Definitions

  • the invention relates to a dishwasher, in particular a domestic dishwasher according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the washing container such, for example EP 2 277 430 A1 known dishwashing machine has in its bottom area a collecting pot for washing liquid, which is divided by means of at least one sieve in a coarse dirt area and a fine dirt area.
  • a circulating pump which supplies spray arms arranged in the washing container with liquid, is connected on the suction side to the fine dirt area of the collecting pot. Coarser dirt particles can thus not enter the circulation circuit.
  • a drain pump is present, the suction side is in communication with the coarse dirt area. When pumping thus contained therein dirt particles are completely removed. A carryover of coarse dirt in the circulation is prevented.
  • the object of the invention is to design a dishwasher of the aforementioned type with only one, both for circulating and for pumping out of flushing pump so that the risk of carryover of coarse dirt particles is prevented in the recirculation cycle.
  • a dishwasher with the features of the claim.
  • the circulating and the pumping operation are guaranteed only by a single pump.
  • This is connected on the suction side with the fine dirt area.
  • On the pressure side it has a first outlet opening for circulating rinsing fluid and a second outlet opening for pumping out rinsing liquid and a closure device for mutual closing of the outlet openings.
  • the rinsing liquid is circulated, it is preferably fed via the first outlet opening to one or more spray devices, in particular rotatably mounted spray arms, in the interior of the rinsing container of the dishwasher and sprayed there with their assistance, in particular to wash ware to be cleaned.
  • the sprayed liquid drips, for example, from the inner walls, the baskets of the rinse and / or possibly stored in the baskets items to the bottom of the washing and collects there in the collecting pot, from where the rinsing liquid through a suction or return line of the pump in the interior of which is sucked in again, so that, taken as a whole, a liquid circulation circuit is formed.
  • a device-side drain line is connected to the second outlet opening, in which a suction side connected to the coarse dirt area Venturi nozzle is arranged.
  • the device-side drain line is used in the Abpump slaughter the pump by means of the pump from the collecting pot no longer required rinsing liquid outside the dishwasher, in particular in an external sewer system, preferably house-side drain pipe or the like to promote or drain can.
  • the pump has two controllable by means of a closure device outlet openings, one of which is connected to the recirculation and the other with a connectable to a sewer drain pipe, as in a two-pump dishwashing, the pumped by the pump Spülillonkeitsstrom the Circulation or the drain line fed.
  • a closure device outlet openings one of which is connected to the recirculation and the other with a connectable to a sewer drain pipe, as in a two-pump dishwashing, the pumped by the pump Spülillonkeitsstrom the Circulation or the drain line fed.
  • a venturi nozzle is arranged in the outflow line, the suction connection of which is connected to the coarse dirt area.
  • the suction connection of a Venturi nozzle is connected to a constriction of the nozzle, in which there is a negative pressure due to the increased flow velocity of a fluid flowing through the nozzle. Rinsing fluid from the coarse dirt area is thus sucked in via the suction connection in the case of the pumping down operation of the pump, in which the first outlet opening of the pump is closed to the circulation circuit and the second outlet opening of the pump is opened to the outflow line.
  • the inventive design prevents carryover of coarse dirt particles into the recirculation circuit, which improves the rinsing result, and at the same time ensures that coarse dirt particles from the coarse dirt area of the collection pot are completely removed during pumping.
  • the closure device with which the outlet openings can be controlled, ie can be opened and closed, can be designed in different ways and / or assigned to the pump in different ways.
  • one or more flap valves in the interior of the pump can be assigned to the outlet openings.
  • the pump may be arranged downstream of a multi-way valve such as a water gate in the flow direction as a separate component having one or more outputs for the one or more sprayers in the washing and at least one output, which is connected to the drain line, in which the venturi is inserted.
  • the water diverter can also be accommodated inside the pump housing, for example at the pressure-side outlet of the pump. Possibly. it may be useful in terms of construction, if the venturi is partially or completely inserted into the wall of the collecting pot and / or formed on this.
  • the closure device can be part of the pump, preferably housed in the pump chamber.
  • it can preferably be designed in the form of a movable, particularly preferably rotatable, closing element, in particular flap element, which can be moved into one of two closed positions, depending on the respective direction of rotation of the impeller due to the respectively accompanying pressure-side liquid flow either the first outlet opening for circulating flushing liquid or the second outlet opening, which is connected to the drain line, is closed.
  • the first exit port may be closed by means of the fluid-moving closure member while the second exit port is opened.
  • the second outlet opening can be closed, for example, by this closing element by rotation reversal of the impeller, ie by rotation of the pump, for example, in a counterclockwise direction, due to the then adjusting liquid flow in a second position by the then adjusting liquid flow moves, in particular is rotated. Then the first exit port is opened.
  • the closing element in its first or second Position for mutual closing of the first and the second output opening are brought.
  • Venturi nozzle in the context of the invention expediently understood as such devices for generating a negative pressure, which are based on the venturi effect and / or the Bernoulli bin, in particular the flow-generated negative pressure by cross-section reduction of the flow tube.
