Claims (5)
- Relais Buchholz pour surveiller les dégagements de gaz et le liquide isolant dans des installations haute tension remplies de liquide, en particulier des transformateurs de puissance ou des commutateurs à gradins, et assurer la protection de telles installations, dans lequel il est prévu dans un boîtier, une chambre collectrice qui est au moins partiellement remplie d'un liquide isolant, dans laquelle sont montés l'un sur l'autre deux flotteurs pouvant être déplacés, qui agissent sur un dispositif de commutation électrique, ainsi qu'un volet d'écoulement pouvant être déplacé et qui agit également sur un dispositif de commutation électrique,
le dispositif de commutation électrique étant constitué d'au moins un tube de commutation magnétique (12), pouvant être actionné par les deux flotteurs (16, 17) et également par le volet d'écoulement (18),
caractérisé en ce que
le tube de commutation magnétique (12) est monté dans au moins un tube plongeur séparé (11) s'étendant verticalement dans la chambre collectrice, et
il est prévu une conduite (31) dont l'extrémité libre se termine dans la chambre collectrice, dans la zone du volet d'écoulement (18), cette conduite (31) pouvant être alimentée en air ou en huile de l'extérieur, c'est-à-dire en dehors du relais Buchholz par l'intermédiaire d'une connexion (4.1) sortant de la partie supérieure (2) et comportant entre la connexion (4.1) et l'extrémité libre de la conduite (31) une soupape anti retour (30) de manière à pouvoir effectuer un contrôle du fonctionnement du relais Buchholz. - Relais Buchholz conforme à la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
le tube de commutation magnétique (12) est réalisé sous la forme d'un commutateur magnétique à gaz de protection. - Relais Buchholz conforme à la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce qu'
il est prévu deux tubes plongeurs (11) parallèles,
chacun de ces deux tubes plongeurs (11) comporte deux tubes de commutation magnétique (12) montés l'un au dessus de l'autre et ayant des contacts individuels, de sorte que deux de ces contacts puissent être actionnés par le flotteur supérieur (16) tandis que les deux autres peuvent être actionnés par le flotteur inférieur (17) et/ou le volet d'écoulement (18). - Relais Buchholz conforme à la revendication 3,
caractérisé en ce que
les contacts individuels sont réalisés sous la forme de contacts d'ouverture, de fermeture ou d'inverseur. - Relais Buchholz conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisé en ce qu'
il est prévu une autre connexion (5.1) sous la forme d'une connexion de contrôle pour l'air ou un autre gaz.
