Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Befestigungsvorrichtung zur gegenseitigen Befestigung zweier Komponenten eines Möbelteils, mit einem Grundkörper und dem Grundkörper zugeordneten Befestigungsmitteln, über die die beiden Komponenten aneinander befestigbar sind.
  • Es ist bekannt, bei einem als Schublade ausgebildeten Möbelteil Zargen bzw. Seitenwände der Schublade über Adapterteile mit dem Schubladenboden oder der Schubladenrückwand zu verbinden. Ferner ist es im Fall von Holzböden bekannt, an der Zarge vorhandene Krallen von unten in den Schubladenboden einzuschlagen, um die Zarge am Boden zu befestigen.
  • In diesem Zusammenhang ist beispielsweise auf die DE 202 09 416 U1 zu verweisen, die eine Verbindungsanordnung zur Verbindung einer von einem metallischen Hohlkammerprofil gebildeten Schubladenzarge mit dem zugewandten seitlichen Rand des zugeordneten plattenförmigen Schubladenbodens offenbart. Dabei sind Verbinderbauteile vorgesehen, die in bestimmten Abständen in Zargen-Längsrichtung an der Zarge befestigt sind. Die Verbinderbauteile besitzen jeweils einen aus der Zarge seitlich herausragenden Auflageschenkel, dessen äußerer Schenkelabschnitt an der Unterseite des Schubladenbodens anliegt. Im Auflageschenkel eines jeweiligen Verbinderbauteils befindet sich eine Ausstanzung, wobei am Rand dieser Ausstanzung Befestigungskrallen angeordnet sind, die nach oben in Richtung zum zu montierenden Schubladenboden vortreten und folglich von unten in das Material des Schubladenbodens eingeschlagen werden Eine weitere Befestigungsvorrichtung ist aus DE8905348U bekannt.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Befestigungsvorrichtung der eingangs erwähnten Art zu schaffen, bei der sich mit einfachen und kostengünstigen Mitteln eine Befestigung zweier Komponenten eines Möbelteils aneinander bewerkstelligen lässt.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Befestigungsvorrichtung mit den Merkmalen des unabhängigen Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen dargestellt.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Befestigungsvorrichtung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass an der Montageleiste mehrere, in Leisten-Längsrichtung hintereinander angeordnete Krallelemente ausgebildet sind, wobei die Krallelemente jeweils mittels eines Freischnitts aus dem Material des Montageabschnitts herausgebildet sind Somit lässt sich zumindest eine Komponente des Möbelteils ohne separate Befestigungsmittel, beispielsweise Befestigungsschrauben, mit der Befestigungsvorrichtung verbinden.
  • Die Befestigungsmittel werden also bei der Herstellung des Befestigungselementes gleich mitangeformt. Erfindungsgemäß ist der Grundkörper jedoch die Komponente des Möbelteils selbst. Eine Befestigung der Befestigungsmittel an der Komponente kann hier entfallen. Im Falle der Ausbildung des Möbelteils als Schublade kann der Grundkörper also die Zarge sein.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist das Befestigungselement ein aus Strangpressmaterial hergestelltes Strangpressprofilteil. Als Strangpressmaterial eignet sich hier besonders Leichtmetall, insbesondere Aluminium. Alternativ ist es jedoch auch möglich, das Befestigungselement als Extrusionsprofilteil auszubilden. In diesem Fall ist als Extrusionsmaterial Kunststoff zu verwenden.