  • Fig. 1 shows a dishwasher 1 with a washing container 2, which is closed by a door 3 on the front side.
  • a collecting pot 5 which extends downwards beyond the washing container 1 into a base region 6 arranged below the washing container.
  • the bottom portion 4 is still bulging in the form of a trough 7 below, at the lowest point of the trough 7, an opening 8 is provided, with which the collecting pot 5 opens into the washing container 2.
  • the term collecting pot is understood to mean, in particular, that region in and / or below the bottom wall of the washing container of the dishwasher, in which liquid introduced into the washing container automatically collects due to gravity and which contains at least one connection to the pump, via which it Aspirate liquid from the collection pot can.
  • the collection pot may have different geometry shapes and configurations.
  • the collecting pot 5, which is delimited laterally by a wall 9, is subdivided by a screening system into a central coarse dirt area 10 and a fine dirt area 13 which comprises it.
  • the lateral delimitation between the two areas is effected by a fine screen 14 of cylindrical design, for example, and another, the opening 8 of the collecting pot 5, except for a remaining central area 15, covering the fine screen 16.
  • the central area 15 not covered by the fine screen 16 is a coarse screen 17 used, which is designed, for example, basket-like and larger sieve openings than the fine sieves 14 and 16 has.
  • a pump 18 is arranged, which is connected on the suction side with the fine dirt area 13.
  • the pump 18 has a first outlet opening 19, which is used to circulate rinsing fluid, e.g. during the execution of a cleaning program, and which is connected via a line 20 with a Spülarmsystem (not shown).
  • a second outlet opening 23 of the pump 18 serves for pumping out rinsing liquid from the rinsing container 1, for example at the end of a cleaning program step.
  • the outlet openings 19, 23 are mutually closable with the aid of a closure device 24, so that the pump either delivers into the line 20 via the first outlet opening 19 (circulating operation) or empties flushing liquid via the second outlet opening 23, to which a drainage line 25 is connected.
  • the suction-side connection of the pump 18 to the fine dirt area 13 takes place via an intake line 26.
  • a venturi 27 is arranged with a suction port 28, the latter being connected to the coarse dirt area 10 of the collecting pot 5.
  • the drain line 25 extends below the collecting pot 5, wherein the Venturi nozzle 27 or its suction connection is arranged at a central bottom region of the collecting pot 5, so that the suction port 28 opens at the lowest possible point of the coarse dirt region 10.
  • the drain line 25 with the check valve 30 is preferably installed dishwasher-appliance side. On the output side, a sewage hose can be coupled to it, the free end of which can be connected, for example, to a house-side drain pipe.
  • the venturi nozzle can be partially or completely inserted into the wall of the collection pot and / or be molded onto it. This simplifies the construction and reduces the number of individual components, which is easier to install.
  • the collection pot and the Venturi nozzle may together form a one-piece or one-piece component, e.g. be produced by plastic injection molding.
  • the closure device 24 comprises in the in Fig. 2 As shown, a closing element 34 which is movably held between a first position S1 in which it closes the first outlet opening 19 and a second position S2 in which it closes the second outlet opening 23.
  • the pump 18 is a centrifugal pump which can be operated in two directions of rotation and has a pump wheel 35.
  • the impeller 35 is designed to deliver in both directions of rotation.
  • an intake opening 36 is present, with the fine dirt area 13th is in communication via the suction line 26.
  • the closing element 23, which is arranged within the pump housing 37, is moved depending on the direction of rotation of the impeller 35 in the position S1 or the position S2.
  • the movement of the closing element 23 can in particular be effected solely by the liquid flow adjusting in each case in accordance with the direction of rotation of the impeller, which is the case here in the exemplary embodiment, and / or optionally by an activator. (The latter is for the sake of clarity of drawing in the Figures 1 - 3 has been omitted.)
  • the pump 18 is here in the exemplary embodiment, a radial centrifugal pump, wherein the closing element 34 is movably mounted on a circumferential portion of the impeller 35 with radial spacing comprehensive arc path 38.
  • the arcuate path 38 is concentric with the outer circumference of the impeller 35.
  • the closure element 34 is designed, for example, in the form of a band, which is guided with its side edges 39 in a gate 40 present on the inside of the pump housing ( Figure 3 ).
  • on the pump wheel 35 side facing the closing element 34 may be present approximately radially inwardly projecting baffles 43, which increase the contact area to the flowing rinsing liquid, and thereby the of increase the actuating force exerted on the closing element of the flowing rinsing fluid.
  • the first outlet opening 19 is arranged above the second outlet opening 23, there is the possibility of making the closing element 34 so that it passes into its position S2 due to gravity, so that it remains in this position when the pump 18 is stationary.
  • the second outlet opening 23 is already closed, so that even in the initial phase of the pump operation no flushing liquid can reach the circulation circuit via the suction connection 28.
