Description

Boden für eine Aufzugskabine
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Boden für eine Aufzugskabine gemäss dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1. Aufzugskabinen werden zum Beispiel in Kabinenrahmen eingebaut, die ihrerseits an in Liftschächten befestigten Schienen geführt und von Antriebsmaschinen über Drahtseile oder anderen Tragmitteln auf- und ab bewegt werden. Steife Kabinenböden können in Verbundstruktur- oder Sandwich-Bauweise ausgeführt werden, womit die Böden sich durch eine hohe statische und dynamische Belastbarkeit und durch ein vergleichsweise geringes Gewicht auszeichnen. Ein derartiger "Sandwich"-Boden kann im Wesentlichen aus folgenden Komponenten aufgebaut sein: eine erste Platte (Grundplatte) zum Vorgeben einer Unterseite, eine von der ersten Platte beabstandete zweite Platte (Deckplatte) sowie eine dazwischen angeordneten Stützstruktur.
Ein gattungsmässig vergleichbarer Boden ist aus der EP 1 004 538 AI bekannt geworden. Die zwischen zwei Platten angeordnete Stützstruktur besteht aus einer Vielzahl von sich kreuzenden Flachprofilen, die in der EP 1 004 538 AI als Lamellen bezeichnet sind. Die Längs- und Querprofile werden über zueinander komplementäre Schlitze zu einer gitterrostartigem Verbundstruktur zusammengesteckt und anschliessend miteinander ver- schweisst. In der Praxis hat sich gezeigt, dass auch dieser biegesteife Boden vor allem für Anwendungszwecke mit sehr hohen mechanischen Belastungen nicht mehr genügt.
Aus der EP 566 424 AI ist ein Boden in Sandwich-Bauart bekannt geworden, welcher zwei übereinander angeordnete und durch eine Zwischenplatte voneinander getrennte Lagen mit einer Wabenstruktur umfasst. Jede Wabenlage weist über die Gesamtfläche gleichmässig verteilte und gleichartig ausgebildete Waben auf. Die beiden Wabenlagen weisen dabei unterschiedlich grosse Waben auf. Die in der Draufsicht sich überlagernden Wabenlagen definieren eine Packungsdichte, die über die gesamte Bodenfläche unverändert bleibt.
Es ist deshalb eine Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, die Nachteile des Bekannten zu vermeiden, und insbesondere ein Boden der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, der auch unter besonders hohen mechanischen Belastungen hohen Ansprüchen hinsichtlich Steifheit und Belastbarkeit genügt. Der Boden soll weiter einfach und kostengünstig herstellbar sein. Erfindungsgemäss werden diese Aufgaben mit einem Boden mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Die flächige Unterseite für den Boden kann durch eine metallische Platte beispielsweise aus Stahl gebildet werden. Etwa planparallel zu dieser Grundplatte kann eine zweite Platte zum Vorgeben der flächigen Oberseite angeordnet sein. Diese Deckplatte kann wie die Grundplatte ebenfalls aus Stahl oder einem anderen metallischen Material bestehen. Selbstverständlich wäre es aber auch denkbar, andere Materialien oder Zusammensetzungen für die erwähnten Platten vorzusehen. Die Platten zum Vorgeben der Unter- und Oberseite könnten beispielsweise faserverstärkte Materialien oder aus miteinander laminierten Schichten aufgebaut sein. Zur Versteifung des Bodens befindet sich zwischen der Ober- und Unterseite eine im Allgemeinen eine erste Packungsdichte aufweisende Stützstruktur. Die erste Packungsdichte wird dabei durch eine erste Anordnung mit in Bezug auf eine Draufsicht etwa gleichmässig verteilten Wänden oder Wandsegmenten vorgegeben. Die Draufsicht ergibt sich dabei durch einen Blick in Richtung der Flächennormalen einer Bodenfläche des Bodens. In eingebauten Zustand ist demgemäss die Draufsicht durch eine vertikale Richtung oder durch die Fahrtrichtung der Kabine definiert. Zur lokalen Verstärkung des Bodens weist die Stützstruktur im verstärkten Bereich eine im Vergleich zur ersten Packungsdichte höhere, zweite Packungsdichte auf. Zur Bildung dieser lokalen Verstärkung weist die Stützstruktur eine in der ersten Anordnung angeordnete und die erste Anordnung in einem Überlappungsbereich überlagernde zweite Anordnung auf. Lokal verstärkt bedeutet dabei, dass die Stützstruktur nicht über die gesamte Bodenfläche, sondern nur in