  • Erfindungsgemäß weisen die Befestigungsmittel wenigstens einen Montageabschnitt auf, der für eine werkzeuglose Befestigung an der zugeordneten Komponente geeignet ist.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist der Montageabschnitt derart ausgebildet, dass er in bestimmungsgemäßer Montagestellung an der zugeordneten Komponente durch Krafteinwirkung verformbar, in das Material der Komponente eindringbar und dort festlegbar ist. Bei dem Material der Komponente kann es sich beispielsweise um Holz handeln. Beispielsweise könnte die Komponente als Holzboden einer Schublade ausgebildet sein. Besonders zweckmäßig ist es, falls die Krafteinwirkung durch ohnehin bei der Montage der beiden Komponenten des Möbelteils vorhandene Werkzeuge aufgebracht werden kann. Beispielsweise könnte die Krafteinwirkung bei der Montage einer Zarge an einem Boden einer Schublade durch eine Zargenpresse erzielt werden.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist der Montageabschnitt als Montageleiste ausgebildet. Vorzugsweise erstreckt sich die Montageleiste im Wesentlichen über die gesamte Längsrichtung der zugeordneten Komponente, also im Fall einer Zarge im Wesentlichen über die komplette Zargenlänge. Dadurch kann eine gleichmäßige Befestigung der beiden Komponenten im Wesentlichen über deren gesamten, einander zugewandten Fügeflächen erzielt werden.
  • Erfindungsgemäß sind an der Montageleiste mehrere Krallelemente ausgebildet, die auch als Befestigungskralle bezeichnet werden können. Erfindungsgemäß sind mehrere, in Leisten-Längsrichtung hintereinander angeordnete Krallelemente vorgesehen.
  • Zweckmäßigerweise sind die Krallelemente mittels eines Freischnitts aus dem Material des Montageabschnitts herausgebildet. Der Freischnitt kann beispielsweise von einer mittels eines Stanzvorgangs gebildeten Ausstanzung gebildet werden.
  • In besonders bevorzugter Weise sind die Krallelemente leistenartig ausgebildet, mit einem mit dem Rest des Montageabschnitts verbundenen Basisabschnitt und einem mit dem Basisabschnitt verbundenen, frei auslaufenden Krallabschnitt. Der Basisabschnitt kann sich beispielsweise am Rand des Freischnitts befinden. Zweckmäßigerweise verläuft der Basisabschnitt schräg nach unten, wobei sich der Krallabschnitt an das untere Ende des Basisabschnitts anschließen kann und mit einer Spitze nach oben verläuft. Dadurch wird dem Krallelement ein Biegeweg zur Verfügung gestellt, so dass sich der Basisabschnitt und damit der daran angesetzte Krallabschnitt mit seiner Spitze unter Krafteinwirkung nach oben verformen können.
  • Die Erfindung umfasst ferner ein Möbelteil mit wenigstens zwei Komponenten und mit einer Befestigungsvorrichtung zur Befestigung der beiden Komponenten aneinander, wobei die Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 ausgebildet ist.
  • Die Komponenten können beispielsweise von einer Seitenwand und einem Boden eines als Schublade ausgebildeten Möbelteils gebildet sein. Die Befestigungsvorrichtung dient in diesem Fall zur Befestigung der Seitenwand am Boden der Schublade. Schließlich umfasst die Erfindung noch ein Möbel, mit einem wenigstens zwei Komponenten aufweisenden Möbelteil und mit einer Befestigungsvorrichtung zur Befestigung der beiden Komponenten aneinander, wobei die Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 ausgebildet ist.
  • Ein bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt und wird im Folgenden näher erläutert. In der Zeichnung zeigen:

  • Die Figuren 1 bis 4 zeigen ein bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemäßen Befestigungsvorrichtung 11. Die Befestigungsvorrichtung 11 dient zur gegenseitigen Befestigung zweier Komponenten 12, 13 eines Möbelteils 14, das wiederum Bestandteil eines Möbels (nicht dargestellt) ist. Die Erfindung wird im Folgenden beispielhaft anhand eines als Schublade ausgebildeten Möbelteils 14 erläutert. Die aneinander zu befestigenden Komponenten der Schublade sind im Beispielsfall eine Seitenwand beziehungsweise Zarge der Schublade und der Schubladenboden. Selbstverständlich ist es möglich, die erfindungsgemäße Befestigungsvorrichtung 11 auch zur Verbindung ganz anderer Komponenten der Schublade oder auch Komponenten ganz anderer Möbelteile 14 zu verwenden.
  • Der Schubladenboden ist im Beispielsfall als Holzboden ausgebildet, der vorzugsweise eine rechteckige Grundform besitzt. Der Schubladenboden besitzt eine Boden-Oberseite 15 und eine dieser entgegengesetzten Boden-Unterseite 16 sowie Stirnseiten 17.
