Definitions
- the invention relates to a roof or cladding element for a building, having a plate body having at least a first and at least a second, spaced in Einhmadraum hook-shaped suspension element.
- the invention also relates to an arrangement of roof or lining elements which are adjacent in the hanging direction.
- roofing elements for roofing and cladding elements for building facades serve to protect against the weather, but should also meet today's demands on the external appearance and the simplest possible installation.
- the AT 002 096 U1 describes a plate-shaped element for roofing, which has at its upper end a flange and a hook and at its lower end a flange.
- the plate-shaped element is hung with the hook in a roof batten, wherein the lower flange of the plate-shaped element is suspended in the upper flange of a next-lower plate-like element from below, so that the lower flange engages behind the upper flange.
- the weight of the plate-shaped element is thus essentially supported only by the upper hook.
- a cumbersome hooking from below is also required here.
- the EP 0 120 234 A2 relates to elongate profiled roofing panels which have means for latching into adjacent panels at opposite edges.
- the roof covering plates must be fastened to roof purlins by means of fixing clamps.
- the suspension elements are arranged on the same side of plate bodies and their hook openings point in the same direction.
- the upper suspension element can be suspended via a retaining rail, and the lower suspension element both via a retaining rail and via the upper suspension element of the next-lower covering element.
- the material here is metal - with welded joints for attaching the hook - thought.
- the GB 739,468 A discloses wall and cladding elements with plate bodies each having an upper and a lower hook-shaped suspension element for hanging the upper suspension element via a roof purlin and the lower suspension element via the upper suspension element of the next-lower cladding element. Again, as a material in particular metal sheet is given.
- the DE 1 509 135 B1 relates to a roof covering roof tiles, which have an upper and a lower hook-shaped projection.
- To attach the roof tiles engages the upper approach in recesses of a roof batten and the lower approach surrounds the upper edge of the lower roof tile in the area from their upper approach.
- the roof tiles and roof battens are made of plastic, namely PVC or PE.
- the invention provides a roof or cladding element as defined in claim 1.
- Advantageous embodiments and further developments are specified in the dependent claims.
- the invention provides an arrangement as defined in claim 15.
- the present roof or cladding element can be easily and quickly mounted on a roof or on a facade of a building.
- the roof or cladding element on at least two suspension elements, which are arranged on the inside in the assembled state of the roof or lining element plate body side and in cross-section substantially hook-shaped.
- the hook openings point in the same direction, such that the suspension elements can be suspended substantially in top and bottom, with the aid of gravity, in respective element or plate carrier.
- the plate carriers are fastened in advance, for example, to the roof truss, preferably directly to rafters, or to the facade.
- Other fasteners for mounting the roof or cladding elements are not required, and the roof or facade cladding can be made particularly quickly and inexpensively.
- nails or similar fastening means for mounting the roof or cladding elements on the substructure are not required.
- Wind power in particular by suction, to avoid the suspension elements of the roof or lining elements in Einh briefly spaced apart, wherein the higher mounted suspension element in the assembled state in the region of the upper edge, preferably directly on the upper edge of the roof or lining element, is arranged, however the lower-lying suspension element is preferably arranged at a distance from the lower edge of the roof or lining element.
- the roof or facade cladding thus overlapping stacked roof or lining elements in Einh briefly and thus a firm grip is achieved and prevents ingress of rain or snow between them.
- flat plate bodies also achieved the advantage that the roof or lining elements during assembly for the purpose of adaptation are laterally displaceable.
- the plate body optionally also the suspension elements, formed of a non-metallic material.
- environmentally friendly, especially biological materials or renewable raw materials can be used.
- the resulting sustainability can be kept low with these materials and the weight of the roof or trim elements and the assembly can be simplified.
- the material of the plate body optionally including the suspension elements, lignocellulose and a thermoplastic or thermosetting binder.
- first suspension element in the assembled state of the plate elements higher suspension element is referred to as “first" suspension element and in the mounted state lower suspension element as “second” suspension element for the sake of simplicity.
- the first suspension element has a cross-sectional profile for a receptacle, in particular an essentially form-fitting receptacle, of at least one part of a plate carrier.
- a shaped cross-sectional profile of the second suspension element allows that in the assembled state in the hook opening at least partially the first suspension element is firmly received.
