Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Stuhl welcher leicht zerlegbar und wieder zusammensetzbar ist, ohne dass Befestigungsmittel eingesetzt werden, wobei einfache, unter sich gleichartige, Steckverbindungen welche an jedem der, den Stuhl bildenden, Elementen vorgesehen sind.
  • Aus der DE 3523658 sind zerlegbare Stühle bekannt welche aus plattenähnlichen Elementen zusammengesetzt sind welche Schlitze aufweisen in welche Befestigungselemente eingesetzt werden welche ihrerseits durch gleitende Befestigungselemente in der zusammengebauten Position blockiert werden. Diese Stühle sind, wegen der Verwendung von Platten, schwer und ästhetisch plump, ihre Stabilität ist nicht dauerhaft und erfordert das häufige Nachstellen der gleitenden Befestigungselemente.
  • Aus der FR 2895889 ist ein zerlegbarer Stuhl bekannt welcher eine traditionelle Struktur aufweist welche aus einem trapezförmigen Grundrahmen besteht auf welchem oberhalb die Sitzfläche montiert wird während hinten ein Element montiert wird welches die Stuhllehne und die beiden hinteren Füße bildet, an der Vorderseite hingegen wird am selben Grundrahmen ein Element montiert welches die Form eines umgekehrten U hat und die beiden Vorderfüße bildet. Die Steckverbindung zwischen den einzelnen Teilen erfolgt mittels Dübel und wird durch Schrauben gesichert welche die Teile des Grundrahmens horizontal durchdringen. Für den Zusammenbau und das Zerlegen dieser Stühle ist ein Schraubendreher oder ein Schraubenschlüssel erforderlich, weiters sind die einzelnen demontierten Teile des Stuhles sperrig und platzraubend bei ihrer Verpackung und somit auch bei ihrer Lagerung und beim Transport.
  • Ein weiterer zusammensetzbar und zerlegbarer Stuhl ist aus der GB 634 927 A bekannt.
  • Die Erfindung stellt sich die Aufgabe einen zerlegbaren und wiederholt zusammensetzbaren Stuhl der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen welcher frei von Befestigungselementen ist, eine beachtenswerte Stabilität aufweist, einfach in der Herstellung ist, im zerlegten Zustand einen minimalen Platzbedarf hat und welcher, ohne Hilfe von Werkzeugen, auch von einem Jugendlichen zusammensetzbar ist.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe schlägt die Erfindung einen Stuhl vor welcher aus vier Arten von Elementen mit unterschiedlicher Form besteht welche über mehrfache Steckverbindungen in Form von Kreuzüberplattungen, identischer Art und Abmessungen an allen Elementen, zusammensetzbar sind so dass die Belastung des Stuhles selbst, diesem die nötige Stabilität verleiht. Insbesondere die identische Ausführung der beachtlichen Anzahl der Steckverbindungen ermöglicht die Herstellung der einzelnen Teile in großer Serie, während die hohe Anzahl von Steckverbindungen an jedem der einzelnen Teile eine hohe Stabilität der Struktur garantiert. Erfindungsgemäß können die Steckverbindungen aus einfachen Kreuzüberplattungen bestehen oder, eventuell teilweise, von komplexerer Art sein, wobei die Ausfräsungen Abstufungen aufweisen welche zueinander parallele oder mit Neigung von 45° verlaufende Kontaktflächen haben.
  • Der erfindungsgemäße Stuhl besteht aus zwei identischen Elementen von denen jedes ein Füßepaar bildet. Das Paar der vertikalen Füße ist an den oberen Enden der Füße über einem horizontalen Teil verbunden so dass ein Element entsteht welches die Form eines verkehrten U hat. Das besagte Element besteht aus zwei identischen U-förmigen Teilen welche z.B. aus einer Sperrholzplatte gefertigt sind, dabei sind diese Teile, im vertikalen Bereich welcher die Füße bildet, fest durch ein Element verbunden welches z.B. aus Sperrholz gefertigt ist so dass ein H-förmiger Querschnitt entsteht. Das besagte Verbindungselement hat eine derartigen Querschnitt, dass die beiden identischen U-förmigen Teile mit einem Abstand befestigt werden welcher dem Abstand zwischen den einzelnen Einschnitten der Kreuzüberplattungen am horizontalen Bereich des Elementes mit dem Paar der vertikalen Füße und an allen übrigen, den Stuhl bildenden, Elementen entspricht.