  • Die Befestigungsvorrichtung 11 umfasst einen Grundkörper 18 und dem Grundkörper 18 zugeordnete Befestigungsmittel 19, über die die beiden Komponenten 12, 13 aneinander befestigbar sind. Grundkörper 18 und Befestigungsmittel 19 sind Bestandteile eines einstückigen Befestigungselementes. Gemäß bevorzugtem Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Grundkörper 18 als Zarge ausgebildet und stellt mithin die erste Komponente 12 dar, während der Schubladenboden die zweite Komponente 13 ist. Die Zarge ist als Hohlkammerzarge ausgestaltet. Die Befestigungsmittel sind also einstückig an den Grundkörper 18 beziehungsweise die Zarge angesetzt. Gemeinsam bilden sie das bereits erwähnte Befestigungselement.
  • Das Befestigungselement ist ein aus Strangpressmaterial hergestelltes Strangpressprofilteil. Als Strangpressmaterial wird gemäß bevorzugtem Ausführungsbeispiel Aluminium verwendet. Die Befestigungsmittel 19 sind als eine Art Halteprofil ausgestaltet und einstückig an der Unterseite der Zarge angesetzt. Hierzu ist ein an eine Grundkörper- bzw. Zargen-Unterseite 20 einstückig angesetzter und von der Grundkörper-Unterseite 20 im Wesentlichen rechtwinkelig abstehender Anlagesteg 21 vorgesehen, an den die Stirnseite 17 des Schubladenbodens in der bestimmungsgemäßen Montagestellung zur Anlage kommt. An den Anlagesteg 21 ist ein hierzu im Wesentlichen rechtwinkelig ausgebildeter und in der bestimmungsgemäßen Montagestellung zum Schubladeninneren gerichteter Montageabschnitt 22 angesetzt, der, wie insbesondere in Figur 4 dargestellt, als Montageleiste ausgebildet ist.
  • Der leistenartige Montageabschnitt 22 besitzt, wie insbesondere in Figur 3 dargestellt, einen in etwa L-förmigen Querschnitt. Der Montageabschnitt 22 lässt sich in einen Befestigungsschenkel 23, der einstückig mit dem Anlagesteg 21 verbunden ist, und einen Randsteg 24 unterteilen. Der Randsteg 24 verläuft im Wesentlichen parallel zum Anlagesteg 21. Die Oberseite des Befestigungsschenkels und die Grundkörper-Unterseite 20 bilden einen Aufnahmeraum für den Randbereich des Bodens, wobei, wie bereits erwähnt, die Stirnseite 17 des Bodens an der Innenseite des Anlagestegs 21 anliegt. Am Befestigungsschenkel 23 befinden sich in Längsrichtung des Montageabschnitts 22 hintereinander angeordnete Freischnitte 25, die zweckmäßigerweise durch Ausstanzen des Materials des Befestigungsschenkels gebildet werden. Durch die Freischnitte 25 werden aus dem Befestigungsschenkel 23 Krallelemente 26 herausgebildet, die, wie in Figur 3 dargestellt, eine charakteristische Form aufweisen.
  • Die Krallelemente 26 sind ebenfalls leistenartig ausgestaltet und besitzen einen Basisabschnitt 27, der an den Rand des Freischnitts 25 angesetzt ist und somit mit dem Rest des Befestigungsschenkels 23 einstückig verbunden ist. Wie insbesondere in Figur 3 dargestellt, verläuft der Basisabschnitt 27 in der bestimmungsgemäßen Montagestellung schräg nach unten, wobei an seinem frei auslaufenden Ende ein Krallabschnitt 28 einstückig angesetzt ist. Der Krallabschnitt 28 verläuft nach schräg oben und besitzt an seinem freien Ende eine Krallspitze 29. Die Krallspitze 29 liegt in etwa in Höhe des an den Rest des Befestigungsschenkels 23 angesetzten Rand des Basisabschnitts 27.
