Machine d'emballage équipée d'un magasin dédié à des flans prédécoupés, disposé dans la zone d'alimentation (1) de ladite machine en vue du changement rapide de format, lesdits flans prédécoupés étant retenus, dans ledit magasin, latéralement par au moins un élément réglable (5) de guidage latéral placé du côté gauche ou du côté droit, voire par au moins deux éléments de ce type placés des deux côtés et, de bas en haut, par au moins un élément de support (8), une plaque (10) de changement de format, munie d'un évidement (16) adapté au flan prédécoupé considéré, étant implantée dans ladite zone d'alimentation (1) de la machine, ledit élément réglable (5) de guidage latéral à présence minimale, et ledit élément de support (8) à présence minimale, étant respectivement retenus par une pièce de fixation (4) et par une pièce de maintien (7), caractérisée par le fait que la plaque (10) de changement de format renferme les informations relatives au format et visant le réglage du magasin en fonction du flan prédécoupé, de sorte que l'élément réglable (5) de guidage latéral à présence minimale, et l'élément de support (8) à présence minimale, peuvent être positionnés sur ladite plaque (10) de changement de format d'une manière correspondant au format de flan prédécoupé.
