Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif de rail pour un parasol (4) comprenant un tube de support (12) et une voilure (15), avec au moins un rail (2) pouvant être fixé au sol, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un rail (2) présente une section transversale sensiblement en forme de C avec une ouverture (9) orientée vers le haut ou sur le côté pour la réception, dans un logement intérieur de rail ménagé dans le rail (2), d'au moins un rouleau (5) d'un dispositif de déplacement (3) pour un parasol (4), dans lequel le parasol (4) peut être fixé au dispositif de déplacement (3), et dans lequel le rail (2) pour l'ancrage du parasol (4) au sol est formé sur le rouleau (5) dans le rail (2), et dans lequel l'ouverture (9) est dimensionnée de telle sorte que le rouleau (5) ne peut pas être extrait et de telle sorte que le dispositif de déplacement (3) et le parasol (4) sont ancrés dans le rail (5).
  2. Dispositif de rail selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est courbé et a la forme d'un segment d'arc de cercle.
  3. Dispositif de déplacement (3) pour un parasol (4) comprenant un tube de support (12) et une voilure (15), comprenant au moins deux jambes de force formant entre elles un angle prédéterminé, le dispositif de déplacement (3) comportant au moins un rouleau (5) qui peut être inséré dans un rail (2) à forme en C d'un dispositif de rail selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, ledit rail (2) comportant une ouverture (9) orientée vers le haut ou sur le côté et pouvant être fixé au sol, et le rouleau (5) pouvant être déplacé dans un logement intérieur de rail ménagé dans le rail (2), dans lequel le parasol (4) peut être fixé au dispositif de déplacement (3), dans lequel le rouleau (5) est conçu pour ancrer le parasol au sol, et dans lequel l'ouverture (9) est dimensionnée de telle sorte que le rouleau (5) ne peut pas être extrait et de telle sorte que le dispositif de déplacement (3) et le parasol (4) sont ancrés dans le rail (2).
  4. Dispositif de déplacement selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, en tant que jambes de force, une traverse (6) et un longeron (7, 8) sensiblement perpendiculaire à la traverse (6).
  5. Dispositif de déplacement (3) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une aide à l'inclinaison (34) pour incliner le parasol (4), ladite aide à l'inclinaison (34) soutenant une inclinaison du parasol (4) au moyen d'un ressort à gaz.
  6. Dispositif de déplacement (3) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend deux longerons (7, 8) et une traverse (6), dans lequel les longerons (7, 8) sont essentiellement déplaçables sur un rail (2) respectif.
  7. Dispositif de déplacement (3) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le longeron (7, 8) comprend au moins un chariot à doubles rouleaux (20).
  8. Dispositif de déplacement (3) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins un galet (39) mobile sur la surface d'un rail (2).
  9. Dispositif de déplacement (3) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins un dispositif d'arrêt (19) pour immobiliser le dispositif de déplacement (3).
  10. Support (1) pour un parasol (4), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un dispositif de rail selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2 et un dispositif de déplacement (3) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 9.