- a particularly stable mutual "connection" of the upper suspension element of a roof or lining element is achieved with a lower suspension element of an adjacent, next-higher roofing or cladding element during assembly. It when the margin between the two suspension elements or their hook is minimized by a substantially positive connection is particularly advantageous.
- suspension elements are elastic and the receptacle is formed by a snap connection element
- a stable connection between the first suspension element and the plate carrier or between the first and the second suspension element can be produced in a simple manner by means of mating and latching.
- the snap connection reliably prevents loosening of the roof or cladding elements, even at high wind speeds, in particular strong wind suction, by the pressure forces applied herewith.
- the roofing or cladding element as such is as stable or stiff and so in the case of a transfer, for example, on a roof without damage is accessible, the plate body is preferably formed profiled.
- the shape of the profiling depends on the material itself as well as the thickness of the plate body.
- the profile may have, for example, rectangle, trapezoidal or circular segmental shape. If the roof or facade elements mounted on the roof or cladding elements have the same profile, the manufacturing process can be particularly cost-effective.
- the roofing elements may have a generally planar shape, apart from any profiling, e.g. in the form of a corrugation; however, for some complex roof or facade constructions, they may also have a general spatial (3D) shape, e.g. corresponding to a ball or cylinder segment. Nonetheless, for the sake of simplicity, the term "plate bodies" is used here.
- suspension elements are manufactured as separate elements, they can be produced independently of the production process of the plate body. On the one hand, this simplifies the production process of the plate body, but also enables a cost-effective production or use of suspension elements with specifically chosen properties, for example with regard to the material or the shape, independently of the plate bodies.
- connection with the plate bodies takes place, for example, in that the suspension elements are non-positively connected to the plate bodies, for example by means of screws.
- the screws are screwed to the side facing the building in the plate body in order not to influence the appearance of the roof or cladding elements and to prevent the ingress of moisture by screw.
- the compound can also be produced, for example, by riveting or other methods.
- the suspension elements are held with a holding or anchoring part positively in the plate body.
- the holding part is for this purpose attached during the manufacture of the plate body to this and is preferably in one piece with the rest of the suspension element.
- Pro - eg oblong - Suspension element can also be provided a plurality of discrete holding parts. Likewise, several suspension elements can be held on a single holding part.
- the suspension elements are integrally formed with the plate body to avoid an additional mounting operation of the suspension elements on the plate body.
- the suspension elements can be easily positioned, optionally also under bonding, to obtain a firm connection.
- recesses or depressions
- complementary shaped projections on the suspension elements are possible.
- the recesses of the first suspension element are differently sized and / or differently positioned and / or differently shaped compared to those of the second suspension element.
- the first and second suspension elements can thus be mounted only at their intended position.
- a heat-insulating layer is disposed on the plate body side facing the suspension elements.
- the thickness and the material of the thermal barrier coating is selected according to the requirements of the roofing or cladding elements. The positioning of the thermal barrier coating takes place in the areas free of the suspension elements, so as not to hinder the hanging process or the secure connection of the roof or lining elements to the building.
- the material of the plate body optionally including the suspension elements, lignocellulose and a thermoplastic or thermosetting binder on.
- fiber materials such as e.g. Hemp, flax, wood, coconut fiber and / or the like., Included.
- a binder polypropylene is provided. Plate bodies made of these materials not only have the advantage of sustainability and the use of pleasant, inexpensive materials, but also ensure the strength required for roofing or cladding elements.
- the material also has the advantage that even with plate thicknesses of a few millimeters due to the given low thermal conductivity condensation and thus mold formation on the inside of the roof or lining elements is avoided. Furthermore, there is a low heat coverage, compared with aluminum materials, for example, which also helps avoid the occurrence of stress.
- the volume fraction of hemp, flax and binder e.g. Polypropylene or phenolic resin total of at least 90%, with hemp between 10 and 35%, flax between 10 and 35% and polypropylene or phenolic resin between 20 and 80%, and the remainder to 100% is attributable to other substances.
- the respective mixing ratios are preferably selected according to the respective size of the plate body, the geographical location of the application and the requirements for stability and impact resistance.
- the binder polypropylene may initially be in solid or liquid form; it is possible to use natural or synthetic resins, in particular reaction resins, such as phenolic, vinyl ester, polyester, melamine or epoxy resins.
- a - mineral - fire retardant namely aluminum hydroxide
- the volume fraction of the fire retardant is, for example, in the order of a maximum of 30%, preferably not more than 20% and more preferably between 2 and 10%.