  • In die äußersten Sitze der Serie von Einschnitten welche oberhalb an den beiden U-förmigen Elementen mit den vertikalen Füßen vorgesehen sind, werden z.B. jeweils zwei, unter sich identische, Längselemente pro Seite eingesetzt, welche z.B. aus einer Sperrholzplatte gefertigt sind und die beiden äußersten Längsbereiche der Sitzfläche des Stuhles bilden. Diese besagten Elemente weisen an beiden Endbereichen zwei untere Einschnitte für das Einstecken in die entsprechenden Einschnitte an den mit Füßen ausgestatteten Elementen und eine Reihe von oberen Einschnitten, für die Aufnahme einer Reihe von Querelementen, auf welche ebenfalls, jeweils an jedem der Endbereiche, zwei untere Einschnitte aufweisen um auf die zwei benannten seitlichen Längselementen aufgesteckt werden zu können und eine Reihe von oberen Einschnitten aufweisen um eine Reihe L-förmiger Elemente aufnehmen zu können welche, am horizontalen, die Sitzfläche bildenden Teil, untere Einschnitte aufweisen während der vertikale Teil ohne Einschnitte die Stuhllehne bildet.
  • Der Abstand zwischen allen Einschnitten an allen vier Arten der Elemente welche den Stuhl bilden ist erfindungsgemäß identisch und entspricht insbesondere auch dem Abstand zwischen den beiden U-förmigen Elementen welche die beiden Paare der Stuhlfüße bilden.
  • Die Erfindung schließt nicht aus, dass auch die seitlichen Längselemente mit den mehrfachen Einschnitten für die Steckverbindung und/oder die Querelemente mit den mehrfachen Einschnitten für die Steckverbindung und/oder die L-förmigen Elemente welche die Sitzfläche und die Lehne bilden, unter sich in Gruppen von zwei oder mehreren Elementen mittels Dübel oder dazwischen vorgesehenen Abstandselementen fest verbunden sind. Insbesondere im Eckbereich der L-förmigen Elemente welche die Sitzfläche und die Lehne bilden können Abstandselemente vorgesehen sein welche geeignet sind die Struktur zu verstärken.
  • Insbesondere wegen der relativ tiefen Einschnitte der Steckverbindungen zwischen den Elementen welche alle zueinander in einem Winkel von 90° ausgerichtet sind, wird eine beachtenswerte Formstabilität auch unter Belastung erreicht. Erfindungsgemäß liegen die mehrfachen Steckverbindungen im Montagezustand der einzelnen, den Stuhl bildenden, Elemente alle in einer einzigen Ebene welche die Ebene der Sitzfläche ist, wobei eine Gitterstruktur mit identischen Zwischenräumen gebildet wird.
  • Erfindungsgemäß können die einsteckbaren Längselemente welche an den beiden Seitenbereichen der Sitzfläche vorgesehen sind auch aus L-förmigen Elementen bestehen welche die Sitzfläche und die Lehne bilden, wobei in diesem Fall der horizontale Teil mit unteren Einschnitten ausgestattet ist um das Aufstecken oben auf den horizontalen Teilen der U-förmigen Elemente zu ermöglichen und mit oberen Einschnitten versehen sein um die die horizontalen Querelemente der Sitzfläche aufnehmen zu können.
  • Erfindungsgemäß können die Querelemente welche die Sitzfläche bilden U-förmig oder L-förmig sein um mit den vertikalen Bereichen einen Auflagebereich für die Arme des Benützers zu bilden.
  • Die Erfindung schließt nicht den Zusammenbau von Schemel ohne Lehne oder von Tischen, bzw. Tischchen aus, wobei immer das selbe Zusammenbausystem mittels mehrfacher Kreuzplattverbindungen ohne Befestigungselementen angewandt wird.