einem Teilbereich der Bodenfläche zusätzlich verstärkt ist. Mit anderen Worten weist die Stützstruktur bezogen auf die Draufsicht ausserhalb des Überlappungsbereichs wenigstens bereichsweise die erste Packungsdichte auf. Die Stützstruktur könnte eine Wabenstruktur (beispielsweise eine Bienenwabenstruktur) aufweisen. Konventionelle Wabenstrukturen zeichnen sich durch gleichmässig verteilte und gleichartig ausgebildete Waben aus. Gemäss der vorliegenden Erfindung kann die lokale Verstärkung der Wabenstruktur dadurch geschaffen werden, dass die Struktur eine Zone (verstärkter Bereich) mit kleineren Zellen umfasst. Die kleineren Zellen könnten - entsprechend der die Grundstruktur vorgebenden ersten Anordnung - die Form einer Bienenwabe aufweisen. Selbstverständlich können die Zellen andere Formgebungen aufweisen. Die Zonen mit den kleineren Zellen zeichnen sich gegenüber der Zone mit der ersten Packungsdichte ersichtlicherweise durch eine höhere Packungsdichte aus. Durch die erfindungsgemässe lokale Verstärkung des Kabinenbodens lassen sich hohe Aufprallenergien zum Beispiel auf die Unterseite des Bodens optimal auffangen.
Der Boden kann eine eine Lage bzw. Sandwichschicht ausbildende Stützstruktur aufweisen. Die erste Anordnung und die zweite Anordnung wären dann in derselben Lage bzw. Sandwichschicht angeordnet. Selbstverständlich wäre auch ein Boden mit mehreren Stützstruktur-Lagen vorstellbar.
Die Stützstruktur kann von der Unterseite zur Oberseite sich erstreckende bzw. den Abstand zwischen Unter- und Oberseite überbrückende und der ersten Anordnung sowie der zweiten Anordnung zugeordnete Wände oder Wandsegmente aufweisen. Die Wände oder Wandsegmente können aus demselben Material wie die Grundplatte und Deckplatte bestehen. Selbstverständlich wären aber auch andere Materialien für die Stützstruktur denkbar. Für bestimmte Anwendungsfälle wäre es im Übrigen auch denkbar, auf eine Grundplatte zu verzichten. In dieser Variante wäre die Unterseite des Bodens durch die Stützstruktur vorgegeben.
Erfindungsgemäss weist die Stützstruktur eine erste Anordnung mit etwa gleichmässig über die Bodenfläche verteilten, die erste Packungs-dichte vorgebende Wände oder Wandsegmente auf. Die Stützstruktur weist weiter eine die erste Anordnung überlagernde zweite Anordnung zur lokalen Verstärkung auf. Die zweite Anordnung kann ein von der ersten Anordnung separates Bauteil (oder Bauteilgruppe) sein, die im oder auf die erste Anordnung gesetzt und gegebenenfalls mit dieser beispielsweise durch Verschweissen verbunden wird. Diese Bodenausführung kann besonders einfach und in wenigen Arbeitsschritten hergestellt werden.
Die Wände oder Wandsegmente der zweiten Anordnung können beispielsweise form- und/oder stoffschlüssig mit den Wänden oder Wandsegmenten der ersten Anordnung verbunden sein. So kann zum Fixieren einer aus erster und zweiter Anordnung zusammengebauten Stützstruktur die zweite Anordnung an die erste Anordnung geschweisst sein.
Die eingangs erwähnte erste Anordnung mit der ersten Packungsdichte kann aus einer Vielzahl von hochkant stehenden, sich kreuzenden Profilen bestehen, die eine Art Gitterrost formen. Ein einfacher Boden mit einer derartigen Gitterrost-Konfiguration ist in der EP 1 004 538 AI beschrieben. Zusätzlich zur ersten Gitterrost- Anordnung kann die Stützstruktur eine zweite Gitterrost- Anordnung oder sogar mehrere zweite Gitterrost- Anordnungen umfassen. Im letztgenannten Fall können die einzelnen zweiten Gitterrost- Anordnungen gleichmässig oder ungleichmässig über die Bodenfläche verteilt sein. Durch die Überlagerung des ersten Gitterrostes durch einen zweiten Gitterrost entsteht im Überlagerungs- bzw. Überlappungsbereich eine Struktur mit einer zweiten Packungsdichte, die gegenüber der ersten Packungsdichte der Grundstruktur höher ist. Damit lassen sich auf besonders einfache Art und Weise hervorragende Werte im Hinblick auf mechanische Belastbarkeit und Steifheit erzielen. Insbesondere lassen sich durch diese lokale Verstärkung unerwünschte Deformationen des Bodens nach einem Zusammenstoss mit einem am Schachtboden angeordneten Puffer oder einem anderen Gegenstand einfach vermeiden.