- the plate body has a weathering coating as UV protection.
- the coating thus increases the longevity of the roof or cladding elements and preserves their visual appearance, but it can also serve the surface design itself.
- the coating is a powder coating of plastic.
- the plastic is applied or sprayed on by means of an electrostatic process by means of processes known to the person skilled in the art, for example for the purpose of particularly uniform distribution on the plate body.
- the coating can also be carried out, for example, by means of a high-speed powder coating method known per se.
- powder is applied to a transfer belt and transferred from there by means of the forces of an electric field on the roof or cladding elements.
- Ganzlin ST-HGL121 and Ganzlin ST-HGL411 are mentioned. Both products advantageously have low stoving temperatures of 140 ° C to 180 ° C object temperature.
- baking temperatures in the range of 60 ° C. to 200 ° C. enable rapid melting and crosslinking of the powder layer, for example by means of high-performance infrared radiators, and thus high process speeds.
- the plate body has a thermal conductivity of at most about 0.12 W / mK, for example about 0.07 to 0.12 W / mK, condensation on the inside of the roof or lining elements can be avoided with great certainty, and the underlying Buildings are protected from moisture damage.
- the use of the specified biological materials or renewable raw materials for the roofing or cladding elements with a plate thickness of a few millimeters may allow this insulation effect, so that can be dispensed with additionally mounted insulation materials.
- the invention also relates to an arrangement of at least two adjacent roof or lining elements in the hanging direction, as described above.
- the first suspension element of each roof or cladding element mounted in each case mounted on a building plate carrier
- the second suspension element of each roof or cladding element surrounds the first suspension element of the hanging direction adjacent arranged roofing or cladding element.
- Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a part of a roof assembly A shown, wherein roofing or cladding elements 1, hereinafter also called the sake of simplicity short roof elements 1, are arranged under mutual overlap.
- Fig. 2 shows such a roof or cladding element 1 with a plate body 2, to which a first suspension element 3 and a plurality of spaced apart in a hanging x arranged second suspension elements 4 are mounted.
- the suspension elements 3, 4 are arranged on the same plate body side and hook-shaped in cross section, wherein the hook opening 5 of the first suspension element 3 and the hook opening 6 of the second suspension element 4 in the same direction x (generally from top to bottom ) point.
- the first suspension element 3 is arranged substantially on the upper edge 7 in the mounted state of the roof or lining element 1, while the second suspension elements 4 are arranged in the lower region, but spaced from the lower edge 8 of the roof or lining element 1.
- the plate body 2 is profiled wavy in order to increase its rigidity, in particular to allow a walkability of the rooftop or cladding elements 1 laid on the roof.
- the profile can be used as an alternative to in Fig. 1 shown have any other suitable shape.
- the profiling can also be omitted, and the roof or lining elements 1 can even - or spatially, for example dome-shaped or cylindrical segment-shaped, s. Fig. 18 - be trained.
- the first suspension element 3 has an example in Fig. 3A illustrated cross-sectional profile 9, the hanging on at least a portion of a plate carrier 10 (sZB FIGS. 6 and 6A ) is made possible by partially receiving the plate carrier 10 in the hook opening 5 of the first suspension element 3.
- the in Fig. 6, 6A shown exemplary plate carrier 10 is formed as a Z-rail and is attached with a flange 11 on the roof or on the facade of the building (not shown).
- the plate carrier 10 according to Fig. 6, 6A also has an end, for example, thickened or bent flange 12, in the mounted for the assembly of the roof or lining element 1, the first suspension element 3 with the hook-opening 5, s.
- the shape of the disc carrier 10 is by no means limited to the in Fig. 6 shown limited. It is only essential that the first suspension element 3 can be hung on the plate carrier 10.
- the cross-sectional profile 9 can be shaped in particular for a substantially positive reception of the flange 12 of the plate carrier 10 and thus ensure an even more stable connection.
- the second suspension element 4 has an example in Fig. 4A respectively.
- Fig. 5A illustrated cross-sectional profile 13 which is shaped such that the hook opening 6 can accommodate at least a portion of a first suspension element 3.
- the receptacle can take place substantially in a form-fitting manner, cf. also Fig. 10 ,
- cross-sectional profiles 9, 13 of the two suspension elements 3, 4 are not on the in the Fig. 3A to 5A shown limited.