  • Die Elemente für die Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen Stühle können aus Holz, aus Wolzwerkstoffen, aus Kunststoff oder aus Materialien welche durch Recycling von Papier, Karton, Holz oder Kunststoff gewonnen werden, hergestellt werden.
  • Die Erfindung wird anhand eines, in den beigelegten Zeichnungen schematisch dargestellten, vorzuziehenden Ausführungsbeispieles eines erfindungsgemäßen Stuhles näher erklärt, dabei erfüllen die Zeichnungen rein erklärenden, nicht begrenzenden, Zweck.
  • Die Fig. 1 zeigt in perspektivischer Darstellung einen erfindungsgemäßen zusammensetzbaren und zerlegbaren Stuhl im zusammengesetzten gebrauchsfertigem Zustand.
  • Die Fig. 2 zeigt in Draufsicht den selben in Fig. 1 dargestellten Stuhl.
  • Die Fig. 3 zeigt in auseinandergezogener Darstellung die einzelnen Elemente des in Fig. 1 dargestellten Stuhles.
  • Der erfindungsgemäße Stuhl besteht aus vier unterschiedlichen Typologien von Elementen 1, 2, 3, 4 welche untereinander zusammengesteckt sind um die Sitzfläche zu bilden. Die Stuhlfüße werden von zwei Elementen mit umgekehrter U-Form 1 gebildet, jedes dieser Elemente umfasst ein Paar von Füßen welche an ihrem oberen Ende durch ein horizontales Teil verbunden sind welches eine Reihe von oberen unter sich gleich beabstandeten A Einschnitten 1s aufweist. Diese Elemente mit der Form eines umgekehrten U bestehen aus zwei identischen U-förmigen Teilen welche im vertikalen Abschnitt der Füße, mittels einem fest angebrachten Verbindungsteil 1b, verbunden sind so dass zwischen den beiden U-förmigen Teilen ein Abstand A gesichert wird welcher identisch zum Abstand zwischen den einzelnen Einschnitten 1s der Steckverbindung ist. Auf diese Weise können die einzelnen Füße einen H-förmigen oder einen U-förmigen Querschnitt aufweisen und haben somit eine beachtenswerte Stabilität.
  • An den oberen horizontalen Teilen 1a der U-förmigen Elemente 1 werden in die oberen Einschnitten 1s zwei seitliche Längselement 2 aufgesteckt welche in beiden Endbereichen entsprechende untere Einschnitte 2i aufweisen. Die selben seitlichen Längselemente 2 weisen eine Reihe von oberen Einschnitten 2s für das Aufstecken der Querelement 3 auf welche an den beiden Endbereichen untere Einschnitte 3i aufweisen, während an der oberen Seite die selben Elemente obere Einschnitte 3s für das Aufstecken der L-förmigen Elemente 4 aufweisen welche mit ihren horizontalen Teilen 4a die Sitzfläche des Stuhles und mit den vertikalen Teilen die Stuhllehne bilden. Der horizontale Teil 4a ist mit einer Reihe unterer Einschnitte 4i, zwecks Aufstecken in die oberen Einschnitte 3s der Querelemente 3, ausgestattet.
  • Die Erfindung schließt nicht aus, dass zwei oder mehrere Elemente 2, 3, 4 unter sich, z.B. mittels Leisten oder Dübel, über ihre gesamte Erstreckung oder in spezifischen Punkten, verbunden sind. Diese gegenseitige feste Verbindung kann z.B. zwecks Verstärkung des Eckbereiches 4c an den L-förmigen Elementen 4 nützlich sein.
  • Die Querelemente 3 welche die Sitzfläche bilden können U-förmig oder L-förmig sein um so mit den vertikalen Teilen eine Auflage für die Arme zu schaffen.
  • Die Stärke der einzelnen, den Stuhl bildenden, Elementen 1, 2, 3, 4 ist identisch und entspricht der Breite der Einschnitte 1s, 2i, 2s, 3i, 3s, 4i für die Steckverbindungen welche weiters alle identische Einstecktiefe aufweisen, wobei diese Tiefe der Hälfte der Breite der einzelnen Elemente entspricht.
