Claims (16)

  1. Dispositif de réglage de format (1) pour régler le format d'au moins un élément fonctionnel (7) sur une machine d'emballage, le dispositif de réglage de format (1) comprenant au moins un élément de palier (2), au moins un gabarit de format (3) comprenant au moins une portion de support sur palier (4) et au moins un élément de positionnement (5) avec au moins une portion de butée (6), et au moins un élément fonctionnel (7) avec au moins une portion de connexion (8), le gabarit de format (3) pouvant être connecté à l'élément de palier (2) par le biais de la portion de support sur palier (4), et la portion de butée (6) de l'élément de positionnement (5) pouvant être connectée à la portion de connexion (8) de l'élément fonctionnel (7) de telle sorte que la position de l'au moins un élément fonctionnel (7) par rapport à l'élément de palier (2) puisse être réglée.
  2. Dispositif de réglage de format selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de palier (2) est disposé fixement par rapport au dispositif de réglage de format (1) et/ou à la machine d'emballage (10) et/ou en ce que la portion de butée (6) de l'élément de positionnement (5) pénètre dans la portion de connexion (8) de l'élément fonctionnel (7), le gabarit de format (3) étant réalisé de manière séparée de l'élément fonctionnel (7).
  3. Dispositif de réglage de format selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un gabarit de format (3), en cas de changement de format, est réalisé de manière remplaçable dans son ensemble par rapport au dispositif de réglage de format (1), de préférence sans outil, un gabarit de format de préférence dédié, de préférence unique (3), ou un ensemble dédié, de préférence unique, constitué de plusieurs gabarits de format (3), étant associé à chaque format à régler, et en ce que les éléments fonctionnels (7), en cas de changement de format, restent dans la machine d'emballage, les éléments fonctionnels (7) pouvant être positionnés par le nouveau gabarit de format (3) pouvant être utilisé.
  4. Dispositif de réglage de format selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le gabarit de format (3) présente la forme d'une barre (9) s'étendant le long d'un axe médian (M) ou en ce que le gabarit de format (3) présente la forme d'un cadre.
  5. Dispositif de réglage de format selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un élément de positionnement (5) est en liaison avec le gabarit de format (3), l'au moins un élément de positionnement (5) étant réalisé de manière réglable ou ajustable par rapport au gabarit de format (3) ou l'au moins un élément de positionnement (5) étant en liaison fixement avec le gabarit de format (3).
  6. Dispositif de réglage de format selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un élément de positionnement (5) est en liaison avec le gabarit de format (3) par le biais d'un engagement par force ou d'un engagement par correspondance de formes ou d'un engagement par liaison de matière, ou en ce que l'au moins un élément de positionnement (5) est réalisé d'une seule pièce avec le gabarit de format (3), ou en ce que l'au moins un élément de positionnement (5) est en liaison avec le gabarit de format (3) par le biais d'une connexion par serrage desserrable de telle sorte que l'élément de positionnement (5) puisse être déplacé par rapport au gabarit de format (3).
  7. Dispositif de réglage de format selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments fonctionnels (7) sont supportés de manière déplaçable sur un rail de guidage (10), le rail de guidage (10) faisant de préférence partie de la machine d'emballage, et en ce que le gabarit de format (3) peut de préférence être disposé parallèlement au rail de guidage (10), l'élément de palier (2) étant de préférence en liaison avec le rail de guidage (10).
  8. Dispositif de réglage de format selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément fonctionnel (7) peut être connecté directement au gabarit de format (3) de telle sorte que l'élément fonctionnel (7) soit supporté essentiellement par le gabarit de format (3).
  9. Dispositif de réglage de format selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la position du gabarit de format (3) du dispositif de réglage de format peut être réglée par un gabarit de format supplémentaire (3') ou en ce que la portion de support sur palier (4) du gabarit de format (3) présente une fonction de réglage de format, la portion de support sur palier (4) comprenant des portions de connexion correspondantes (8).
  10. Dispositif de réglage de format selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la connexion entre la portion de butée (6) et la portion de connexion (8) et/ou entre la portion de support sur palier (4) et l'élément de palier (2) est réalisée de manière codée, de telle sorte que les éléments ou les portions correspondant(e)s puissent être connecté(e)s exclusivement dans une position prédéterminée.
  11. Dispositif de réglage de format selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément fonctionnel (7) et le gabarit de format (3) ou l'élément de positionnement (5) sont des pièces réalisées séparément les unes des autres.
  12. Dispositif de réglage de format selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément fonctionnel (7) est un outil de formage pour le formage d'un emballage, ou en ce que l'élément fonctionnel (7) est une buse pour adhésif, ou en ce que l'élément fonctionnel (7) est un magasin (25) pour recevoir des pièces découpées (28), ou en ce que l'élément fonctionnel (7) fait partie d'un magasin (25) pour recevoir des pièces découpées.
  13. Dispositif de réglage de format selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la portion de connexion (6) de l'élément de positionnement présente la forme d'une rainure et la portion de connexion (8) de l'élément fonctionnel (7) présente la forme d'une came correspondant à la rainure et/ou en ce que la portion de connexion (6) de l'élément de positionnement présente la forme d'une came et la portion de connexion (8) de l'élément fonctionnel (7) présente la forme d'une rainure correspondant à la came.
  14. Machine d'emballage comprenant au moins un dispositif de réglage de format (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et au moins un élément de palier (2) pour recevoir le dispositif de réglage de format (1).
  15. Machine d'emballage selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce que la machine d'emballage comprend en outre au moins un outil de formage (20, 21) pour le formage d'un emballage à partir d'une pièce découpée, l'outil de formage comprenant au moins un élément de coin (20) et en option au moins un élément de côté (21), l'élément de coin (20) et l'élément de côté (21) comprenant chacun au moins une portion fonctionnelle (22) et une portion de connexion (8) pour recevoir l'élément de positionnement (5) du gabarit de format (3), l'emballage pouvant être formé par le biais de la portion fonctionnelle (22).
  16. Machine d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 14 ou 15, caractérisée en ce que la machine d'emballage comprend en outre au moins une buse pour adhésif (30), la buse pour adhésif (30) comprenant une portion de connexion (8) qui est formée notamment au niveau d'un support de fixation (31) en liaison avec la buse pour adhésif (30) .
