Beim Zusammenbau der Schere kann ebenfalls in vorteilhafter Weise die Gleichteileverwendung optimiert werden, wenn für den Bau des jeweiligen rechten bzw. linken Scherenpaketes jeweils identische Scherenblätter als inneres und äußeres Scherenblatt verwendet werden. Hierdurch wird es ermöglicht, in Fixgrößen bzw. Ausführungen vorgefertigte innere und äußere Scherenblätter vorzuhalten. Die aus den vorgehaltenen Scherenblättern ausgewählten inneren und äußeren Scherenblätter werden dann durch ein Mittenlager miteinander verbunden, wobei sich durch die Anordnung der Scherenblätter beim Verbinden mit dem Mittenlager die relative Lage von innerem Scherenblatt und äußerem Scherenblatt zueinander ergibt und so die Verwendung des entstehenden Scherenpaketes als linkes oder rechtes Scherenpaket der Schere des Hubtisches festgelegt wird. Die beiden Scherenpakete werden dann durch Verstrebungen in Breitenrichtung zur Schere zusammengebaut, wobei die Verstrebungen in Breitenrichtung die Breite der Schere, die von der Breite des gewünschten zusammen zu bauenden Hubtisches abhängt, vorgeben. Auch hier lässt sich durch die Kombination unterschiedlicher Verstrebungen in Breitenrichtung für verschiedene Breiten und unterschiedliche Scherenblätter, insbesondere zur Realisierung verschiedener Hübe, eine Vielzahl an Hubtischvarianten mit verhältnismäßig wenig Gleichteilen realisieren. Die Verbindungen der Verstrebungen in Breitenrichtung mit den Scherenblättern lässt sich dabei vorteilhafterweise durch Verschraubungen, die in kurzer Zeit zu montieren und im Wartungs- oder Austauschfall auch wieder lösbar sind, aber auch in konventioneller Weise durch Schweißverbindungen realisieren. So entsteht ein rechtes Scherenpaket 3a, 3c sowie ein linkes Scherenpaket 3b, 3d, welche durch Verstrebungen in Breitenrichtung des Hubtisches 10 zu einer Schere kombiniert werden. Im gezeigten Beispiel sind die Verstrebungen 10 mit den Scherenblättern 3a, 3b, 3c und 3d verschraubt. Neben den Verstrebungen 10, die lediglich der Gewährleistung der Strukturstabilität der Schere dienen, sind auch multifunktionale Verstrebungen 10a möglich, die beispielsweise als zusätzliche Funktion das Widerlager für eine Umlenkeinrichtung des Antriebes des Hubtisches darstellen. Die Scherenblätter 3a, 3b, 3c und 3d nehmen weiterhin Elemente 12, die der Anlenkung und Führung der Schere 3 an den Rahmenbasismodulen 5 dienen, auf. Ein beispielhaftes erfindungsgemäßes Verfahren für den Zusammenbau eines Hubtisches kann nun wie folgt aussehen:

Dazu werden zwei unterschiedliche Typen Scherenmittenlager bevorratet, beispielsweise eine Ausführung als DU-Buchse und eine als Gelenklager. Bereits mit diesen Teilen lassen sich ca. 450 verschiedene Scherenhubtische realisieren. Werden die Abmessungen und Ausführungen der Einzelteile auf der Grundlage der Erfahrungen aus in der Vergangenheit produzierten Hubtischen geschickt ausgewählt, so kann auf diese Weise mit einer geringen Anzahl an verschiedenen zu bevorratenden Teilen ein Großteil der in der Praxis nachgefragten Scherenhubtische, die sonst individuell nach Kundenwunsch hätten gefertigt werden müssen, auf kostengünstige Weise in kürzester Zeit bereitgestellt werden.

Claims (4)
- Method for assembling a scissors lift table, comprising the following steps:- selecting the parts, which are to be used for the assembly, from a series of parts which are prefabricated in different predetermined fixed sizes and/or designs, dependent on the specification of the scissors lift table which is to be assembled;- assembling the scissors lift table from these parts, characterised by the steps:- selecting one or several extension module/s (7) which are to be used for the assembly, from a series of extension modules which are prefabricated in different predetermined fixed sizes- fastening the extension module or modules to an end side of a basic frame module.
- Method according to claim 1 characterised by the step:- selecting the basic frame modules (5) and/or scissors leaves (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d), which are to be used for the assembly, from a series of basic frame modules (5) and/or scissors leaves (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d), which are prefabricated in different predetermined fixed sizes and/or designs, dependent on the specification of the scissors lift table which is to be assembled, more particularly of the lift which is to be achieved.
- Method according to one of claims 1 and 2, characterised by the steps:- selecting a drive module (6), which is to be used for the assembly, from a series of drive modules (6) which are prefabricated in different predetermined fixed sizes and/or designs;- fastening the drive module (6) on the end of a basic frame module.
- Method according to one of claims 1 to 3 characterised by the steps:- selecting each two identical inner scissor leaves (3a, 3b) and outer scissor leaves (3c, 3d), which are to be used for the assembly, from a series of scissor leaves (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) which are prefabricated in different predetermined fixed sizes and/or designs;- connecting each one inner scissor leaf (3a, 3b) and outer scissor leaf (3c, 3d) to form one scissor unit by a central bearing (8), wherein the ability to use the scissor unit as a left or right scissors unit is fixed through the connection.