Vorteilhaft kann es sein, wenn je ein Profil der zweiten Anordnung zwischen zwei benachbarten Profilen der ersten Anordnung angeordnet ist. Denkbar ist aber auch, dass jeweils zwei oder mehrere Profile der zweiten Anordnung zwischen zwei benachbarten Profilen der ersten Anordnung angeordnet sind.
Herstellungstechnisch vorteilhaft kann es sein, wenn sowohl die Profile der ersten Anordnung als auch die Profile der zweiten Anordnung mit Kreuzungspunkten zugeordneten Schlitzen zur Aufnahme von sich kreuzenden Profilen versehen sind. Die sich kreuzenden Profile der ersten Anordnung und die sich kreuzenden Profile der zweiten Anordnung weisen jeweils einander zugewandte Schlitze auf. Zum Zusammenfügen der ersten Anordnung und der zweiten Anordnung können die jeweiligen Profile mit weiteren Schlitzen versehen sein. Hierfür können die bereits zusammengefügten Längs- und Querprofile der ersten Anordnung in dieselbe Richtung ausgerichtete Schlitze zur Aufnahme der zusammengefügten Längs- und Querprofile der zweiten Anordnung aufweisen, welche ihrerseits korrespondierende Schlitze enthalten, die gruppiert in dieselbe Richtung ausgerichtet sind. Der zweite Gitterrost (zusammengesetzte zweite Anordnung) kann damit in einem einzigen Arbeitsschritt besonders durch Aufsetzen von einer Seite her mit dem ersten Gitterrost (zusammengesetzte zweite Anordnung) verbunden werden. Die beiden Gitterrost-Anordnungen, d.h die erste und die zweite Anordnung, können vorteilhaft vor dem Zusammenfügen jeweils als starre Baugruppen ausgestaltet sein. Zum Beispiel können die als starre Baugruppen ausgestalteten Anordnungen mittels Verschweissen, Kleben oder anderen Verfahren in der Kreuzlage fixierte Profile aufweisen
Für einen Boden, der eine bestimmte Breite und Länge aufweist, kann es vorteilhaft sein, wenn die Profile der zweiten Anordnung sich in Profillängsrichtung jeweils weniger als die Hälfte der Breite oder Länge des Bodens erstrecken. Besonders vorteilhaft wäre diese Ausführungsform für etwa zentral im Boden positionierte zweite Anordnungen. Selbstverständlich könnten aber auch andere Abmessungen für die Profillängen der zweiten Anordnung vorteilhaft sein.
Vorteilhaft kann es weiter sein, wenn die Profile der ersten Anordnung und die Profile der zweiten Anordnung die gleiche Materialdicke aufweisen. Auf diese Weise lassen sich Herstellaufwand und -kosten weiter reduzieren.
Für bestimmte Anwendungszwecke kann es vorteilhaft sein, wenn die lokale Verstärkung in Bezug auf eine Draufsicht zentral im Boden angeordnet ist.
Die sich kreuzenden Profile der ersten und zweiten Anordnung können Kammern bilden, die zum Beschweren und Ausbalancieren der Kabine mit einer geeigneten Füllmasse teilweise oder ganz befüllt werden können. Als Füllmasse können die verschiedensten Materialien verwendet werden, die geeignet sind die Aufzugskabine zu beschweren. So sind Zement, Bauschutt, Steine, Flüssigkeiten, Öle, Metall- und insbesondere Bleikörper etc. vorstellbar. Dabei kann die Füllmasse in eine Einbettungsmasse, wie etwa ein Silikon, ein Gel, Kautschuk, Zement, Kunststoff usw., eingebettet sein. Damit können zum Beispiel ungewollte Bewegungen der Füllmasse verhindert werden. Die Füllmasse kann während der Herstellung des Aufzugskabinenbodens, während der Montage der Aufzugsanlage und/oder im Rahmen der Wartung der Aufzugsanlage in mindestens eine der Kammern der Stützstruktur des Kabinenbodens eingefüllt oder gegebenenfalls auch entfernt bzw. entleert werden.
