Claims (11)

  1. Agencement de table de cuisson (1), notamment table de cuisson à gaz, présentant une plaque de cuisson (2) munie d'une surface et d'une ouverture (17) pour au moins un brûleur à gaz (4, 5) et un support de récipient (8, 9), la plaque de cuisson (2) comprenant au moins un évidement (15) pour le maintien d'un cadre (14) du support de récipient (8, 9), et la plaque de cuisson (2) étant fabriquée au moins en partie dans une matière céramique, le cadre (14) du support de récipient (8, 9) étant insérable dans l'évidement (15) par adhérence de forme de sorte que l'on obtient une terminaison de la surface de la plaque de cuisson (2) affleurant avec le cadre (14) du support de récipient (8, 9).
  2. Agencement de table de cuisson (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de cuisson (2) comprend un évidement (15) fabriqué par un enlèvement de matière.
  3. Agencement de table de cuisson (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de cuisson (2) est fabriquée au moins en partie en cordiérite.
  4. Agencement de table de cuisson (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de cuisson (2) comprend plusieurs plaques (20, 21) situées les unes sur les autres.
  5. Agencement de table de cuisson (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les plaques (20, 21) ont de tels contours différents que l'évidement (15) est entouré par des bords (22) des plaques (20, 21).

  8. Agencement de table de cuisson (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'évidement (15) s'étend en tant que rainure ou rigole autour de l'ouverture (17) ménagée pour le brûleur à gaz (4, 5).
  9. Agencement de table de cuisson (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le support de récipient (8, 9) comprend plusieurs pieds (19) à poser dans les évidements (15) ménagés dans la plaque de cuisson (2).
  10. Agencement de table de cuisson (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le support de récipient (8, 9) comprend plusieurs éléments angulaires (23) ayant respectivement un premier côté (24) et un deuxième côté (25), les premiers côtés (24) étant insérés essentiellement perpendiculairement dans des évidements (15) de la plaque de cuisson (2) et les deuxièmes côtés (23) formant une surface de pose (16) pour un récipient pour marchandise à cuire.
  11. Agencement de table de cuisson (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, comprenant en outre au moins un brûleur à gaz (4, 5).
