Un dispositif de traitement de récipients ou contenants, comme une machine à préformes, une machine de soufflage, une installation de remplissage, une installation de bouchage ou de fermeture, une machine d'inspection ou une machine d'étiquetage, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de traitement de contenants comprend un dispositif de marquage pour marquer des contenants (5), selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5.
  7. Un procédé pour marquer des contenants à l'aide d'un dispositif de marquage (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - réception de données de caractéristiques (24) mesurées d'un contenant (5) et/ou d'un ou de plusieurs équipements de contenant à l'aide des moyens de réception (2) de données de caractéristiques (24) mesurées, les données de caractéristiques (24) mesurées étant déterminées par un dispositif de mesure (9), et les données de caractéristiques (24) mesurées concernant au moins un critère de plusieurs critères, qui n'est pas satisfait par le contenant (5) et/ou ledit un ou les plusieurs équipements de contenant,
    - élaboration de données de marquage (23) basées sur les données de caractéristiques (24) mesurées, à l'aide des moyens pour élaborer (3) des données de marquage (23), les données de marquage étant élaborées de manière à ce que soit indiqué lequel des plusieurs critères n'est pas satisfait par le contenant et/ou ledit un ou les plusieurs équipements de contenant, et
    - application physique d'au moins un marquage (10) sur le contenant (5) par les moyens pour l'application physique (4), ledit au moins un marquage (10) étant basé sur les données de marquage (23).
  8. Le procédé selon la revendication 7, d'après lequel ledit au moins un critère concerne des défauts sur le fond, les parois latérales et/ou la surface d'étanchéité du contenant (5), une usure de surface du contenant (5), le niveau de remplissage, l'assise du bouchon de fermeture, le placement de l'étiquette, et/ou des corps étrangers dans le contenant (5).
  9. Le procédé selon la revendication 7 ou la revendication 8, d'après lequel pour assurer une mesure des données de caractéristiques (24), le contenant (5) est transporté à travers le dispositif de mesure (9), et on mesure au moins une caractéristique du contenant (5) et/ou dudit un ou des plusieurs équipements de contenant.
  10. Le procédé selon la revendication 9, d'après lequel il est possible de prescrire au moins un critère, et d'après lequel on compare les données de caractéristiques (24) mesurées avec ledit au moins un critère, en vue de déterminer si le contenant (5) et/ou ledit un ou les plusieurs équipements de contenant satisfont à tous les critères, ou si le contenant (5) et/ou ledit un ou les plusieurs équipements de contenant ne satisfont pas à au moins l'un des critères.
  11. Le procédé selon la revendication 10, comprenant, en outre, l'étape d'une évacuation du contenant (5) et de la transmission des données de caractéristiques (24) mesurées du contenant (5) et/ou dudit un ou des plusieurs équipements de contenant aux moyens de réception (2) du dispositif de marquage (1), lorsque le contenant (5) et/ou ledit un ou les plusieurs équipements de contenant ne satisfont pas à au moins l'un des critères.
  12. Le procédé selon l'une des revendications 7 à 11, comprenant en outre l'étape du transport du contenant (5) ayant été marqué, vers une voie d'évacuation.