  • Die Erfindung schließt nicht das Zusammensetzen von Stühlen ohne Rückenlehne aus, welche somit die Funktion von Schemel, bzw. von Tischchen, haben. Weiters besteht die Möglichkeit, an Stelle der seitlichen Längselemente 2, L-förmige Elemente 4 aufzustecken, wodurch eine breitere Rückenlehne gebildet wird.
  • Die seitlichen Längselemente 2 können auch mit den Querelemente 3 identisch sein.

Claims (8)

  1. Zusammensetzbarer und zerlegbarer Stuhl, welcher frei von Befestigungsmitteln ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stuhl aus vier unterschiedlichen Typologien von Elementen (1, 2, 3, 4) besteht welche unter sich, mittels mehrfacher Steckverbindungen von der Art Kreuzüberplattung, zusammensteckbar sind wobei diese aus einer Reihe von Einschnitten (1s, 2i, 2s, 3i, 3s, 4i) bestehen welche an allen Elementen identisch sind, wobei diese Einschnitte vertikal zur Ebene der Sitzfläche angeordnet sind und wobei die Steckverbindungen alle in der, die Sitzfläche des Stuhles bildenden, Ebene enthalten sind.
  2. Zusammensetzbarer und zerlegbarer Stuhl gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elemente (1, 2, 3, 4) welche den Stuhl bilden, zwei U-förmige Elemente enthalten von welchen jedes ein Paar von Füßen bildet welche an ihrem oberen Ende von einem horizontalen Teil (1a) verbunden sind welcher oberhalb Einschnitte (1s) aufweist, mindestens zwei seitliche Längselemente (2) enthalten welche an den Endbereichen mit unteren Einschnitten (2i) und am Zwischenbereich mit oberen Einschnitten (2s) ausgestattet sind, mehrere Querelemente (3) enthalten welche an den Endbereichen mit unteren Einschnitten (3i) und im gesamten Zwischenbereich mit oberen Einschnitten (3s) ausgestattet sind und L-förmige Elemente enthalten welche mit ihrem horizontalen Teil (4a) die Sitzfläche und mit ihrem vertikalen Teil (4b) die Lehne des Stuhles bilden, wobei der horizontale Teil (4a) untere Einschnitte (4i) aufweist.
  3. Zusammensetzbarer und zerlegbarer Stuhl gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die U-förmigen Elemente (1) aus zwei identischen Teilen bestehen welche an den vertikalen, die Füße bildenden, Teilen durch ein fest angebrachtes Abstandsteil (1b) derart verbunden sind, dass die Füße einen H-förmigen oder U-förmigen Querschnitt haben.
  4. Zusammensetzbarer und zerlegbarer Stuhl gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei oder mehr der Elemente (2, 3, 4) welche den Stuhl bilden unter sich durch ein fest angebrachtes Abstandsteil oder mittels Dübel verbunden sind wobei die besagten Elemente (2, 3, 4) unter sich in einem Abstand gehalten werden welcher gleich dem Abstand (A) zwischen allen mehrfachen Einschnitten (1s, 2i, 2s, 3i, 3s, 4i) der Steckverbindungen ist.
  5. Zusammensetzbarer und zerlegbarer Stuhl gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die seitlichen Längselemente (2) mit den Querelementen (3) identisch sind.
  6. Zusammensetzbarer und zerlegbarer Stuhl gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die seitlichen Längselemente (2) alle oder teilweise von L-förmigen Elementen (4) ersetzt werden können welche in diesem Fall mit Einschnitten (2i, 2s) ausgestattet sind welche mit jenen identisch sind welche an den seitlichen Längselementen (2) vorgesehen sind.
  7. Zusammensetzbarer und zerlegbarer Stuhl gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die Querelemente (3) der Sitzfläche U-förmig oder L-förmig sind, wobei die vertikalen Teile dieser Elemente eine Auflage für die Arme des Benützers bilden.
  8. Zusammensetzbarer und zerlegbarer Stuhl gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die L-förmigen Elemente (4) ohne vertikalem Teil (4b) welcher die Lehne bildet sein können um einen Schemel oder ein Tischchen schaffen zu können welches auf identische weise wie der Stuhl zusammensetzbar und zerlegbar ist.