- the cross-sectional profiles 9, 13, for example, a V-shape or U-shape.
- Fig. 2 to 6 10 Like that Fig. 2 to 6 10 can be seen, have the flange 12 of the plate carrier 10 and the cross-sectional profiles 9, 13 of the two suspension elements 3, 4 a snap connection enabling shape.
- a bent edge 14 is provided at the end of the flange 12 of the plate carrier 10, which in the assembled state of the bent portion 15 of the first suspension element 3, to which a constriction connects, is embraced.
- the second suspension element 4 is provided with a bent portion 16 and a constriction, wherein the portion 16 in the assembled state surrounds the bent portion 15 of the first suspension element 3 and engages behind.
- the snap connection reliably prevents loosening of the roof or lining elements 1 even at high wind speeds, especially strong wind suction, as by the forces acting on the roof or lining elements 1 suction forces the compressive forces between the bent portions 15, 16 and the bent edge 14 received therein still be increased.
- the suspension elements 3, 4 can be made separately from the plate body 2 and then connected to this.
- the connection can be non-positively, for example by means of screws or rivets 17 (s. Fig. 2 ), respectively.
- the suspension elements 3, 4 may alternatively also form fit with their in Fig. 3A to 5A shown holding parts 18 which are attached to the latter during the manufacturing process of the roof or lining elements 1, are held on the plate body 2.
- the holding parts 18 are preferably arranged on at least some of the parts of the plate body 2 that are close to the building, and have recesses 20 for the positive connection (see FIG. Fig. 3 to 5 ) for receiving corresponding complementarily shaped rivet projections 19 of the plate body 2 (s. Fig. 2 ) on.
- the suspension elements 3, 4 can be glued or screwed to the plate element 2.
- the recesses 20 of the two suspension elements 3, 4 are in a preferred embodiment differently sized and / or differently positioned and / or differently shaped; comp. Fig. 3 on the one hand and 4 and 5 on the other hand. In this way, the suspension elements 3, 4 can be positively received only at the respective intended positions.
- the 3 and 4 show as an example suspension elements 3, 4 with a plurality of differently positioned recesses 20, which serve either the screw or the form-fitting rivet-like connection with the plate body 2.
- the rivet-like fixation can also be achieved in particular by forming pin-like projections 19 on the plate body 2, onto which the suspension elements 3, 4 are pushed with their openings or recesses 20, after which the pin-like projections 19 in the end region by pressing "Rivet heads" to be reshaped.
- Fig. 7 shows in one piece with a plate body 2 formed suspension elements 3, 4th
- thermal barrier coating 21 emerges.
- Figs. 8A and 8B illustrate in combination with each other in a schematic side view of a roof assembly A approximately according to Fig. 1 , wherein roof elements 1 overlap each other on plate carriers 10 in the form of Z-rails (see also FIGS. 6 and 6A ) are arranged and fixed.
- the overlapping arrangement of two such roof elements 1 results in particular from the detail X, as well Fig. 10 in which this detail X is illustrated on a larger scale; a modified embodiment on the other hand, with slightly modified suspension elements 3, 4, is in Fig. 12 illustrated.
- the Fig. 10 and 12 thus show in detail arrangements with mated roof or lining elements 1 with differently shaped snap connections.
- the first suspension element 3 is suspended in each case via a plate carrier 10.
- the second Suspension element 4 via the first suspension element 3 of the immediately below (in Fig. 10 or 12 left) arranged roof or cladding element 1 hooked.
- the suspension elements 3, 4 each have a bead 25 and 26, which are brought together for fixing the suspension elements 3, 4 and with a projection 24 of the plate carrier 10 to snap into this or snap.
- an overlapping region 22 of the superposed roof or lining elements 1 can be seen, which is achieved by the spaced arrangement of the second suspension elements 4 of the respective lower edge 8 of the roof or lining elements 1 and prevents ingress of rainwater or snow.
- Fig. 8A and Fig. 9 is further the lower portion of a lower roof element 1 with a eaves rail 23 can be seen, which is similar to an upper suspension element 3 is provided with a smaller suspension element 3, with which this rail 23 is hooked on the plate carrier Z-rail 10 before the first , Lowest roof element 1 with its lower, second, relatively large suspension element 4 is snapped over this suspension element 3 of the rail 23.