Ein weiterer Aspekt der Erfindung betrifft einen Aufzug mit einer Aufzugskabine mit dem vorgängig beschriebenen Boden.
Wenn der Aufzug im Schachtboden ein Pufferelement zum Auffangen der Aufzugskabine in einer Endlage aufweist, kann es vorteilhaft sein, wenn die Aufzugskabine derart aus- gestaltet ist, dass die lokale Verstärkung in einem in Bezug auf eine Draufsicht überlappenden Bereich zum Pufferelement angeordnet ist und das Pufferelement sich in der Endlage direkt auf dem Boden abstützt. Im Gegensatz zu konventionellen Aufzügen, bei denen die Abstützung über ein bodenseitiges der Kabine zugeordnetes horizontal verlaufendes Rahmenprofil erfolgt, hat die vorliegende Ausgestaltung einige wesentliche Vorteile. Neben der erheblichen Gewichtsersparnis lassen sich damit auch weniger massive und damit schlankere Kabinenkonstruktionen erreichen.
Weitere Einzelmerkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung von Ausführungsbeispielen und aus den Zeichnungen. Es zeigen:

Figur 1 zeigt einen insgesamt mit 1 bezeichneten Aufzug mit einer an Tragmitteln 4 befestigten Kabine 3. Der Schacht ist andeutungsweise dargestellt und mit 2 bezeichnet. Solche oder ähnliche Aufzüge sind seit langer Zeit bekannt und gebräuchlich. Im Ausführungsbeispiel gemäss Figur 1 befindet sich am Schachtboden ein federnd gelagertes Pufferelement 9 zum Auffangen der Kabine 3 in einer Endlage. Das Pufferelement 9 befindet sich etwa zentral unterhalb eines Bodens 5 der Kabine 3. Der Boden 5 ist derart ausgeführt, dass das Pufferelement 9 unmittelbar bzw. direkt sich auf dem Boden abstützen kann. Zum Auffangen eines Aufpralls auf den Puffer ist der Boden 5 mittig zusätzlich verstärkt. Diese Verstärkung ist nachfolgend anhand der Figuren 2 bis 6 im Detail beschrieben.
In Figur 2 ist eine mit 6 bezeichnete mögliche Variante für eine erfindungsgemässe Stützstruktur für den Boden der Aufzugskabine in der Draufsicht dargestellt. Die Stützstruktur besteht im Wesentlichen aus zwei gitterrostartig ausgestalteten Anordnungen 10 und 11. Die erste Anordnung 10, die eine Art Grundstruktur definiert, die in der Draufsicht gesehen etwa die gesamte Bodenfläche umfasst, besteht aus einer Vielzahl von parallel verlaufenden Längsprofilen 12 und Querprofilen 13. Die im Wesentlichen gleichmässig verteilten Längs- und Querprofile 12 bzw. 13 sind rechtwinklig sich kreuzend angeordnet und definieren eine erste Packungsdichte. Unter dem Begriff "Packungsdichte" wird in dieser Anmeldung das Verhältnis der Volumen der einzelnen durch Wände oder Wandsegmente gebildeten Kammern oder Zellen zu einen Gesamtvolumen (entspricht im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel im Wesentlichen dem gesamten Volumen der Stützstruktur) verstanden. Da die Wände oder Wandsegmente vertikal zur Bodenebene verlaufen, kann die Packungsdichte aus dem Flächenverhältnis abgelesen werden. Die Stützstruktur 6 weist beispielhaft dreizehn Längsprofile 12 und achtzehn Querprofile 13 auf, wobei die jeweiligen Abstände zwischen den Profilen gleich sind. Die erste Anordnung 10 ist für sich alleine ist nahezu identisch wie der bereits aus dem Stand der Technik bekannte Verbundstruktur-Kern mit der Gitterrost-Anordnung ausgestaltet. Bezüglich weiterer konstruktiver Details für diese Anordnung wird deshalb auf die EP 1 004 538 AI verwiesen, die hiermit ausdrücklich als Teil der Offenbarung dieser Anmeldung gilt. Im mit S angedeuteten Verstärkungsbereich befindet sich eine die erste Anordnung 10 überlagernde zweite Anordnung 11. Die zweite Anordnung 11 ist grundsätzlich etwa gleichartig wie die erste Anordnung 10 ausgestaltet und unterscheidet sich von der ersten Anordnung 10 im Wesentlichen lediglich durch die ersichtlicherweise kleineren Aussenmasse sowie die folglich geringere Anzahl von Profilen.
