertical direction.
- the walls of the base element made of glass fiber reinforced plastic are formed.
- GRP glass fiber reinforced plastic
- the thermal insulating layer can be an insulating foam with particular advantage, in which case in particular a PU foam is preferred. Such foams are particularly easy to bring in processing and manufacturing in spaces.
- PU polyurethane
- the roof connection may be an integrally formed on an underside of the base element circumferential collar.
- This is in particular also formed double-walled and has walls made of fiber-reinforced plastic and a thermal insulating layer between the walls.
- the fiber-reinforced plastic is particularly preferably a glass fiber reinforced plastic and the thermal insulating layer is a insulating foam, in particular a PU foam.
- the closure arrangement of the ventilation hood according to the invention can advantageously have one or more thermally insulating lamellar elements which can be pivoted about a horizontal axis.
- These lamellar elements can basically be made of any conceivable materials, provided the thermal insulation is maintained.
- the lamellar elements window elements such as so-called window blinds, be, in which case appropriate insulating glass (eg insulating double glass) should be used.
- the closure arrangement with lamellar elements it is advantageous when they are arranged in a frame that is thermally insulated or thermally separated from the elements in contact with it. This frame extends substantially in the horizontal direction and in particular forms a plane in which lie the horizontal axes about which the lamellar element (s) are pivotable.
- the closure arrangement is arranged in an upper portion of the base element in a region in which the attachment adjoins the base element. In fact, if then the article is separated from the base element, the closure assembly is immediately free, so it can be easily maintained, repaired or replaced.
- the shutter assembly as mentioned above has a frame which is arranged substantially horizontally, may advantageously be formed on an upper end side of the base member surrounding a peripheral, of the outer wall of the base member supporting edge on which the frame rests in a manner in that it is peripherally surrounded by the thermally insulated double wall of the base element and, furthermore, that it is not in mechanical contact with the attachment.
- Such a support edge provides a simple way of arranging and supporting the frame. Due to the fact that the frame with the essay is not in mechanical contact, the essay must not also be consuming thermally insulated, can not be formed at this point even with non-insulated essay no cold bridge.
- the support edge can be formed, for example, by reducing the wall thickness of the double wall of the base element in this area with a staircase-like shoulder around which the inner wall of the double wall in the direction of the outer wall springs back while reducing the width of the gap and thus the thickness of the insulating layer.
- an inwardly projecting, substantially horizontal support edge is formed.
- This in turn can be formed double-walled and provided with an insulating material in an intermediate layer to form there also an additional thermal insulation, if, for example, due to the choice of material the frame is required.
- the frame rests on the support edge only, is not held there by other fasteners such as mounting pins, screws, clamps, clips or the like. Namely, such fasteners always form weak points in the thermal insulation.
- An attachment with fastening means if the frame and the lamellar elements disposed therein have a sufficient weight, not even necessary. Because solely due to the weight of the frame is pressed sufficiently firmly against the support edge, but held back by this safe.
- air outlet openings are advantageously arranged on all sides in the side walls. This circumstance means that, regardless of any wind directions or other weather conditions, an exchange of air from the interior of the exhaust air duct into the surroundings through the air outlet openings is possible, so that when the exhaust air duct is open in the open position, exhausted air can flow out through the air outlet openings, can flow in fresh air or flow In the case of smoke extraction, smoke-containing air can be removed from the building part.
- the air outlet openings can advantageously be covered with substantially horizontally extending slots with wind deflector blades pointing downwards.
- the attachment preferably consists of a metal sheet.
- the article encloses a portion of the exhaust duct, which is separated in the case of the closure element located in the closed position of the building interior and due to the thermal insulation of the base element and the closure element is also thermally sealed off from the latter.
- the essay in complex thermal To design insulation so that a simple design is sufficient.
- metal sheet turns out to be inexpensive, easy to machine and durable.
- galvanized sheet steel or a similar metal sheet can be used.
- Sheet metal is also particularly suitable because in this case, in the case that the air outlet openings of wind deflector slats are covered slits, these Windabweiserlamellen can be formed from the base plate by punching and forming in a simple operation.
- the ventilation hood according to the invention has a rectangular, in particular square horizontal cross-section.
- FIG. 1 is a schematic representation of an embodiment of the invention and neither to scale nor fully detailed. It serves merely to illustrate the essential features of the invention in connection with the following explanation.
