Claims (16)

  1. Schreibgerät (1), umfassend:
    einen vorderen Körper (2) mit einem ergonomischen Greifsegment (4), das in Bezug auf eine erste Längsebene (A) asymmetrisch ist, und
    einen hinteren Körper (3), der in Bezug auf eine zweite Längsebene (B) asymmetrisch ist, und
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hintere Körper (3) geeignet ist, sich gegenüber dem vorderen Körper (2) um eine Längsachse (X), die einer Schnittlinie zwischen der ersten Längsebene (A) und der zweiten Längsebene (B) entspricht, zwischen einer für ein Greifen mit einer rechten Hand ausgelegten Position und einer für ein Greifen mit einer linken Hand ausgelegten Position zu drehen.
  2. Schreibgerät (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das ergonomische Greifsegment (4) auf einer einzigen Seite der ersten Längsebene (A) eine Rippe (6), die längs ausgerichtet und gegenüber einer Greiffläche (8) des Segments (4) radial vorspringend ist, aufweist.
  3. Schreibgerät (1) nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Rippe (6) um wenigstens 2 mm gegenüber der Greiffläche (8) des Segments (4) vorspringend ist.
  4. Schreibgerät (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei das ergonomische Greifsegment (4) einen Kragen (7) zum Stoppen der Finger in Richtung eines vorderen Endes des vorderen Körpers (2) aufweist.
  5. Schreibgerät (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei das ergonomische Greifsegment (4) eine weiche Greiffläche (8) aufweist.
  6. Schreibgerät (1) nach Anspruch 5, wobei die weiche Greiffläche (8) an das ergonomische Greifsegment (4) angeformt ist.
  7. Schreibgerät (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei das Schreibgerät (1) auch umfasst:
    eine Schreibspitze (10) und
    einen Mechanismus zum Einziehen und Ausfahren der Schreibspitze, der durch relatives Drehen der vorderen und hinteren Körper (2, 3) betätigbar ist und derart ausgelegt ist, dass die Schreibspitze (10) in den vorderen Körper (2) eingezogen ist, wenn der hintere Körper (3) und der vordere Körper (2) sich in einer Zwischenposition zwischen der für das Greifen mit der rechten Hand ausgelegten Position und der für das Greifen mit der linken Hand ausgelegten Position befinden, und über ein vorderes Ende des vorderen Körpers (2) hinaus vorspringt, wenn der hintere Körper (3) und der vordere Körper (2) sich in der für das Greifen mit der rechten Hand ausgelegten Position oder in der für das Greifen mit der linken Hand ausgelegten Position befinden.
  8. Schreibgerät (1) nach Anspruch 7, wobei der Einzieh- und Ausfahrmechanismus eine Nockenfläche (21), die mit dem einen von dem vorderen Körper und dem hinteren Körper (2, 3) drehfest verbunden ist, sowie ein Element, das mit dem anderen von dem vorderen Körper und dem hinteren Körper (2, 3) drehfest verbunden und mit der Nockenfläche (21) in Kontakt ist, umfasst, wobei die Nockenfläche (21) oder das mit der Nockenfläche in Kontakt befindliche Element geeignet ist, sich in dem Schreibgerät (1) entlang der Längsachse (X) zu bewegen, und mit der Schreibspitze (10) wenigstens entlang der Längsachse (X) verschiebefest verbunden ist.
  9. Schreibgerät (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, ferner umfassend ein röhrenförmiges Teil (14), das den vorderen Körper (2) und den hinteren Körper (3) durch elastisches Einrasten axial verbindet.
  10. Schreibgerät (1) nach Anspruch 9, wobei das röhrenförmige Teil (14) radiale Schultern aufweist, die entsprechenden Schultern des vorderen und des hinteren Körpers (2, 3) gegenüberliegen, um das röhrenförmige Teil gegenüber dem vorderen und dem hinteren Körper (2, 3) axial festzuhalten.
  11. Schreibgerät (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, wobei das röhrenförmige Teil (14) in dem Schreibgerät (1) aufgenommen ist.
  12. Schreibgerät (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, wobei das röhrenförmige Teil (14) mit einem der vorderen und hinteren Körper (2, 3) drehfest verbunden ist und zwei Anschläge (33) gegen ein Drehen gegenüber dem anderen der vorderen und hinteren Körper (2, 3) aufweist.
  13. Schreibgerät (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, wobei das röhrenförmige Teil (14) einen Längsschlitz (29) aufweist.
  14. Schreibgerät (1) nach Anspruch 13, wobei das röhrenförmige Teil (14) in dem Längsschlitz (29) eine Rippe (25) aufnimmt, die mit einem der vorderen oder hinteren Körper (2, 3), mit dem es drehfest verbunden ist, fest verbunden ist.
  15. Schreibgerät (1) nach Anspruch 14, wobei die Rippe (25) in den Längsschlitz (29) hineingedrückt ist.
  16. Verfahren zur Verwendung eines Schreibgerätes (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das ergonomische Greifsegment (4) zwischen den Spitzen des Daumens und wenigstens einer der Zeige- und Mittelfinger einer gleichen Hand gehalten wird und der hintere Körper (3) gegenüber dem vorderen Körper (2), entsprechend der verwendeten Hand, in Richtung der für ein Greifen mit einer rechten Hand ausgelegten Position oder in Richtung der für ein Greifen mit einer linken Hand ausgelegten Position gedreht wird, um das Stützen des hinteren Körpers (3) im Greifwinkel zwischen dem Zeigefinger und dem Daumen sicherzustellen.