Die Längs- und Querprofile 12 und 13 der ersten Anordnung bilden eine Vielzahl von schachbrettartig verteilten Kammern. Die jeweils sich rechtwinklig kreuzenden Profile 14 und 15 (vier Längsprofile 14, fünf Querprofile 15) teilen die der ersten Anordnung mit den Profilen 12, 13 zugeordneten Kammern in vier gleich grosse Kammern. Durch die Überlagerung der ersten Gitter- Anordnung 10 mit der zweiten Gitter- Anordnung 11 resultiert demnach eine Vervierfachung der Packungsdichte. Die Stärke der Profile für die Stützstruktur sowie die Profilabstände und damit die Packungsdichten sind insbesondere von der Bodenbelastung, den Deckblechdicken und Gesamtbauhöhe abhängig und können zum Beispiel mittels FEM-Berechnungen optimiert werden.
Wie aus der Draufsicht gemäss Fig. 2 gut erkennbar ist, weist die Stützstruktur 6 zur Bildung der lokalen Verstärkung eine in der ersten Anordnung 10 angeordnete und die erste Anordnung 10 in einem Überlappungsbereich überlagernde zweite Anordnung 11 auf. Die Stützstruktur 6 weist ersichtlicherweise ausserhalb des Überlappungsbereichs die erste, nur durch die Profile 12, 13 vorgegebene Packungsdichte auf.
Konstruktive Details zum Aufbau des erfindungsgemässen Kabinenbodens 5 sind aus dem Ausführungsbeispiel gemäss den Figuren 3 bis 6 entnehmbar. Der Boden 5 umfasst eine Bodenplatte 7, eine Deckplatte 8 und eine dazwischen angeordnete mit einer Vielzahl von Kammern versehen Stützstruktur 6 auf. Seitlich ist der Boden mit längs und Quer verlaufenden Seitenteilen 20 und 21 verschlossen. In Figur 4 fehlt zum besseren Verständnis des Bodenaufbaus die Deckplatte. Aus Figur 4 ist die zentral angeordnete lokal verstärkte Zone mit der vierfachen Packungsdichte besonders gut ersichtlich. Die gewissermassen einen doppelten Gitterrost bildende Anordnung 11 weist in der Draufsicht eine quadratische Form auf. Die Aussenabmessungen der zweiten Anordnung 11 können beispielsweise der Baugrösse eines auf den Boden einwirkenden Bauteils ange- passt sein (vgl. Fig. 1 : z.B. Pufferelement). Die zweite Anordnung könnte in der Draufsicht auch ein Rechteck mit den gleichen Seitenverhältnissen wie der Boden insgesamt aufweisen.
Die Komponenten 6, 7 und 8 sowie 20 und 21 bestehen zum Beispiel aus Stahlblech und können mittels Schneid-, Biege- und Schweissverfahren gefertigt und miteinander verbunden werden. Aus Figur 5 ergibt sich beispielhaft ein mögliches Verfahren zum Herstellen des Bodens. Die zu Gitterrosten zusammengefügten Profile für die erste und die zweite Anordnung 10 und 11 werden beispielsweise durch Verschweissen fixiert und so starr miteinander verbunden. Die zweite Gitterrost-Anordnung 11 wird in der Darstellung gemäss Figur 5 von oben her auf die erste Gitterrost- Anordnung 11 gesetzt. Für eine etwa passgenaue Verbindung der beiden Anordnungen 10 und 11 sind jeweils einander zuge- wandte Schlitze 16, 17 und 18, 19 vorgesehen.
Der Boden 5 weist gemäss dem vorliegenden Ausfuhrungsbeispiel weist ersichtlicherweise eine einlagige Stützstruktur 6 auf. Die zweite Anordnung 11 ist in der ersten Anordnung 10 und damit in derselben Lage angeordnet. Anstatt einer einzigen Lage oder Sandwichschicht mit erster Anordnung 10 und die zweiter Anordnung 11 wäre je nach Anwendungszweck auch ein Boden mit derartigen mehreren Stützstruktur-Lagen vorstellbar.
Wie aus der Detaildarstellung der zweiten Gitterrost-Anordnung 11 gemäss Figur 6 erkennbar ist, verlaufen die Schlitze 18, 19 etwa rechtwinklig zu einer Bodenebene bzw. zur Profillängsrichtung. Die Schlitze 18, 19 erstrecken sich dabei von einer bodenseitigen Profilstirnseite bis etwa zur Mitte des Profils 14, 15, wodurch in zusammengesetztem Zustand alle Profile auf dem gleichen Niveau zu liegen kommen.
