Definitions
- the present invention relates to a multilayer component, a building comprising at least one multilayer component according to the invention and a method for producing the multilayer component according to the invention.
- Reinforcement mainly consists of structural steel in the form of round bars or mats.
- the insulation used is predominantly elements made of mineral fibers (eg glass or rock wool), organic foams (eg polystyrene, polyurethane), mineral foams (eg pumice, perlite) or vacuum panels.
- the object of the invention is therefore to introduce a multilayer component which has a high stability and a good thermal insulation and at the same time has a smaller thickness and a lower weight in relation to the previous components.
- the production of the multilayer component should be inexpensive and easy to carry out.
- the object is achieved by a multilayer component having at least one concrete, preferably made of concrete support layer and connected to the support layer reinforcing layer, which is at least partially formed as a substantially plate-shaped profile body and at least one isolation chamber at least partially limited.
- This solution has the advantage that heat insulation and reinforcement are combined in one element in the multilayer component according to the invention.
- the reinforcing layer is lighter compared to reinforcements made of structural steel, whereby the device is lighter than conventional components.
- the handling of the multilayer component according to the invention z. B. relieved on a construction site.
- the construction according to the invention is thinner than previous designs. With the multilayer component according to the invention, a considerable reduction of the installation time of this component on the construction site is also possible.
- the current systems require two operations for reinforcement and insulation.
- the construction according to the invention is free from cold and heat bridges. For putting in the manufacture of the multilayer device according to the present invention is easy to carry out and inexpensive.
- the reinforcing layer is formed at least in sections as a regular profile body, as this can further simplify the production.
- the insulating chamber extends substantially perpendicular to the extension of the support layer, and / or the insulating chamber forms a closed insulating space, and / or the insulating chamber is at least partially filled with insulating material, preferably foam and / or fiber material, the insulating properties of the multilayer component even further be improved.
- the reinforcing layer has a honeycomb profile, preferably with a hexagonal cross-section, since this can further increase the stability.
- At least one connecting device is preferably made of plastic and preferably rod-shaped between the reinforcing layer and the supporting layer and preferably extends perpendicular to the extension of the reinforcing layer and the supporting layer and the connecting device protrudes partially into the reinforcing layer or through the Reinforcing preferably extends through an insulating chamber therethrough. In this way, the connection between the reinforcing layer and the supporting layer and thus the stability of the multilayer component can be further improved.
- a connecting layer between the supporting layer and the reinforcing layer can be provided. This construction allows even better adhesion between the base layer and the reinforcing layer. If a further support layer is provided and the reinforcing layer is provided between both support layers, the stability of the multilayer component can be further increased.
- the connecting layer is bonded or positively connected to the support layer and / or the reinforcing layer. In this way, the stability can be further increased.
- the support layer can at least partially partially penetrate into the reinforcing layer. As a result, the stability of the multilayer component can be further increased.
- the support layer has a reinforcement preferably made of plastic and preferably of fibers in the concrete. In this way, the stability of the multilayer component can be further increased.
- the stability of the multilayer component can be further improved.
- the object is also achieved by a building having at least one inventive multilayer component.
- the structure of the building can be simplified.
- the production of the building is inexpensive and a good heat. Cold insulation possible.
- the multilayer component can be produced easily and inexpensively.
- the multilayer component has a lower weight and a thinner wall construction compared to conventional components.
- the multilayer component according to the invention has good insulating properties.
- the reinforcing layer is placed on the wet concrete or pressed into the not yet solid concrete. In this way, the stability of the multilayer component can be further increased. If a further support layer is provided and in the production of the multilayer component, the reinforcing layer is first connected to the first support layer and then to the second support layer, the production of the multilayer component can be further simplified.
