  • the central section of said support plate (6) has a recess (16) suitable for sitting on the raised central section (3) of the base plate (1, 1').
  • the raised central section (3) comprises a straight section (14) the width of which is at least the width of each side flange (9), comprising curved transitions (13) between said raised central section (3) and said side flanges (9). This feature allows that the larger the surface area of the straight section (14) is, the more inertia is obtained and that the base plate (1, 1') bends less during operation.

  • programming data which defines the positioning of the corresponding openings on the base plate are entered in a laser or water cutting equipment, comprising a laser cutting robot automatically cutting the required parts, these at least two inner openings (2) in the raised central section (3) and at least four outer openings (8) in the side flanges (9) being arranged in two with respect to each side flange (9) of the base plate (1, 1') identifying the exact position for the installation of the support plate (6) sitting on the base plate (1, 1').
  • the process of manufacturing the base plate according to the invention is simple and quicker than the previous processes.
  • By means of the laser cutting operation, as well as press stamping it is possible to eliminate the machining and welding operations necessary for the installation of the fastening systems known until now, which operations are very time consuming and require the use of expensive equipment.

Claims (10)

  1. Ensemble de fixation pour rails ferroviaires (7) comprenant une plaque de base (1, 1') qui permet de fixer et de retenir au moins un rail ferroviaire (7), dans lequel ladite plaque de base (1, 1') comprend un axe central imaginaire qui, dans une position d'installation de l'ensemble de fixation, est disposé perpendiculairement à au moins un rail (7), dans lequel la plaque de base (1, 1') est une plaque métallique et a une épaisseur uniforme de manière qu'elle peut être découpée par des moyens de découpage laser et modelée dans un équipement de pressage conventionnel, caractérisé en ce que ladite plaque de base (1, 1') comprend une section centrale surélevée (3) qui est alignée avec l'axe central, flanquée par des brides latérales respectives (9) et en ce que ladite plaque de base (1, 1') comprend en outre au moins deux ouvertures d'extrémité (11) situées à l'axe central aptes à permettre l'insertion de boulons d'ancrage respectifs (12) de la plaque de base (1, 1').
  2. Ensemble de fixation selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'épaisseur de la plaque de base (1, 1') se situe dans la plage de 15-20 mm.
  3. Ensemble de fixation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la plaque de base (1, 1') comprend, pour chaque rail (7) à être fixé et retenu, deux ouvertures intérieures (2) situées à l'axe central aptes à permettre l'insertion de vis de retenue (4) pour retenir aux deux côtés une glissière d'un rail (7).
  4. Ensemble de fixation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la plaque de base (1, 1') comprend, pour chaque rail (7) à être fixé, au moins une ouverture extérieure (8) située dans une bride latérale (9), ladite au moins une ouverture extérieure (8) étant apte à recevoir une saillie d'un élément indépendant.
  5. Ensemble de fixation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la section centrale surélevée (3) comprend une section rectiligne (14) dont la largeur est au moins la largeur de chaque bride latérale (9), comprenant des transitions courbées (13) entre ladite section centrale surélevée (3) et lesdites brides latérales (9).
  6. Ensemble de fixation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant une plaque de fond (17) située sous la plaque de base (1, 1'), ladite plaque de fond (17) comprenant une section centrale surélevée (18) apte à être ajustée fermement sous la section centrale surélevée (3), et deux brides latérales (19) aptes à être situées sous les brides latérales (9) de la plaque de base (1, 1').
  7. Ensemble de fixation selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la section centrale surélevée (18) de la plaque de fond (17) comprend une pluralité de nervures (21).
  8. Ensemble de fixation pour rails ferroviaires (7) comprenant une plaque de base (1, 1') selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 et une plaque de support (6) qui permet de fixer et de retenir un rail ferroviaire (7), dans lequel ladite plaque de support (6) a une face supérieure comprenant une surface plane apte à supporter une glissière d'un rail (7), ladite plaque de support (6) comprenant deux ouvertures aptes à permettre l'insertion de vis de retenue (4) pour retenir aux deux côtés la glissière du rail (7), ladite plaque de support (6) ayant une face inférieure comprenant un évidement (16) apte à recevoir une saillie d'un élément indépendant, caractérisé en ce que l'évidement (16) de la plaque de support (6) repose sur la section centrale surélevée (3) de la plaque de base (1, 1').
  9. Ensemble de fixation selon la revendication 8, dans lequel la plaque de support (6) comprend au moins une saillie inférieure (10) située sur la face inférieure de celle-ci, dans lequel ladite saillie inférieure (10) est apte à être logée dans une ouverture d'un élément indépendant.
  10. Ensemble de fixation pour rails ferroviaires (7) comprenant une plaque de base (1, 1') selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 7 et une plaque de support (6) selon la revendication 9, dans lequel la saillie inférieure (10) de la plaque de support (6) est logée dans une ouverture extérieure (8) de la plaque de base (1, 1').