Wie aus Figur 7 hervorgeht, sind jeweils die Profile der zweiten Anordnung zwischen zwei Profilen der ersten Anordnung angeordnet. In Figur 7 ist ein zum Profil 12 benachbartes Profil ist mit 12' bezeichnet. Zwischen den in einem Abstand a von einander beab- standeten Profilen 12 und 12' befindet sich etwa mittig das Profil 14 der zweiten Anordnung. Die mittige Positionierung und Ausrichtung ist mit einem Abstand a/2 angedeutet. Der Profilabstand a kann zwischen 5 cm und 20 cm und bevorzugt zwischen 10 cm und 15 cm liegen. Im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel werden die Profile der zweiten Anordnung - im Gegensatz zum vorhergehenden Ausführungsbeispiel gemäss Figur 6 - simultan mit den jeweiligen gleichartig ausgerichteten Profilen der ersten Anordnung zur Stützstruktur zusammengefügt. Die durch gebildeten Wände oder Wandsegmente der zweiten Anordnung (in Fig. 7 beispielhaft durch das Profil 14 dargestellt) sind über die Schlitze formschlüssig mit den durch die Profile 12 und 13 gebildeten Wände oder Wandsegmente der ersten Anordnung verbunden sein. Zum Fixieren einer aus erster und zweiter Anordnung zusammengebauten Stützstruktur wird die zweite Anordnung vorteilhaft an die erste Anordnung geschweisst.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1 . Boden für eine Aufzugskabine mit einer flächigen Unterseite (7) und einer in einem Abstand zur Unterseite angeordneten flächigen Oberseite (8), wobei zwischen Ober- und Unterseite eine Stützstruktur (6) enthaltend eine erste Anordnung (10) mit in Bezug auf eine Draufsicht etwa gleichmässig verteilten Wänden oder Wandsegmenten, welche eine erste Packungsdichte vorgeben, angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützstruktur (6) zur lokalen Verstärkung des Bodens eine in der ersten Anordnung (10) angeordneten und die erste Anordnung in einem Überlappungsbereich überlagernde zweite Anordnung (11) aufweist, wobei die Stützstruktur im Überlappungsbereich eine im Vergleich zur ersten Packungsdichte höhere, zweite Packungsdichte aufweist und dass bezogen auf die Draufsicht ausserhalb des Überlappungsbereichs die Stützstruktur (6) wenigstens bereichsweise die erste Packungsdichte aufweist.
2. Boden nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens die erste und vorzugsweise ebenfalls die zweite Anordnung (11) jeweils aus einer Vielzahl von hochkant stehenden, sich kreuzenden Profilen (12, 13, 14, 15) in Form eines Gitterrosts bestehen.
3. Boden nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass je ein Profil
(11, 15) der zweiten Anordnung zwischen zwei benachbarten Profilen (12, 13) der ersten Anordnung angeordnet ist.
4. Boden nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sowohl die Profile (12, 13) der ersten Anordnung als auch die Profile (14, 15) der zweiten Anordnung mit Kreuzungspunkten zugeordneten Schlitzen (16, 17, 18, 19) zur Aufnahme von sich kreuzenden Profilen versehen sind.
5. Boden nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden eine Breite und eine Länge aufweist und die Profile (14, 15) der zweiten Anordnung sich in Profillängsrichtung sich jeweils weniger als die Hälfte der Breite oder Länge des Bodens erstrecken.
6. Boden nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profile (12, 13) der ersten Anordnung (10) und die Profile (14, 15) der zweiten Anordnung, die gleiche Materialdicke aufweisen.
7. Boden nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die lokale Verstärkung in Bezug auf eine Draufsicht zentral im Boden (5) angeordnet ist.
8. Aufzug mit einer Aufzugskabine enthaltend einen Boden (5) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7.
9. Aufzug nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufzug (1) im
Schachtboden ein Pufferelement (9) zum Auffangen der Aufzugskabine (3) in einer Endlage aufweist und dass die Aufzugskabine derart ausgestaltet ist, dass die lokale Verstärkung in einem überlappenden Bereich zum Pufferelement (9) angeordnet ist und das Pufferelement (9) sich in der Endlage direkt auf den Boden (5) abstützt.