  • Wie insbesondere in Figur 4 darstellt, kann im Krallelement 26 eine Durchbrechung ausgebildet sein, wodurch eine zusätzliche Befestigung des Befestigungselementes mit separaten Befestigungsmitteln, beispielsweise Befestigungsschrauben, an der Boden-Unterseite 16 möglich ist. Ferner ist die Befestigungseinrichtung dadurch auch für Metallböden einsetzbar, in dessen Metallmaterial die Krallelemente 26 nicht einzudringen vermögen.
  • Zur Befestigung des Befestigungselementes, also der Zarge, mit den Befestigungsmitteln am Schubladenboden wird der Randbereich des Schubladenbodens in den Aufnahmeraum zwischen der Grundkörper-Unterseite 20 und der Oberseite des Befestigungsschenkels 23 eingeführt, bis seine Stirnseite 17 an der Innenseite des Anlagestegs 21 anliegt. Der Befestigungsschenkel 23 des Montageabschnitts 22 ist dabei der Boden-Unterseite 16 zugeordnet. Durch Krafteinwirkung auf die Krallelemente 26 lassen sich diese in Richtung Boden-Unterseite 16 verbiegen, wobei die Krallspitzen 29 in das Material des Schubladenbodens, der gemäß bevorzugtem Ausführungsbeispiel aus Holz ist, eindringen und sich dort verkrallen. Die Krafteinwirkung kann beispielsweise mit einer ohnehin zur Verbindung von Zarge und Schubladenboden vorhandenen Zargenpresse herbeigeführt werden.

Befestigungsvorrichtung zur gegenseitigen Befestigung zweier Komponenten (12, 13) eines Möbelteils (14), mit einem Grundkörper (18), der als eine der Komponenten (14) des Möbelteils ausgebildet ist und dem Grundkörper (18) zugeordneten Befestigungsmitteln (19), über die die beiden Komponenten (12, 13) aneinander befestigbar sind, wobei Grundkörper (18) und Befestigungsmittel (19) Bestandteile eines einstückigen Befestigungselementes sind, wobei das Befestigungselement ein aus Strangpressmaterial hergestelltes Strangpressprofilteil ist, wobei die Befestigungsmittel wenigstens einen für eine werkzeuglose Befestigung an der zugeordneten Komponente (12, 13) geeigneten Montageabschnitt (22) aufweisen, der derart ausgebildet ist, dass er in bestimmungsgemäßer Montagestellung an der zugeordneten Komponente (12, 13) durch Krafteinwirkung verformbar, in das Material der Komponente (12, 13) eindringbar und dort festlegbar ist, und wobei der Montageabschnitt (22) als Montageleiste ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Montageleiste mehrere, in Leisten-Längsrichtung hintereinander angeordnete Krallelemente (26) ausgebildet sind, wobei die Krallelemente (26) jeweils mittels eines Freischnitts (25) aus dem Material des Montageabschnitts (22) herausgebildet sind.
  2. Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Strangpressmaterial Leichtmetall, insbesondere Aluminium, vorgesehen ist.
  3. Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Krallelemente (26) leistenartig ausgebildet sind, mit einem mit dem Rest des Montageabschnitts (22) verbundenen Basisabschnitt (27) und einem mit dem Basisabschnitt (27) verbundenen, frei auslaufenden Krallabschnitt (28).
  4. Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (18) als Zarge, insbesondere Hohlkammerzarge, ausgebildet ist.
  5. Möbelteil mit wenigstens zwei Komponenten (12, 13) und mit einer Befestigungsvorrichtung (11) zur Befestigung der beiden Komponenten (12, 13) aneinander, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsvorrichtung (11) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 ausgebildet ist.
  6. Möbelteil nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine der Komponenten (12, 13) von einem Boden eines als Schublade ausgebildeten Möbelteils (14) und die andere Komponente (12, 13) von der Zarge gebildet ist.
  7. Möbel, mit einem wenigstens zwei Komponenten (12, 13) aufweisenden Möbelteil (14) und mit einer Befestigungsvorrichtung (11) zur Befestigung der beiden Komponenten (12, 13) aneinander, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsvorrichtung (11) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 ausgebildet ist.