- the vent hood 1 contains a base element 2 and an attachment 3 releasably connected to this base element 2.
- the base element 2 and attachment 3 jointly surround in their interior an exhaust air duct which extends substantially in the vertical direction.
- a roof connection 4 in the form of a circumferential collar is formed on this.
- a closure assembly 5 is used with closing elements in the form of pivotable about a horizontal axis lamellar window elements, with which at this position the exhaust duct constantly closed, so can be sealed off from the area within the essay 3 or can be opened.
- the louvre windows are shown once in the closed position (reference numeral 6a) and once in the open position (reference numeral 6b) to illustrate this mode of action. It can also be seen that the lamellar windows in the open position (6b) almost completely release the exhaust air duct, maintaining only a very slight overlap of the cross section of the exhaust air duct.
- the top 3 is provided in an upper portion with a roof 7, which covers the exhaust duct in a vertical upward direction and closes.
- air outlet openings 8 are formed in the form of horizontally extending longitudinal slots.
- Downwardly facing wind deflector fins 9 cover the air outlet openings 8, which are attached on all sides to the side walls of the attachment 3.
- the wind deflector fins 9 prevent that wind gets through the air outlet openings 8 in the exhaust duct and there leads to a backwater, in particular prevents venting or even the escape ofPass adopteddem smoke. It also prevents the ingress of moisture, eg rainwater or mist moisture.
- the wall 10 delimiting the base element on the outside has a double-walled construction. It consists of two wall elements 11, which are formed from a fiber-reinforced plastic, in this case particularly preferably glass-fiber reinforced plastic, and an insulating layer 12 introduced between the wall elements 11.
- This insulating layer 12 is advantageously an insulating foam, in particular a PU foam.
- a similar structure has (not shown here) preferably also the roof connection 4, so that this also requires a thermal insulation.
- the lamellar windows 6a, 6b are also thermally insulated, so that when the louver windows 6a are closed, that is the closure arrangement 5 in the closed position the part of the exhaust duct, which is located within the base member 2 and is connected to the atmosphere inside the building, thermally insulated from the part of the exhaust duct extending within the cap 3. By this thermal insulation, a discharge of heat from the building interior is prevented, and it can form no condensation on the inner walls of the base element 2.
- the wall of the attachment 3 is formed of a simple sheet of metal, e.g. Galvanized sheet steel, as this section of the exhaust duct does not require thermal insulation. If, in fact, the closure arrangement 5 takes place by swiveling the louvre windows into the position shown in FIG. 6b, then heat-carrying air exits the interior of the building anyway, but such leakage is - be it for air conditioning, ventilation or ventilation be it for smoke extraction - desired.
- a simple sheet of metal e.g. Galvanized sheet steel
- the lamellar windows 6a, 6b are, this is merely illustrated here, mounted in a frame 13.
- This frame 13 is arranged horizontally and in turn formed of thermally insulating profile.
- the frame 13 and thus the closure assembly 5 is deposited on a shoulder 14 formed in the shoulder 14, which may also be referred to as a support edge, and rests thereon without further fastening means.
- closure assembly 5 Due to the fact that the closure assembly 5 is arranged on the upper end side of the base element 2, this is directly accessible as soon as the attachment 3 is released from the base element 2. It can therefore be easily achieved for maintenance or repair purposes. An exchange or removal for maintenance or repair is easily possible, especially as fasteners do not hold back the frame 13, which is only placed on the paragraph 14. The lack of fasteners in this area also brings the advantage that otherwise formed on such elements cold bridges are not there, which is the thermal insulation continues to be beneficial.
- the louvre windows are motor-driven for displacement between the positions shown at 6a and the positions shown in FIG. 6b, the corresponding drive motors being integrated in the shutter assembly 5 and being operable via a corresponding control.
- the wall 10 of the base element 2 is formed from fiber-reinforced plastic, in particular glass fiber reinforced plastic, brings with it a further advantage with regard to the thermal insulation.
- this material is robust and extremely weather-resistant, and it can - especially in the case of glass fiber reinforced plastic (GRP) - cost sourced or manufactured.
- GRP glass fiber reinforced plastic
- this material from which the integral with the wall 10 connected to the roof connection 4 is advantageously formed, a good surface property for bonding with a geomembrane connected, which is used at this point to seal the roof connection to the roof surface.

Description
Dabei zeigt:
